sheep. In regards to what you asked me about UFFC and George Nadaff and the blackout period on the company....
I actually wrote the company a private message on their facebook page and just so happen George Nadaff was the one that answered my questions. He also used the term blackout with me. I have seen this in the past, where the SEC would not allow a company to post any financial statements over the SEC or Edgar newswires that had "glitched" financial statements that needed to be refiled. It actually makes sense if you think about it. Ufood Grill's financial statements are misleading from the past (10Q's and 10K's) where they filed warrants as equities instead of liabilities. This was discovered by their new accountants, Grant Thronton. So, I have seen the SEC blackout all other filings on other companies where something similar has happened before, until this is straightened out and the updated and corrected filings are accepted and posted by the SEC.

I think the SEC blackout period ending will be a catalyst for a nice increase in the PPS. The chart looks to have bottomed and the last week or so was its first move. IMO a 1 bagger(~.14) from here seems to be a given. If it can break .15 it would be very bullish.

This company has gone from losing money in 2009 to a healthy profit in 2010. 2011 was a breakout year, and 2012 should see(and already has begun to see) increased profits. This is a long-term hold for me. I am a buyer under .015. I would be surprised if we did not see a stock price that tops .05 this year.

I'm adding this one to my watch list. The 10-Q looks good and they are expanding. I'm going to try to get this one on a lull in the .30s range.

I took a starter today at .13. From there 8-ks it looks like they have financing on the way and that they will be back on the OTCQB. With the minimal amount of trading that has gone on here in the last few months this one has the potential for a strong move. I'm thinking a one bagger is possible over the next month.

NCEN is coming off bottom. It has had a pretty steady bid sitter for some time. I expect that we will see this one break the .015 this month(April). If you like midterm plays I think this one has legs.

I think by mid summer it could be in the .02 to .08+ range. It really depends if the CEO speaks if he does it could go well over a dime. IMO

Nice share structure and a low floater. This company does water reclamation for oil companies. They've just finished up a Reclamation Pilot project for Oil and Gas Producers.

Note: This is security is available for non-DTCC eligible delivery only. Normally it is easy to understand why a stock gets placed on the non-DTCC list, but this one has me baffled. They are a OTCQB stock and have been fully reporting for some time.

They recently changed there name from Sunwin International Neutraceuticals, Inc. to SUNWIN STEVIA INTERNATIONAL, INC.. In reading there 10-k they decided to sell off the veterinary company they used to have and are focusing on Stevia. What is interesting is that they won a big contract with the Domino's sugar company to supply them there stevia. One thing i don't like is that they gave a 3 million dollar loan to a company that supplies them stevia. It is great they had the 3 million to loan, but they are not charging any interest on that loan. I guess it was a loan of necessity.

I'm not crazy about this one, but might want to watch it. They had a name change from STANDARD OIL COMPANY USA, INC. to GOLD MINING USA INC. The A/S is big and the O/S if big as well. The float looks okay given the A/S. The price seems to react well.
