In a vastly expanding globalized economy; many small businesses require various types of capitalization and assistants to facilitate growth or to simply sustain an operation that is not accessible to them through banks.
This is not only because of outlandish credit requirements but, the actual scale of need; of course today's banking system does not allow them to mitigate their risks with the various financial instruments available to us as a provider of Venture Capital and work with the small business to implement policies promoting more fiscal responsibility thus, granting us an edge to take advantage of a virtually untapped marketplace. Though our abilities to provide a broader scope of capital and work more personally with our Equity Holdings, Sebastian River has tapped into the seventy-one percent of small businesses are undercapitalized having on average only 1/4 of the capital needed to compete in their industries. Community banks are crucial participants in the SBA loan programs, accounting for 38% of SBA loan value leaving a vast majority of small business undercapitalized, our vision captures the leading share of this multibillion dollar market place.
