Good-IR will be CEO Alan Grofe/RavePops, look him up with that term if you haven't been following the earlier DD and his FB and YouTube posts - also news articles - my feeling usually is, even if they don't reply they know "we" are out here suffering real losses.

Have them ask themselves how they sleep @night IF they're decent people as Grofe claimed to be - hope you do get an answer!

This really has potential in the CBD "space," it's a good shell - miracles do occasionally happen.

I think Rave Pops just didn't wanna spend the buck$ to get the fin's current and decided to travel the world raving and being a selfish old man on our dollars. I take it personally that he flat-out lied to me on the phone promising to get the fin's and biz plan together and PR "soon" over a year ago -
but only self-interest prevails on the OTC, maybe we can still inspire his - and a healthy helping of guilt for Pops with all his b.s. claiming he's striving to be a "role model" for youth, the best values of the 70's and all that..."PLUR" - right.

Hope he gets it together even for an R/S.

Everyone should call/ write - encourage him to get off his butt and make something of this investment, he had said in the CBD/weed info space... this would be a good time.

When I clicked asab on schwab app it took me to aabb, must just find the next closest registered stock symbol alphabetically and display it, when I clicked trade it said no current holding

A-Trade shows:160K=traded,still=peanuts,but...so-long as a stock trades within 30 days you can't have it removed for a tax loss someone posted, can't sell it either so we're waiting on Grofe to do his job. He's had plenty of time for his sabbatical and Rave Pops persona, he should have the energy to figure out a way to monetize this. The last filings claimed his intentions were in the CBD- weed marketplace...

IDK the price, last time it ranged from .0001 to .00001 with a VWAP close to the middle. So someone was buying some @ retail.

Look what's happening today and yesterday to SFI-O: came out of Greys after 7 (!) years, finally trading though still with a STOP and all the warnings - exploded couple thousands % (peeps taking profits as we speak) all on a rumor in some blog of getting into the CBD space.

ASAB has a much lower confirmed O/S and A/S - updated much more recently with a new CPA firm hired and 8K'd last year.
C'mon Grofe, make the price jump pls. not just yourself.

Grofe seems to have-intended-a-NEW-direction,just inherited that one but never changed the blurb on OTC listing even so didn't get far - then why'd he take over Stragenics as CEO & All Hats with such a large infusion of his own Healthgnostics stock etc. to buy it out?

All=very vague:here's company's self-description on OTC page as repeated in iBox etc. but in filings it changed to the other I mentioned:

Stragenics, Inc., is a technology development and strategic investment company providing guidance and investment for innovative, early stage technology-driven companies. The acquisition/investment focus will be on identifying strategically relevant, primarily leading edge businesses that enhance and further the Company's business plan.

WHAT business plan? indeed.

I did ask in an email once what fledgling co's had been funded if any, no reply - and he was totally vague about what plans were brewing to "move the company forward," just that we'd be hearing soon, then silence. Meanwhile the overlap in the timing with the brief Owl Conservancy with similar goals but for limited non-profit purposes.

He took over the co. in 2014 maybe the original business plan was a carry-over and he planned to pursue the newer one which was 8K'd in some detail about possibilities in the CBD/weed dispensary business - yet still vague.

IDK who the Ferde Grofe Foundation benefits, if it's just the family. Other than that everything seems to go idle.

I was trying to dump my shares for a tax loss. I called Etrade and they said that they could only remove them from my account if the stock hadn't traded in 30 days. It traded on 12/14, 12/17, and 12/21, so we couldn't dump it. Unless someone with a different broker was able to successfully abandon their shares, that would mean that someone actually wanted to buy $2600 worth of ASAB. Maybe it's a good thing that I wasn't able to abandon them?

I take this personally-if-he-lied-to-me,strung-me-along and I in turn, posted his promises on the Board then he dropped the ball and let it go grey.

You can read my fuller replies on the Fraud Board you kindly sent me Janice's comment from - she's a lot more charitable about this than I am but then I've been following him a long time and he's got my money based on representations.

Also he runs the Ferde Foundation so he knows what's involved in a non-profit, I don't think he was naive and didn't mention being sick, to the contrary. Hope he's not just another selfish penny CEO who took the money & ran then flat-out lied out of embarrassment.

We'll see if the sudden spate of trades means anything good.

thx,Grofe's address is public record,Apollo Beach,FL:Owl Conservancy seems to have been set up as some sort of family benefit scheme: the Directors/Officers were allowed to receive salary but supposedly no personal benefit, monies were to be distributed to exempt org's but no Annual Reports were ever filed.

Filed as FL non-profit June 2014, filed for Dissilution 16 mos. later, with Alan Grofe and Gavin (son? His elder bro is named after father Ferde) Grofe as Directors and a few other people.

The last posted address of Stragenics like the Owl Conservancy, was (is?) Melbourne, FL - the posted ph. # doesn't work so I did some calling around to get his cell - but he's verified to live in Apollo Beach currently. Nice 'hood and life of travel & doing whatever he wants like fitness and rave events we know. TM for our purposes. He assured me he "wasn't just sitting around idle," that remains to be seen. Did he get too rich to be motivated about money and write it all off or is he ready to get back to work? The zeitgeist sure is right - he can harness young, enthusiastic blood if he's so loaded.

Grofe also bought out former CEO and took over this company in 2014,
a spate of filings that year and next, then last was about the same time the Owl Conservancy Dissolved.

Then 2 years later, 9/11/17 an 8=K announcing change of Accountants, spurring new hope and as I've said got assurances of "moving things forward" from the horse's mouth.

Not saying anything shady's going on, I'm not qualified or determined enough to find out, possibly Grofe was trying to put more investment INTO ASAB, though it can't be via a non-profit: maybe just interesting coincidences and personal reasons.
