yeah, that makes sense...i still don't think this will go through...i mean shit, mopn investors will not benefit at all if there are mushrooms and a classroom that are located in the complex..those businesses are only paying the mortgage..as far as producing mop products, IF they had contracts (and i don't believe they do) they should be able to produce that in bath.....i've been in the place..looks big enough to me.
here's what i see..charlie was a guy that hated to see history die...the mill was getting ready to be scrapped and he found a way to keep it standing by using his business to do so..some people are just like that...look at the piece of shit mansion..and it is a piece of shit..nothing has been done in years. in fact the thing is a hazard now.
i think this is probably a moot point...mop probably will sell enough products to stay in business, but it certainly won't be the motherload for the shareholders as many hoped it would be (including me)..and the groveton deal will fall through...imo...and only imo..hope i'm wrong..don't think i am
