Well, lookie here. EVERYTHING nanosux and the principal of nanosux was one big horrendous lie. And almost 2 years to his first prison release date, Mr. principal, his wife, brother, bennie blankenship the disgraced corrupt stock promoter with his BIG company, plus 3 or 4 others mentioned but not named are back in front of the SEC. Most likely some people from ntgl may be in the lawsuit, or may have already rolled over on the nanosux principal.
Remember, by the time the SEC has published the wells notice, they have already been doing investigation of said party and believe they have a case to collect a worthwhile amount of ill gotten gains. The SEC does not assume.
It seems likely many people may get prison terms out of this and should.
There's too much to post about it here, just go to the n-t-ek ihub board and catch up.
Few great posters start with to read are shajandr, Doccontango, dangfool and Meow who have been right from the start on nanosux.
Nanosux n-t-ek and n-tgl stock will, if history serves, be shut down in due time. Not soon enough, but will be shut down.

COMPLAINT
Plaintiff, Securities and Exchange Commission (“the SEC”), alleges as follows:
Nature of the Case
1. This case involves an illegal stock distribution and market manipulation scheme
orchestrated by defendant David R. Foley, the founder of defendant NanoTech Entertainment,
Inc. (“NTEK”) and defendant NanoTech Gaming, Inc. (“NTGL”). NTEK and NTGL are
microcap or penny stock companies quoted on OTC Link, an electronic inter-dealer quotation
system that displays price quotes from broker-dealers for many over-the-counter securities.
The principal of ntek D.F. did indeed step into prison life.
And nanotech NTEK almost instantly dropped to sub penny within a day or two.

It looks like the principle, the founder and 'brains' of ntek, may actually be going to Federal prison tomorrow June 18th 2015.
I'll report on Thursday any of the findings.
Hi Seebee.
I KNOW you don't pump. But tfn was never consummated, like all of winicks scams. There were no actual live broadcasts or events EVER from tfn.
All they had was the phony web site and no iptv license/channel to broadcast. winick paid the fee to CRTC, that is all. One doesn't have to prove they are broadcasting to be listed there, just send in the forms and money. If they did anything it was a closed feed from their computer. The pumpers were the only ones to claim seeing the channel, of course that's a lie. blackout was a fraud and so was their creation tfn. Even the mma guy they tried to hoodwink quietly snuck away. Big name bait and switch.. just like ntek.
I also think garrow got out somehow without going down with winick. He's just as culpable. Maybe garrow was one of the whistle blowers.
It really isn't too difficult to get your logo on someones underwear at any time. Winick knows how to put on a convincing façade. Creating a online web store is fairly simple too.
Please PM me an addy I can stay in touch with you if you care to.
I have tried to reply to you on the bkmp board several times, and every time it automatically logged me out. My posts take forever to post. Don't know what the hell is going on, but I am done with Ihub and will find another place to post. And I agree, everything he has done has been a scam, but at one point, BKMP did own shares in Blackout Communications that became TFN Global that evidently was real according to the CRTC. I am not trying to pump the shit, just posting what I found looking to see what could possibly set off the riddlers on BKMP. That's all.
Odd, I posted 25 minutes ago on another board and it is not showing up! The time stamp shows the date and time in favorites but not my post! What the hell!
Interesting.
On another note, what do you think about winick.
What you and I and a few others were saying all along was true and the mistreatment from a array of mod characters on the bkmp board was wholly inappropriate. I also believe winick and garrow were posting to that board as well.
I wouldn’t be surprised to see garrows name come in later in the investigations. As he should.
This is in court today I believe in Canada, at least this company is fighting back for it's shareholders, ALL of it's shareholders. And it involves those who took control of FN. http://www.newswire.ca/en/story/1202405/genesis-alerts-shareholders-to-anticipated-dissident-shareholder-action-to-seize-control-of-your-board
Blackkout media is defunct. Sandy appears to be locked up somewhere in Tiawan...nice.
I know you're not asking me, but I say MG is ripping off the same sheeple he started with with shady. And many new ones that will never see his past deeds. Everything is identical to the TFN scam. Just some cosmetic differences. That was back in May, and just now it's getting circulation...never knew it existed until last week. And I follow MMA occasionally.
Pumpers and uneducated will say "Oh, MG learned from his mistakes and he's going to make this work for shareholders."
Naaa, he learned how to run the scam better and cleaner.
Hey D... What do you think about this PR from Fightnow?
http://www.fightnow.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=169:attention-fight-fans-your-channel-has-arrived&catid=39:press-releases&Itemid=75
TFN seems to be dead in the water. If it is still a viable shell, maybe winick will RM it into another one of his scams....
In case anyone is curious about what the investors who invested in TFN are up to these days, here is a little news.

