What the ... 3,625% on 1650 shares-$49.17
Talk about low float, My theory is the MMs use this stuff to tip the pizza delivery guy! Doesn't cost them anything.
Been holding this for years and seriously, my post-split shares are still not worth enough to pay the commission to get out.
lew says he has a company that he is putting into it.
This ran from .001 to .035 and no noticed. Big gains were made and now it will be expensive to get in if anything happens.
Nobody knows. There has been no filings since 2005.
What does this comany do ? Looks like a low float shell to me.

FXGP's chart and commentary:
I'll Say this about FXGP...
It seems a few people are pointing at January 2004 when over 1.5 billion shares were reported trading according to my numbers...with over 700,000,000 of that happening in just 3 days. The PPS flirted briefly with .02 before trending back down to about .005 from where it has now started to rebound.
January saw no press and no professional promotion happening for FXGP. So where did the volume came from??? My personal opinion is that it was smart money accumulation. If you recall in Jan. IBZT was one of the hottest and most talked about stocks on the OTC with coverage on CNBC as well as an email blast from stockannounce. Unless FXGP was already on the radar I doubt many even noticed the trading.
&r=7099>
Follow the pattern. In September FXGP dropped below .0025 before heavy volume moved in and the PPS climbed over .0050 cents. A sideways down pattern ensued until January when heavy volume moved in again and the PPS spiked to almost .020 cents.
Now it's May...Will heavy volume move in once again despite no promotion (there was a PR on Thurs)? I like the chances very much, but of course...like any stock there are risks.
70+ Million in Volume Friday...but
That's nothing compared to the volumes that were traded in January
Hmmmmm......lousy week. Any thoughts? I'm still holding for the long term.
Interesting don't you think?

The market is stronger now imo...
Much stronger than it was around this time last year. Hopefully that might put shareholders more at ease and encourage more risk taking. This is a risky stock by all means, but a bullish market place encourages risk taking imo.
This 3 day weekend may play to the advantage of FXGP...I've been doing alot of surfing lately and I'm finding lots of discussion.

While FXGP doesn't have any press or professional promotion going on its hard for a stock to move the way it has on such incredible volume without drawing the attention of the investment community.
Matroidman, Many thanks. Juggsy
I appreciate your info./advice....I'm just learning how to read charts, but I have already found this forum great for the learning curve. I was anticipating a healthy bounce of the .01 support and it came through big...last April looks like a mirror image of this recent activity.
Hoping the results are even better this go around....
Thanks again,
Tim
Thanks Domerfan17....
Frankly, I prefer no news as its my opinion that news clouds the technical picture. If TA looks bullish but the company is being heavily touted via PRs, articles, analysis...well the TA picture should look strong as a reflection of all the buying demand created by what amounts to advertising in my opinion.
The volume traded so far this year represents over $10,000,000 in money spent on and realized from the buying and selling of FXGP's shares according to my estimates (please feel free to verify).
The crux of your question centers around price per share...frankly I'm at something of a loss as there are so many variables in play speculation is difficult. We did bounce strongly off the 5 day MA and I consider that a very bullish near term indication:
http://stockcharts.com/def/servlet/SC.web?c=FXGP,uu[l,a]dallyiay[dc][pb5][vc60]&pref=G
The bottom line though is that it comes down to the strength of the hands currently holding shares versus the buying pressure of those looking to purchase. If news does come out then I suspect some will sell into it (sell on news) and others will see it as vindication of their earlier buy decisions and hold and maybe add.
FWIW when I see this type of chart combined with no press or promotion...well I consider a strong possibility that promotion will follow. Those that have been buying hopefully have strong expectations of news and/or promotion that will see the market assign FXGP a significantly higher PPS.
Best of luck, FWIW having gone through what I consider to be similar activity with IDNW (now GBLT) I think .10 in the near term (inside 2 months) is very possible. I sold IDNW/GBLT after a nice gain...but I missed out on more substantial gains because I was nervous. Sectors get hot, IDNW had VOIP...hopefully FXGP will catch a homeland security wave.
Matroidman, Thanks for your post. Hey, question: I am new to penny stocks, and am wondering about your reference to the "folks that you follow". Is this group on a chat board somewhere? I'd appreciate any guidance. I'm in FXGP at 0.012, and feel very good about this company's future.
