This Board is I think officially closed, lol. Patience and me I think both went through some bad picks/slow times on OTC....so I also now removed myself.
My plan for last year has been to have two complete years in the IHub posting books from Dec. 2011 to Dec. 2013 before I create my own Board. The reason is I want to have documented success, and a lot of it, for people to see my track record in picking bigger winners. I stil pick many a' loser....but get out and find the next one.

3). SO if this is all legit, and I don't see why not with the three PR's this month about this aquisition....then the market cap as of today is tiny and way too low:

Now let's split the difference from info on Manta.com and say IonLite is doing &1.75 million a year with 382,000,000 share OS is a pps of .0045,
GRBG's pps with no multiple fair value then is more than 15 times less where it should be or .0045.
4). ...and speaking of September PR's - the last one before these was back in November, 2011. This is always a good sign that things are picking up, and with the new ionlite company perhaps there will be more frequent PR's...:

5). IonLite has a nice webpage that shows all the different ion products. There was a company (zvt*) several years ago that ran with around a billion OS to .014 from .001 based on them just about to sell their own CFL IonicBulb that cleaned the air (btw I still own all four of them four years later and they still work). Well ionlite has ion air cleaners for a couple styles of CFL lightbulbs AND ALSO for USB/office, for pets, for travel, and even an 'As Seen on TV' mini ion finger lights...:

DiamondFire, with your back ground in sales I think you should call them! If the PowerDisc really works that well, it could be a huge seller with the right sales team. I was hoping we would hear about VPER's aquitition/merger by Wednesday then with in a week hear about the PowerDisc being sold at a big national store. We shall see but I am not holding my breath.
I have one stock on my radar which is ticker symbol "ZERO" , their website is www.stwa.com It is a product (AOT) which is about to go from R&D and testing to commercialization in about 2 months. It has to do with the oil pipelines and saving the oil companys big money, and not having to build bigger pipelines or new permits because of that, because they can pump a lot more thru per day with the device. The AOT device was tested at the US Dept. of Energy's pipeline with posted results. Also the tests were 1/2 funded by the oil consortium so we have some of our customers built in.
This is not a quick pump and dump but one you would have to hold longer.

Good point. I am still holding VPER also, I almost got out at .005 and .006 . I have followed this stock for a long time and in the past they took twice as long to do things than their PR's stated and the PR's were often exagerated. I am hoping they got into a better sector and are changing.
true that: ICTY and VPER from when I alerted them couple months ago have either gone down or stagnant = not good picks for people to make money so far....and some of those are Posters I got to know whose money has now been tied up in those plays while others RUN.

I dont think so...but also I am mysified by VPER especially, as all the DD I have done pointed to a much bigger PPS increase....I dont know why either they are delaying selling a product like the PowerDisc when it should sell very well imo and very easily. About our deal with Technicolor's wholly owned subsidiary PRN. The agreement puts us in front of 157 million additional people a month. These numbers are per a the Nielsen Company 2011 study. If you wanted to by space on the network, you could, for a minimum of $500,000.00 for a month. PRN came to me based on the work we did with IndoorDIRECT in the restaurant network. They asked if we would join their other content partners on their networks. It costs us nothing and makes us money. The biggest way it makes money for us is in show product placement. This is why we hired Julie Knapp recently to broker product placement and show sponsorship deals with major corporations.
With the PRN deal we have in effect doubled our monthly viewers. With these greater numbers on multiple platforms we can now sign very lucrative product placement and sponsorship agreements. To put this in perspective. No other small cap company on the planet has ever done what we have done in the last year alone.
Soon we will also be in Airports, Convenience Stores, Doctor’s Offices, Elevators, Gas Stations, Health Clubs, Malls, Movie Theaters, Pharmacies, Stadiums and Taxis. This is not something I am hoping for. This is something we are negotiating right now.
About news. On this level dealing with multi-national companies in some cases, I may not be able to issue a press release due to agreements with our partners. As an example, with the deal with Technicolor's wholly owned subsidiary PRN, it would have taken months to get approval from France to issue a release. But, they where ok with issuing the news on our websites and though our social media. Which we did.
I am going out of my way to keep everyone in the loop as best as we can, even with the baby steps.
Now, why would I do that? First, it keeps you all in the loop in a more intimate fashion then is common amongst small cap companies. Second, it will limit the explosive results when a national press release is issued. Why would I want to limit huge price spikes? Because anything artificial will fall sometimes as quickly as it went up.
The best thing we can do as a company is try to create an environment in which our share price moves up slowly over time and rewards the long term investors and bores the hell out of the short term traders. If you are an investor looking to buy into our stock, double your money in a week and then dump out of it to never return, go find some silly mining company to invest in that is about to be pumped and dumped. We are not the company you are looking for.
If you are looking for a company that will grow steady over time in good and bad markets, a company that is innovative in the field of new media and will not just ride the wave into the future but will carve out a new path then we welcome you on board

