It will be restricted, and I have no idea. The deal is not finalized yet, but the PDVP PR from last week. Said its o/s was over 300m, and the shares were issued, but NOT distributed to the shareholders yet. We are waiting for that PR to hit about N'east being completed, and then the $$ should be headed our way!
