Shooting themselves in the foot (AGAIN)

The unethical management is no longer referring customers to Amazon. They are now referring customers to small time, little known online retailers that do not accept comments or reviews. It is obvious they have chosen to do this in order to circumvent the independent review process. The funny part about it is that one of the retailers, cdfreedom, offers sound clips of all the soungs on the album. Who would buy this CD after hearing how bad it is? They are obviously paying to be a featured artist on cdfreedom and they have no money coming in.

lol too funny. They are screwing themselves. The only way to find those small time retailers is through links on V9's web site. How would someone who had never heard of V9 find out about the band or get turned on to the CD? Beyond that, the whole purpose of signing with Peak was to receive national distribution. Now that they have it, they are turning their backs on Amazon? Amazon is definitely the internet's largest retailer. I suppose they got wise and realized that the national audience wasn't interested in V9.

Peak is headed down the toilet again (did they ever really climb out of the toilet in the first place?). This should be their big day in the sun but Sandy has managed to screw it up royally. V9 is not very good but it is a shame that Sandy is going to take them down with the ship.

I don't think anyone would touch this stock at .001 (.17 is a joke), this stock won't show any movement whatsoever until Sandy starts the Dilution machine again.

Violet Nine sucks. Not as bad as PKGN but they aren't very good none-the-less.

IMO PKGN bought up a few copies from amazon the first few days to try to keep V9 from sinking to the bottom of the rankings. I guess they decided it was an exercise in futility and they were just going to be flushing away whatever revenue the album might have made. Because now it has been continuing it's free-fall.

By the way Ed, don't let Sandy harass you with his empty threats (check his reviews and you'll see what I mean).

Watch for PKGN to start working over-time with their next round of dilution now that the album is a proven flop. Sandy will undoubtedly take advantage of the R/S now that he knows that he can't make any money off of V9. PKGN will be right back at .0003 before you know it.

By the way, what the hell is up with Cattle Call? Wasn't the release supposed to be May or June? I can't find ANYTHING about it. Wouldn't they have some marketing in place if it was going to be released in the next couple months?

Sandy has managed to become synonimous with "scam" and "flop".

Towards this goal, the PKG Board has approved a resolution to implement a reverse stock-split which should tighten PKG's trading market by limiting share availability while increasing the share price significantly to represent share value levels that properly reflect PKG's recent success and valuation. The reverse is expected to produce an attractive capital structure for the investment community, allowing PKG to continue funding its business at a reasonable cost and better valuations.

The reverse-split should be effective beginning February 16, at which time PKG's common stock will trade as adjusted for the reverse split. As a result, each 3000 shares of common stock is exchanged for one share of common stock and the total number of shares outstanding will be reduced from approximately 5.35 billion shares to approximately 1.78 million shares.

this month-October they will release to college and itunes, and Jan. they will---- PKG is on schedule for a Violet Nine CD release date of January 13, 2006, through our domestic distribution agreement with Navarre.
also late this year in 2005-which is soon-Violet Nine is also scheduled to provide material for the soundtrack of a late 2005 release of ``National Lampoon's Cattle Call'' a new film to be produced by Sunset Entertainment, Directed by Martin Guigui (Swing, My Ex-Girlfriend's Wedding Reception, Changing Hearts).
So if even the whole 8 billion were free trading, which they are not-that is a market cap of just 800k at the PPS of .0001 which is dirt cheap to me.------------------------------------------------------------------