I don't know him personally. I have though read good things about him like JT's famous rant some time back, and JOHN M's farewell, and I don't think Randy C would get mixed up with someone who may tarnish a reputation. Anytime he has ever been mentioned that I have read, people say good things about him. Except for maybe one comment on a board I read a long time ago, supposedly by an employee who was let go. My opinion, Mike did all he could to make it work. I don't know.
And Kitt, the way you posted that on the other board, good grief. Never once did I imply he may be related to Sandy. And I certainly don't know if he had anything to do with BKMP. I just found it coincidental that he lived in San Diego and was a broker, which that particular poster stated he was from and that he was a broker. Who knows. (And if the picture I found of someone with the same name is him, I don't think they are related)! Could be, but I doubt it. SW=pale, JW=not so pale
It could have been SW himself posting, maybe someday we'll know. Or not.
Ahh, what a web of deception some weave...?
Not a long post at all... write all you want.
I understand where you are coming from. But there's no way I can believe garrow wouldn't know everything sandy pulled. They were in it together from the start. Garrow KNEW sandy was a scammer. There's no way garrow could not know that even if he tried to look the other way...
Garrow almost certainly took money from sandys operation. Garrow would also most certainly know sandy had/was doing something questionable but yet garrow took money from the deals....!?
You can't possibly believe garrow did this for free?
Since I don't know how you know what kind of person garrow is I have no idea how you came up with that. From ihub posters? Stock409? Garrow was knowingly partnered with sandy, that's enough for me. I don't think garrow is going to stay clean and away from the winnick mess much longer. I still think it's going to bite him in the azz at any time soon.
IMO - MMA will never gain larger acceptance, due to what I believe is the real targeted audience, 15 to 25 year olds... NOT 18 to 35/45 like they are fond of advertising...
The whole promoted persona is geared to hand held device imprisoned 10 second attention span young people. The whole 'x' factor type productions and graphics are not for anyone over 23 or 25 because we don't even 'get' that kind of spastic epileptic inducing visuals and bloated browser killing internet sites with again, too much visuals.
You have always been a straight shooter on ihub. I have always had high respect for your views and opinions.
Please understand that my views about garrow which are 180* from yours has absolutely nothing to do with you as a person and what you believe.
thanks….
Kitt, seriously, I don't think Mike knew all that was going on with Sandy's deals. Do I think he knew Sandy might have been using the stock for getting money to help fund TFN, probably. Do I think he knew all the stunts that Sandy pulled with the stock, no. I just don't think he is that type of person. I could be wrong, but I just don't see it. Do I wish him luck in this, absolutely. Since all this went down like it has, I pretty much have quit reading alot of the MMA sites, I think if you are going to call yourself a mma/sports journalist, you should report on the big going on's with any aspect of it, hence, have the ..... to write about what transpired with TFN, all of it. Only ONE came close to doing it, the gentleman at Cartt, and even he didn't mention BKMP, Sandy, or how exactly it all went down. Pretty sad if you think about it. I just have no respect for any of them anymore. Sorry so long, but just needed to say that for some reason.
As for Fight Now!, probably a good chance that they get some UFC/Strikeforce content. With Randy as a spokesman and Cablevision owning Madison Square Gardens/etc, maybe they can get mma legalized there finally. Crazy it's not already.
And if you want to read about a lawsuit involving some brokers that mentions Sandy, go to this board. When I read the bio of the ex-president of this company, where he lives and what his profession was, a certain poster came to mind. See if it does to you or any one else. And before anyone ASSumes anything, I am not the person who posted on that board. (That was for High).

