yeah, that makes sense...i still don't think this will go through...i mean shit, mopn investors will not benefit at all if there are mushrooms and a classroom that are located in the complex..those businesses are only paying the mortgage..as far as producing mop products, IF they had contracts (and i don't believe they do) they should be able to produce that in bath.....i've been in the place..looks big enough to me.


here's what i see..charlie was a guy that hated to see history die...the mill was getting ready to be scrapped and he found a way to keep it standing by using his business to do so..some people are just like that...look at the piece of shit mansion..and it is a piece of shit..nothing has been done in years. in fact the thing is a hazard now.

Beck, the loan is being guaranteed by a "big brother" type imo.....kinda like a person having bad credit and getting a car loan by having their billionaire big brother co-sign for them...

this is how the Groveton purchase is being financed as well as the 15 million loan..."big brother" standing in with his signature and very large bank account...imo...

they are not selling shares for any of it and there is no down payment of any kind...

no, from what I have been told, that filing was from last year and was just renewed in case they run into cash flow issues...they have sales so it is just a precaution..

kinda like having a checking plus account attached to your checking account..

they are not "actively" looking to sell shares...

It reminds me of MDGC. I got shauno into that one. I flipped that stock for three years. Then it was taken over by a scumbag CEO and pilfered...the guy actually ejected the previous CEO under some crazy pretenses and reneged on the payments to said ex-CEO.

Well it got even more interesting. They had partners on their website that had never heard they were partners with MDGC. Lawsuits were threatened..partners were removed, things got...shall we say, scammy.

The latest news is a true coup de grace in scamville. It was something along the lines of "MDGC has signed a Letter of Intent to secure a $10 Million funding arrangement..." (with a broke company).

Until that point it was a real business, supposedly real (but expired) patents that they were always claiming that they would renew; had amazing sayings like "we will revolutionize the wireless markets with our technology", etc etc. Well, kinda hard to do that when you are competing with the status quo that gets what they want, ie: sprint, verizon, at&t, etc.

I unfortunately see this in MOP as well. They want to be the world's solution but can't quite seem to crawl out of the small town of Bath, NH. Well, in the PRs it seems like they do, but even that trip to SA was postponed at the last minute...even JAMAL came to them.

Just my thoughts and opinions and former experiences with similar situations.
