Not I. Your read carefully they said they expect the monetized value of those commons to cost the company $2,000,000 if we don't practice our rights. To me that means they are open to negotiations. I want at least $.15 cents just like the others got after the split. Personally I believe these shares are worth dollars. Your talking about a 175 billion dollar industry in 4 years. They wanna go the court route no problem by me.

I just got off the phone with Charles Schwab's Corporate Action Team because that's where I have all of my shares...
If you dissent you'll be put in a pool of other dissenters for a kind of possible class action law suit & who knows when that will be settled & if you'll ever get paid shit!!
I was given the option to wave my dissent verbally over the phone which will allow me to get paid the .063451 per share earlier & that's exactly what I did.

I just got the statement in the mail. the best we can do is file our dissenter's rights. So Apparently Alibaba is involved somehow. doe any one know a securities attorney they can show this too? get a better idea if Dissenting is even worth it. the buyout is a 43% premium of last 30, 60, and 90 day averages.

I lost money on this. those that were cashed out with SR/S got .15 a share. This company is looks like it's getting involved with the right partners but we get nothing. no longer able to participate in revenues and profits if they ever materialize.

State legislation that allows shareholders of a corporation the right to receive a cash payment for the fair value of their share, in the event of a share-for-share merger or acquisition to which the shareholders do not consent. Dissenters' rights allow dissenting shareholders an easy way out of the company if they do not want to be a part of the merger.

BREAKING DOWN 'Dissenters' Rights'
Prior to this legislation, mergers and acquisitions required a unanimous vote in favor from the shareholders of the company. This allowed for just one dissenting shareholder to veto the merger or acquisition, even though it may have been in the best interest of the company. State legislation took away this right, but in turn, gave the shareholders the right to receive the cash payment for their shares instead.

I contacted Capital One Sharebuilder to inquire about the acquisition. their email response says that the buyout price is .60. My account still shows my original amount of shares so as of last day of trading there was no reverse split. Is this buyout price accurate? I have IM'd compnay on facebook, emailed an officer of the company and have not heard anything back at all.

my online broker just says you will be notifies when money arrives.

Exactly the kind of tickers ihub should have been buying. We could of set the price. But no ihub continues to pump crap. But fortunately some our visionaries and will continue their investment in AR. $175 billion industry by 2020. To many folks are still sleeping on AR! Remember early bird get the worm ;)

$$ALSO had some believed the DD that has/had been provided here & thus the logical conclusions/possibilities of said the pps would have been higher; instead we got a sell off as patience won out. had believers or any of the investing public good @ connecting the dots (again provided here) then the buyout pps would have also reflected the higher return/yield for the current shareholders.

Not so fast. Let's just see what happens with the merger sub. Only thing I can find on it is from their last 10q. I agree you find the diamond in the rough and were bought out before the explosion. To bad we couldn't have pushed the ask higher we would have gotten more. Like to get my hands on that shareholder agreement. But yeah a few plays out their. But the ones I looking at are private funding. Were in que for Metas next round of funding. ;)