Sorry again for the long post.
Wow, it looks just like the old TFN scheme... Randy was supposed to be there too.....Garrows still a crook. Too bad he wasn't in taiwon with sandy.
Well, looks like Mike is doing well for himself, Fight Now! channel coming to Cablevision this month. Randy also a shareholder in it.
And here we are with zip, zero, nothing.
Apparently, a BK or ticker with the Q is a hot ticket lately.
Some sort of movement in many Q ended stocks....no one knows exactly why this cropped up.

Have you Googled The Fight Network lately? If not, you should. They filed bankruptcy last month, and yesterday they announced that Leonard Asper and FORMER shareholders Loudon Owen and Ed Nordholm partnered to buy a large stake in TFN, Leonard Asper is now the new CEO. Seems they owe 13+ million to creditors who they are meeting with tomorrow according to one of the articles. Here are a couple of the articles. (Should have written it as Asper is leading a consortium of investors, as stated in the article I read.)

FFGO update...
ffgo is now nmgl for all intents and purposes. Scammed by s.lumpy once again the shareholders are following to nmgl hoping and praying and wishing to get rich from non existant gold fantasy mines created by the lump.
end update
FFgo update... deal for share divies by lumb due absolutely on July 5th 2010...
Wager made with strong supporter ... but ...no deal
I guess not confident enough with ffgo which is a scam by lumb ...
~!~ Priz, you're so confident that this deal will --> Fortress Financial Group, Inc. expects to execute the sale of its Gold Interests by no later than Monday July 5, 2010 and cautions that it is likely that these Sale and Purchase Agreements could well be executed at an earlier date.
be done and on that date, let's make a little wager...
ffgo files the done deal with edgar by the end of business day monday, I will stop posting completely on ffgo, only to come back one time when ffgo gets revoked so I make one I told you so post... OR ffgo doesn't comply with the lumb promise in any form or way, any excuse that moves the date one hour beyond the end of business day monday - you lose.. YOU go away. No new names, no extra aliases - gone. You never pump ffgo again.
You say it will happen on the 5th... put up your posting on it.
The deal will be done or not done!
What you say, sport? Deal or no deal?
Hey Patch.
Is SJJNAMARTIN a wonderful guy/girl like they emailed me they are?
Pm me if you care to answer... he/she said you'd know.

