Now that N'east is complete. I am ready for something to be announced. Here's to hoping that MTM is correct with his 10 days prediction? That will be great, if that is the case. But as always the case, I do not bet the house on anything, any one poster says. The only person that KNOWS for sure is Dan, and he is not apparently talking. As far as expectations, do you think we COULD see a Tender Offer at .0003, that way Dan and Company can take out the 3's and above as promised? Just curious your thougths on thats?

Afterall, we know IF no tender offer. It is going to take some HUGE PRs and alot of buying pressure to get the MM to shift around. The fact is right now. L2 is ugly BUT that can change with one or two great PRs?

I hope that all is going well your way. Missed you around on the boards. But I assume the job has you working many hours. If that is the case, maybe you will be buying more shares of SMMW? I plan to add again later this week a bit over 2m shares. Just waiting for the funds to finally settle!

Talking about IF we are shorted again, down here. What is the mastor plan to keep them from doing it again? IF they cover this time around? Afterall, we all know the shorty's are out on EVERY STOCK down here in these markets. That is the way they make the Easy Money!

And I am curious to see Dan's Plan to STOP them, and to make them cover. That would be great IF he can make them cover. I am all about them paying for keeping this stock DOWN, as long as they have. And Dan would celebrate that also.

Heck IF he owns the shares, some folks claim he does, say still over the 56% that he reported back during the audio. He should control enough stock to keep them from shorting. IF that is the case. If there is a shortage, and you and I know, the math does NOT add up!

It will be an interesting time for sure. Now I just wish we would hear an annoucement from Dan about the closing of the N'east Deal. So that way, we can hear something NEW!

And since plan A failed, back last July. What do you think the chances of Plan B are going?

Also is there a plan C just in case? Just curious, I really wonder how far Dan has this planned? Hopefully Plan B will be THE ONE, that makes us shareholders a nice ROI...

Keep the retirements coming...and keep the acquistions going. And we will have a winner. It is all about the revenues and profits. Here's to HOPING that is what Dan and Company have plans to do?

I am looking at adding another 1-2m here in the next week or so. I guess I will continue to add while we see the .0001 ASK.

I see the board, is going down hill fast. With Dan not producing any PRs for us to mull over. I thought July would atleast give us some MUCH needed guidance after the last PR in June. Talking about keeping us updated.

What do you think about the August 1st deal with Pinksheets. It appears UNLESS Dan does something, we are going to get the skull, thanks to no updates!

Another Great PR today for sure Sirant! Maybe our days of averaging down with our shares are about over! I know I am ready for the PPS to get SO expensive we will say to ourselves...NOW we have enough shares! IMO today's PR was just to wetten our lips! And to show that Dan and Company are still alive and well! IMO the next PR will be a bit more, because 1b is a nice PR for sure! But it was NOT what folks wanted...but the great ones are on the way! It will be restricted, and I have no idea. The deal is not finalized yet, but the PDVP PR from last week. Said its o/s was over 300m, and the shares were issued, but NOT distributed to the shareholders yet. We are waiting for that PR to hit about N'east being completed, and then the $$ should be headed our way!

I hope us recieiving our divvy last week means something. And IMO it does. Now all we need is our PDVP divvy from the mag. We know from the past PDVP PR that the shares HAVE been issued, it is just a matter of a PR or two, saying the deal has closed! IMO, that will be the beginning of the PR Blitz, and soon to follow will be some share retirements. Afterall Dan said the o/s WAS going down to below 60b as a START! Bring on 70b o/s AND a/s! Then take it down to 60b and LOWER! This is going to be ALOT of fun OU, I just have no idea when the timing is perfect...ONLY Dan and God know that!