That leaves about a float of around imo 200 million (...again because I think that they have diluted some shares during the runs this year - I dont know this until next Q, but IMO). And with no salaries taken until they start generating a lot of money - I would say that a): they are confident that they will be successfull and their enterprises will make money to withold an official paycheck for their entire company for so long. And b): The CEO and CFO know they will get an extreme double-bonus if all those COMMON SHARES they own go way up in value...
So if there was ever a week this year for ICPA imo this would be the one...leading to my last point and
#7): The chart the last 10 days shows not always higher highs - BUT ALWAYS lower lows. Also click on the one month tab to see this. Then click on the one-day tab and Friday's chart to see that not one person bid-whacked for five hours...I watched L2 when I could from work, and much of the day the pps was @ .0031 x .0035...when peeps noticed that no one was exiting, mini eod rally happened:

...So in the end I dont know where this could RUN too. They have diluted the OS some ten times in one year which is horrible, but also that is how they have imo promised to pay their employees in the future by awarding Common Shares instead of pay last year: so then imo instead of toxic financing they have decdided to increase the OS: I prefer this to toxic 'outsider' financing: everyone in this company wants the shars price as high as possible, and that will only happen now if their big success so that they can actually get paid lol.
BUT: any-either-other-way I think ICPA could run this week pretty hard and into news Friday- last year the pps went up to .25 ents, but the AS was four times smaller and the OS was ten times smaller....so perhaps a RUN DMC up to .025 area is not out of the question in short term or a 6 bagger from here....
...but who know it might not even RUN at all, and only put in what you can completely afford to lose.
Though I think this is a great 'buy on rumour' kind of situation my Hobbits...

Is VPER coiling for a Spring in April?
...looking at the one month chart....it has been and now is in the 'coiling' process: higher highs, lower lows - higher volume GREEN days accompanied by lower volume RED days are evident the moment you look at the one month chart.
Period.
But the Viper has yet too really SPRING yet like many of us think it will...on the BIG news that still looms ahead. SO here for you my IHub compadre, is the timeline of events these last 3 or so months, and why April 2012 seems to be THE breakout month for VPER.

Then how large is the lightbulb market is just in U.S. alone, where incandescents are actually growing and still king:

Finally in regards to the good ol' Edison incandescent lightbulbs that have now had an over 130 year run lol!: their market and sales after all these years is still growing - no chit yo lol! Admit it: we love our old lightbulbs - they are cheap and the warm and instant light quality of them is second to none. For goodness sake peeps - CFL's and LED's biggest hurdle besides price is to what? : mimick the light quality from these simple incandescents.

So enough of the PowerDisc for now: lets see what news we get of it in the weeks to come. They did put out a fluffy PR for those with no patience about getting a U.S. Government GSA contract weeks or months from now....which I think hurt the immediate pps more than helped...but hey: it bodes well for a huge rocket PR in say June imo....
And lastly: VPER's relationship with LEDs America is apparantly going so well, they PR'd late March that they were going to immediately ramp up production to make more LED lights for their international and growing business - they said that they were going to start immediately a JV with one of the two mergring companies to begin NEW PRODUCTION - thats how fast things are moving here, as they are not even waiting for merger to be complete. And guess what? The manufacturing facility was the first to produce LEDs in America - so they are of course ready to product more LEDs America products to supply VPER with increased product supposedly needed NOW - here in April, 2012:

Well this RUN in March should be even better and sustained because we still have the above India and Saudi deal in place, and probably actually generating big revenues NOW for VPER...and this time VPER is not merely talking about some mergers on the table: they have given us specific, short term dates when the deal is suposed to be done: March 31st and mid April:

SO to me I am a buyer....I buy on the dips....: as Kop said the money ball is here, things are lining up: the merger with a profitable company AND to get to sell something exclusively perhaps nationwide soon like the PowerDisc, whose incandescent market is, well in the billions and billions of dollars: and growing lol! Many people have already begun stockpiling incandescent lghtbulbs which I am sure will continue cause of the phase out to CFL and LED.
To me that means A PRODUCT LIKE THE POWERDISC COULD NOT COME AT A BETTER TIME...why do you think they are moving so fast to start selling them days after VPER signed the contract to carry Envirolite's PowerDisc?:

So in summary:
VPER has the market covered both with 'Old School' lighting and 'New School' lighting. They specialize in LED lighting which is the future....AND the old lightbulbs we all love that sell in the hundreds of millions each year - they are going to sell a device that sticks onto these existing lightbulbs and it will save almost half in energy and last ten times longer...the PowerDisc.
The PowerDisc seems like an easy sell to me, and almost seems like I am making it up when I told someone today about it lol:...go ahead anyone out there and tell a friend you heard there's a device you can buy that can make your incandescent lightbulb last for 10 years all the while using 45% less energy:

1). How many lighbulbs are in your home.? (You will be surprised after you count how many).
2). How big is the existing lightgulb market? Is there still a demand for incandescents?
3). If you saw this in a store would you at least consider buying it?
4). ESSENTIALLY THIS TURNS YOUR OLD LIGHTBULB INTO A MODERN LIGHTBULB...into something close to the performance of a CFL.

...I am not dreaming, cause after everyone else REREAD this same PR I did last night: WE TRADED 150 million shares and went up 80% 36 HOURS AFTER THE PR.