Arming the Community in the Fight Against Fraud – June 30th Fraud College Conference in Utah focused on Fighting Fraud through Community Awareness & Education
Don’t become a victim - Spend the day learning ways to better protect yourself and the ones you love from fraudsters, schemes and scams taking place across the community. Hear expert speakers and panelists from around the country come together to teach anti-fraud awareness and protection at no cost to you.
Press Release No. 10/103
May 12, 2010
The State of Utah, in close coordination with Utah Valley University, community leaders and financial services organizations, have organized a “must-attend” conference on fraud prevention and awareness for the people of Utah and surround states. The conference will take place on the Utah Valley University Campus June 30th, 2010, with participants from the FBI, SEC, Financial and Legal organizations, academia, and religious communities. Local and nationally known speakers will present on critical topics such as: Understanding the mind of the Scammer/Victim, Common Fraud “Markers”, How to say No when everyone around me is saying yes!. Featured speakers include Carolyn Jessop, the nationally known author of Escape aand her recenltly published follow-up book entitled Triumph. Carolyn is a former member of a fundamentalist polygamist group who wrote an autobiographical account of her upbringing and her later flight from that group. She will be speaking about how to say no in high pressure situations.
The conference will also feature an interfaith panel comprised of leaders and representatives from many religions across communities. Key topics to be discussed by the panel center on affinity fraud (trust-based deception) and protecting your family finances from fraud.
“Sound education and awareness will be the secret to protecting the members of our community from Fraud. We are anxious to be a part of this new Nationwide Fraud Watch”, said Governor Gary R. Herbert, State of Utah. “We can’t just sit back and watch our friends, neighbors and family members become prey to the fraudsters and scammers that infest our community...”
A major focus of the conference will be to increase public awareness of the various types and strains of fraud being perpetrated today. Speakers will confront the importance of equipping attendees with critical updates on fraud behavior, schemes and cases to ensure they will be well-prepared to recognize fraud. The Conference will cover interviews of ex-cons telling their stories of how they “size-up” a victim. In addition, a Psychiatrists will give attendees a glimpse into the mind of a fraudster running a scam.
The concept of a “Fraud College” Conference came from came from a September 2009 Bloomberg News article where the SEC announced it “may” send some its staff off to “Fraud College” so they wouldn’t miss so many massive frauds like the Madoff and Stanford cases which alone account for over a half of a trillion dollars in losses. Although the SEC is striving to do as much as they can to be watchdogs over fraud, the American investor needs to take more personal responsibility for detecting fraud in the community. A small band of investor advocates (including former SEC staff, leaders in business and the community) has put together “Fraud College” for the people, a one-day anti-fraud conference/school that is free to the public and is the first step towards helping American investors develop their own "fraud sense."
“In this era of deceptive investment schemes and fraudulent business relationships, Fraud College promises to help the community be its own first line of defense in the fight against fraud. In particular, the Conference will enforce the need to continually be vigilant about ways to protect and educate citizens across the state of Utah.” Said, Brent Baker, Partner in the Securities Practice Group at Parsons Behle & Latimer and one of the board members of Fraud College.
This valuable service has been made possible by generous sponsorship from the State of Utah, Utah State Bar Securities Division and the Utah Securities Association - a non-profit organization, the First Annual Fraud College will be established in Utah on June 30th, 2010. Patch,
Kit, you asked me about 4Kids. She is neither a plant nor Alan Heller, she is just a delusional investor who thinks sitting at home and chatting with message board posters makes her somehow knowledgeable. Somehow 4kids thinks membermarks means intelligence.
What I have come to learn in a decade of researching teh markets, is that I have made good decisions and bad. I have taken the wrong path at times but....I have realized I took the wrong patch and learned/corrected it for the future. 4Kids is simply walking down that path until she falls off the cliff. There is no learning to be had, no corrective measures. She lives in a myopic world where there is *only one* response and that is her response.
I actually cringe when I listen to her analysis of the markets because she is so far off base it is amusing. her pumping of teh daily short sale violume is teh perfect example. Why tout data you haven't a clue what it means? Most likely because some fool will follow you off that cliff.
not really that clever, your gig can be seen on a ton of ihub boards every day
~!~ My bad, clarification: 'THE Technique" is done a ton, not YOU post a ton, but I can see the confusion due to my syntax...
The rest of your post, whatever. But you must have some pull with TA's... getting numbers from gagged ones and all..... so, it's officially ungagged.
But I think your job on spng is done, although you don't seem to be. Good work.
Now you can put me back on ignore.
Kitt, you really have no idea what you're talking about, do you?
You said:
"~!~ YOU found out? Many people had posted numbers like that, why do you place yourself so important above any one else? Plus, your figure is way off".
First of all, at that point, no one had a clue as to what the correct O/S was. Everyone was just guessing, but no proof.
So, my figure was way off? Really, how about this. I called the T/A on a Tuesday and he ended up giving me those numbers. Notice the O/S amount: 1,249,451,605. I had called him the day before and tried to get the O/S, but he wouldn't give it to me. He told me I would have to send a letter to them. So I did, on Tuesday. The next day, Wednesday is when I called and got the numbers. My letter to the T/A had already gone out the previous day:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=35861819
Here's the letter from the President of Olde Monmouth. Notice the O/S number?: 1,249,451,605 Look familiar?
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=36151836
Here's the numbers from the April 20th, 10Q filing:
http://www.otcmarkets.com/edgar/GetFilingHtml?FilingID=6548765
STOCKHOLDERS’ EQUITY
Preferred stock, $0.001 par value, 55,000,000 shares authorized, 0 shares issued and outstanding 0 0
Common stock, $0.001 par value, 1,250,000,000 shares authorized, 1,249,451,605 and 365,473,214 shares issued and outstanding at February 28, 2009 and May 31, 2008
1,249,452 365,473
Does that number look familiar? 1,249,451,605. Same number given to me by the T/A when I called, the President of Olde Monmouth in that letter, and in their official 10Q filing.
My figure was way off? I think not. Like I said, you really don't know what you're talking about.
You said:
"~!~ No, you're a paid tout, or post exactly like one. You don't need an example as you know what I'm talking about. But I supply one below anyhow".

