I would encourage all of you to grab 10K shares before 11/14/12 D.C. District Court date. I am basically riding a free position, so I'm not pumping in an effort to sell my shares. I decided last spring to ride this until a final conclusion, settle/win/lose/trial.

10K shares is about $1200 today. Because this case hasn't been thrown out, the plaintiff has a very good chance of a favorable outcome in the $2-$4 range. Even at $1, you make a little bit over $10K for your $1200 investment. Just realize going in that this is ONLY a litigation play, pure and simple.

I only see a negative trend which concerns me greatly. If you can afford your position, why sell? You have 3 choices in my mind: sell, add, hold. Sounds simple, but there must be a reason you chose to invest here in the first place. Ask yourself "why" and let your educated answer provide you direction. Compare to your reasoning for investing in UWBKQ.

Timing is significant because significant news is expected shortly and the stock is at annual lows.
This is another of those situations where it fizzles into oblivion or explodes into outer space imho.
The float is high at 587 mil., but roughly half of that is owned by the ceo. Your thoughts are appreciated.

My first published buy and stop. I think this is a good entry given the double bottom at 9.40. Usually, I set the stop lower, but it is difficult to tell if the double bottom will hold.

After some consideration, I decided to change the name of the board. It took me awhile to understand the importance of setting stops. It can be a catch-22, but I have learned that a small loss is better than a large loss. I would like to see A) discussion regarding the philosophy/strategy of setting stops and B) ticker suggestions and proper placement of stops. We may need to set up some rules at a later time, but let's start conversing about the topic.

LJWY looks to be coming alive finally, up 100% from last week. After a few months of name/ticker change, acquisitions, and product launches all the ducks look to be in a row. I'll be watching for a few more PR's in the near future that should send this one up steadily. They have sound management and a nice share structure.

Nope, there is absolutely no promotion or word out on this one. I only came across it because I've been in DMWK for a while and it is owned by Michael Gales, which did the reverse merger with AIRI a couple of years back. It is really kind of disappointing, the company is making money, but doesn't stay current. I don't know the complete history, just going off the filings they have listed.
