NCEN is coming off bottom. It has had a pretty steady bid sitter for some time. I expect that we will see this one break the .015 this month(April). If you like midterm plays I think this one has legs.
I think by mid summer it could be in the .02 to .08+ range. It really depends if the CEO speaks if he does it could go well over a dime. IMO