TavyCal, I believe Pike purchased 100M of those shares before all the problems started. After the fit started to hit the shan, that's when he started buying more (the form 4's he filed). I believe his original average buyin price for those 100M was around .10. Someone went back and figured it out. I wonder what Pike is thinking this morning? I wonder if he was buying for a group of people. Ouch. Then again, the rumor still persists - a buyout, plus the filings at the end of this month for around .59. That's what I'm still hearing.
LOL. You're not seriously talking about the last part of that post. God, I hope you're not. You're not smart enough to realize that that statement was posted to show the absurdity of what some people still believe? Gee, I guess I should have put a "LOL" after that? Your lack of perception astounds me. Nobody pays me to post. Not ever. No one has ever offered to pay me. If they did, I would turn them in to the SEC. Period.
Oh Kitt, you have got to be kidding now!. Do you not understand that when someone posts quotation marks around the word "basher," it's equivalent to saying they are really not bashers? In other words, it's a slam of sorts to those who still call overachiever, puppy, etc. bashers, because they aren't. It's like saying "Bashers." (NOT!) They were right all the time and people simply refused to listen to them.
And that last part of yours. What the heck are you taling about? When I first bought in, like many, I was pro-SPNG. As time went on, I knew there was something wrong. I have posted just as many negative things about SPNG, probably more, then the positive things. At some point, if you realize something is not right, then it's not right. When SPNG said they had $70M of booked revenue, I posted that wasn't possible. I got kind of slammed for that, too.
And this part is just downright funny:
~!~ Here's an example of your hypocritical and intentional pushing of all things spng share related... almost every single post where you bring some sort of 'facts' that look negative to spng, you always add some 'but, maybe not everything as it seems' ploy. In this case, it's obvious to me why someone (you) brings up a rumor ... to continue to generate a reason to buy shares... it's your posts on the whole that make up your style ... the 'suave' good guy stock tout.... 'I'm on your side' technique... not really that clever, your gig can be seen on a ton of ihub boards every day... hardly unique. You know whats the best part of spng finally being officially taken down? All you assorted pumpers will go away to another board.
First of all, I post on a TON of IHUB boards? Really? Click on my name and check the TON of IHUB boards I post on. LMFAO! I hardly ever post on other boards.
Next, when I bring up facts that are negative or positive, I usually post "take it for what it's worth." That's the way it should be. I have good contacts, but that doesn't mean they're 100% correct. You don't understand that? A paid tout? LMFAO. Man, you are just too stupid for words. Talk about being clueless!
~!~ Basher? Is that a poster who post negative info about spng which usually includes real links to government filings? ... as opposed to someone like you who does the opposite and continues to soft sell spng using innuendo and speculations based on what the spng officers write in press releases attempting to make what moski writes look legit.
Anything to generate a reason to buy shares? I've never told anyone whether to buy or sell shares. None of my business.
Kitt, you are sooooo far off the mark, I almost can't believe you made that post. I'm for the shareholders, not the company. Always have been. I dig like hell trying to find info to post, whether it be good or bad. I do it to help shed a little more light on what's going on inside a company that refuses to tell their shareholders anything! It's morons like you that piss me off. Mister high and mighty, thinking he has everything figured out. You're so clueless when it comes to me, it's almost pathetic.
