I would encourage all of you to grab 10K shares before 11/14/12 D.C. District Court date. I am basically riding a free position, so I'm not pumping in an effort to sell my shares. I decided last spring to ride this until a final conclusion, settle/win/lose/trial.
10K shares is about $1200 today. Because this case hasn't been thrown out, the plaintiff has a very good chance of a favorable outcome in the $2-$4 range. Even at $1, you make a little bit over $10K for your $1200 investment. Just realize going in that this is ONLY a litigation play, pure and simple.