Thanks in advance,
Juggsy
Great posts....I've been following your info. on RB also, but it is really difficult to wade through the P&D over there....
what is your opinion of a realistic pps goal with or without news...unfortunately I got in at .018 during the earlier run-up, at this point I feel confident it will get back there with the gap potential for tues.. I've noticed that if it does break through that steel resistance at .02, it appears the next resistance is .024. Without significant news I'm thinking the train stops there....just wondering what your thoughts/expectations were. I asked over here because if I asked on RB there would be about 100 posts from various folks (you know who they are) with pps ranging from .10 to a buck....I'm looking for reality not fantasy.
Thanks and keep up the good info. on both sites....
I just watched the video and secured portal systems is right there in the closing credits! This will be huge IMO when the right news comes out. If you go back and read the past news releases you will see that their business plan is coming together with the marketing and reseller agreements which are in place now with the top defense contractors, now throw in the fact that their portal is the only one of its kind to be approved by FAA and passed State Dept. ballistic tests,= unlimited potential IMO I also found this yesterday Everone check this out!! scroll down to 5th paragraph http://www.ogs.state.ny.us/building/tenantinfo/2003-58.asp Real Property Management
New Security Measures
November 26, 2003
The Office of General Services and the Division of State Police are announcing that on January 1, 2004, new security procedures for accessing the State Capitol and the Legislative Office Building will be implemented. The measures are part of the State’s ongoing review of security procedures at State facilities and will utilize state-of-the-art technology to reduce staffing costs and improve security operations.
To improve and streamline security operations at State facilities throughout New York, OGS will begin phasing in on a statewide basis a single, state-of-the-art, employee ID card that will replace multiple cards being used by State agencies and the Legislature. The new, “Smart Card” technology is compatible with multiple systems, allowing one card to be programmed to serve a number of different security-related functions. The new card is expected to improve security at State facilities and allow unhindered access for authorized employees at individual state buildings and facilities. Rollout of the new ID cards will begin this month with employees working in the Legislature and the Capitol and is expected to be complete by Spring 2004.
All persons requiring entrance to the Capitol and Legislative Office Building will be required to use their new ID card to go through the new employee turnstiles. These devices will be installed at the Times Square quadrant on the Concourse level, the Washington Avenue and State Street entrances to the Capitol, and the State Street entrance to the Legislative Office Building.
During business hours, those employees whose agency has office space in the Capitol and Legislative Office Building will have access authorizations to these buildings assigned to their ID card. Employees whose Agency does not have office space in the Capitol or LOB, but who routinely must do business with those Agencies, may apply to have authorization access granted on an individual basis. Permission may be requested by Agency Contacts to the OGS Security Card Officer. If a person attempts to pass through without prior authorization on their ID card the barrier arm will remain in place and an audible alarm will sound to alert security personnel. Any employee without authorization will need to pass through the visitor’s entrance. Buildings will remain open and accessible to the public during business hours by utilizing the visitor’s entrances, which will be clearly marked. Security personnel will be available to assist.
Capitol and Legislative Office Building employees who require after hours access to the buildings will be allowed to enter these buildings through secure portals. Secured portals are designed to allow only one authorized person at a time through the portal. The employee will scan his or her card to enter the portal. Doors will open and the portal will scan to detect one person, upon clearance the doors will close, and the second set of doors will open to allow the employee to pass through. If the portal detects more than one person, a voice synthesizer will request that the individuals exit the portal. If the employee attempts to pass his or her card to another person after having scanned to enter the portal, the portal will deny access to the second person.
After hours access to the Capitol will be afforded at State Street and the Capitol tunnel. Legislative Office Building portals will be located at both the Swan Street and the Plaza entrances. These devices will allow authorized employees the ability to come and go from the Capitol and Legislative Office Building both during and after hours utilizing their new ID card and pin number issued by OGS.
The Legislative Office Building’s main entrance will be on State Street. This entrance will include features similar to the Capitol including a magnetometer, x-ray machine for visitors and an employee turnstile for building occupants. After hours access will be at the Swan Street and the Plaza exterior entrance to the LOB through a secure portal. Also, the P-3 V-lot and P-2 entrances into the Legislative Office Building will be altered to allow only authorized employees via full turnstiles operated by the employee ID card and pin number.