Tell me Kitt, When's the last time you did any solid DD? All I ever see you do is sit around, agreeing with everyone. You just like to jump on the bandwaggon. Boy, that helps!
I have no desire to respond your stupid, uninformed posts anymore. You're mind is made up. Too bad. Good luck to you.
When I found out that the true O/S was 1.249B, I was lambasted for that. I
~!~ YOU found out? Many people had posted numbers like that, why do you place yourself so important above any one else? Plus, your figure is way off.
I'm not a pumper or a 'basher.'
~!~ No, you're a paid tout, or post exactly like one. You don't need an example as you know what I'm talking about. But I supply one below anyhow.
I've been PM'ing the other so-called 'bashers' for about a year now.
~!~ Basher? Is that a poster who post negative info about spng which usually includes real links to government filings? ... as opposed to someone like you who does the opposite and continues to soft sell spng using innuendo and speculations based on what the spng officers write in press releases attempting to make what moski writes look legit.
I'm not sure what you expect from me. My only goal is to get to the bottom of something, one way or the other. I sold my shares about 2 weeks after they announced the r/s. I stayed on because I have friends who are in this big time, and because it's addicting to a point. I've been trying to dig up info for them, not me.
~!~ You stay on because you probably have 2 more weeks in your promotional contract.
~!~ Here's an example of your hypocritical and intentional pushing of all things spng share related... almost every single post where you bring some sort of 'facts' that look negative to spng, you always add some 'but, maybe not everything as it seems' ploy.
Kitt, I have no idea where you are getting your opinions from, but if you have read my posts in the past, I have presented good news and bad news about SPNG. I have defended SPNG in the past, and I have attacked them with the same vigor.
When I found out that the true O/S was 1.249B, I was lambasted for that. I could have held that info back and not posted it. But I didn't. As I have always said, when I dig for info (and I do dig constantly), I will post what I find, be it the good the bad or the ugly. Makes no difference to me. I'm not a pumper or a 'basher.' I believe in getting to the bottom of things and posting them for all to see. Are you saying that's not what I should to? Sorry, but that's just the way I am.
Unfortunatly, you're unable to understand that. I've been PM'ing the other so-called 'bashers' for about a year now. I have been straight with them at all times. Check with them if you'd like.
It's a shame you think the way you do, because you are completely, 100% wrong, but I know you're never going to believe that, so what's the point?

Simply amazing to watch a person's membermarks increase by 100+ in just two weeks. lol

Wow, that is weird. I just clicked on historical again and it shows this, why the difference when you hit it twice?

A, per you're pm. He probably just has another one. Seen another who likes to boast on certain people as he did in the past. As to who exactly he is, I have no idea, but very well could be.

Merry Christmas everyone, hope everyone is doing well and that you all have a great New Year as well.
Just about any news site these days appear to be editable... the blogs sites are starting to look like news sites with the ads and such. Can't tell any more. One good thing about internet news sites is they can give instant links to validate sources or info.
I had emailed ken1 and received a few emails. When other posters started going on about must be protected or secret I got tired of the shit and just put it out anyways. Of course, virg and others who have always targeted me deleted it as fast as possible. So, it's on the parking lot for all to see. I will post a PM to you this coming happy hour of the emails he'she sent to me. Ken1 said he was the guy in the asia office.
