DENVER, Feb 06, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- PKG Entertainment, Inc. (Nasdaq:PKGE)(Pink Sheets:PEKG) is pleased to announce that the Articles of Amendment for its previously announced name change have now been filed. For all shareholders of record, a new CUSIP number has been issued by NASDAQ, along with a new trading symbol. Effective today, Monday, February 6, 2006, PKG Entertainment will trade under the symbol, 'PKGE'.
2006 should be a new chapter for PKG, as it sees its first products to market and the anticipation of first revenues for this fledgling entertainment company, now trading as "PKGE".