Barrier gates to prevent unauthorized vehicular traffic will be installed at the Madison and State Street entrances to the Empire State Plaza, Capitol Executive ramp, and the Bus Terminal at the Empire Sate Plaza. These gates will permit access to authorized vehicles only.
We are confident that everyone will work with Security personnel to make the Capitol and Legislative Office Building as safe and secure as possible. Please do not hesitate to contact Mr. Joseph Cosenza at 473-6517 or the Plaza Manager’s Office at 474-8894 if you have any questions or concerns. Thank you for your continued cooperation.
although "Secured Portal Systems" is not mentioned by name in that article,I think its a very good possibility that they are the supplier because of the fact that they already have the NY Police, NY Corrections and others listed as customers on their website All IMO but I believe this stock is headed much higher, could be very long term

In analyzing technicals I would like to underline one point. I don't consider any one indicator as being full proof...If there was one single sure fire technical indicator, well everyone would learn it and wait for it by and large imo. A market needs both buyers and sellers and as such I consider TA a part of DD, but not the b all and end all. TA may give an indication of strong buying or strong selling...but for my own part I keep a close eye to see if that buying is possibly the result of News and or Promotion. In my opinion TA is likely to be most reliable when there is an absence of said news and/or promotion.
Moving averages:
You can play around with these on the chart by chosing 10, 20, 5 day...whatever you like. Two common MAs are the 50 and 200, this chart site defaults to them automatically. FXGP's 50 day is pointing up and to my eye the 200 day is edging up as well.
I consider an upturn in the 200 DMA to be an extremely bullish indication, and a cross of the 50 over the 200 to signal a possible break out.
Stochastics
My read shows the fast line pointing down with the near term indication being overbought. It was that way on Tuesday when I made my first purchase @.0068 but as I said I don't consider any one indicator to be full proof.
OBV (On Blance Volume)...
Basically what OBV purports to do is serve as an indication as to whether money is flowing into or out of a stock. On days when the PPS closes higher than the previous close the volume is counted (+), if the PPS closes down from the previous day it counts (-)...on day's with no change OBV doesn't change.
The OBV chart speaks for itself...and most encouraging to this investor is that there isn't any Press or other types of promotion attracting what I call 'Joe Sixpack and Sally Housecoat' investors...(I'm a big Simpsons fan for those who know the reference.
Any thoughts?
Gord
Some Random Thoughts and DD...
The volume of the past week in tandem with the + price movement has garnered some attention I'm sure. I am certain there are others with a better understading of Finx Group than I but regardless I'll share some of my DD.
There doesn't appear to be much, if any news which suits me just fine. An abundance of fluffy PRs leads me to believe that a company may be more interested in its PPS than it is in fulfilling its business plan.
For Bios on the principals my site of choice is Forbes:
Lewis S Schiller
http://www.forbes.com/finance/mktguideapps/personinfo/FromMktGuideIdPersonTearsheet.jhtml?passedMktG...
Up until this past week 1 share of FXGP wasn't even worth a single penny and is currenlty valued at less than a cent and a 1/2. In my opinion a large part of the justification for that type of performance can be found here:
http://secfilings.nasdaq.com/filingFrameset.asp?FileName=0001085711%2D03%2D000029%2Etxt&FilePath...
Of course those results only speak to a period up to September 30th, 2003 and that was over 3 and 1/2 months ago. I am one who believes that alot can happen in just one week, let alone 12 or 15.
In the 10QSB on page 8 section 4. 'Exclusive License Agreement' there are details on the GIL 2001 security door which can also been seen here:
http://www.securedportalsystemsinc.com/sps_001.htm
That's enough for now...I'll post more later
FWIW I do consider FXGP extremely risky and I strongly suggest that any considering an investment to do their own DD and to assess their own level of risk tolerance. I consider it a possibility that I could lose some or all of my investment.
I tried to post that on Raging Bull but there is so much garbage being constantly posted that it gets buried in a hurry, that board is pathetic IMO
