I sure hope he is locked up.
whatever happened with this?
is chip greenberg in jail yet?
Have you been able to figure out how we can write this one off as a loss?
! 1 MILLION SHARES and nowhere to go. Regards,CaptD.
I think it's about time to make News, from the shareholders up.
LGL
I have shares in this play that have "STOP TRADE" for over a year.
This pig is bacon.
WE ARE UNABLE TO FIND 'ANY' NEWS of recent times.
Last I heard was a buy-out that didn't close.Where are we today?CaptD.
What might I do with 3/4 MIL shares?Regards,CaptD.
I can't get anything from old numbers, or web site. The 'stop trade' is now a year old, not good. But we keep trying.Regards,CaptD.
That's because there is none. It's a dead duck I believe.
I haven't been able to find any NEWS on this anywhere.
Yeah, I think it is just a stand in. We probably lost our rights to the domain.
I'm almost positive that is not the same iphone2...but wishful thinking.

I am a shareholder, since October 2007, just before the stop-trade. I check their web site regularly. I did e-mail corp some 3 months ago and was told then a 'news release' would be out in a couple weeks. Checking with their website TODAY! I see a new site! going together. Hopefully this is good news. One year of 'stop-trade' is up in a week or so?
Regards,CaptD.
Has anyone been able to find any info? This mid October will mark 1 year since trading has been haulted. I remember reading that 1 year was the maximum time given for the hault.
Thanks for the info. I tried emailing that prick Chip at his pathetic iphone2 address only to have it bounced back a couple minutes later.
scammed with nothing to show for it, great. I'm sure if we wanted to, we could find this jagoff. We do have his last name...
LGL, did the shareholder meeting idea ever get any response. I did get one more response from Thom White which sounds cryptic, in an intriguing way...
--------------------------------------------------------------
We did have discussions, although, as you can imagine, the content is privileged until I am told otherwise by whoever is in control of the company. I wish I could be of more help.

Thanks Thom, was there any counsel provided by your firm to the Company concerning relisting the stock or any other matters?
Well I guess this will be my final post on this stock. I sent an email to the firm that is mentioned on the "Important Info for Shareholders" link on the IPhone web site. Here is the email and the response. Looks like Chip, IPhone and our $$ are gone. If anyone has any additional info, or a game plan for recouping some of our collective investment, I'd love to hear it. Best of luck to all in your future investing endeavors.
----------------------------------------------------------------
I am sorry that iPhone2 has been unresponsive. Unfortunately, our firm is no longer representing them so I do not have any recent information. I am unaware of the identity of their new counsel, if any. The only advice I can give you is to continue trying their contact information on the website.
Sincerely,
Thom White

Subject: IPhone2
Dear Mr. White
I am trying to obtain information on the status of a company called IPhone2, Inc. The President of the Company, Chip Greenberg, states on the Company website that the Company retained your firm to review all possible courses of action for the Company to resume trading of the Company's common stock.
http://www.iphone2.com/impo_info.php
There has been no communication from Mr. Greenberg with shareholders since March 2008 and there is a question among a group of sharedholders whether he is even still with the Company.
As a shareholder and therefore partial owner of the Company I am requesting you please provide a summary of the courses of action for relisting of IPhone2 common stock your firm has determined at this time and also any information you have on contact information for Mr. Greenberg. Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated.
I sent the following email to Brooks communications on Monday August 4, 2008:
"Could you please provide any information concerning this company's relationship with IPhone2 Inc. I was under the impression per news releases and SEC documents that Brooks Communications was acquired and is a subsidiary of Iphone2. Can you please confirm or clarify this?"
I got the following reply:
From: Call BCI [mailto:clark@callbrooks.com]

Brooks Communication, Inc. has completely severed the relationship with iPhone2, Inc. Because of the legal agreement involved, I have attached an approved press release.
I hope this information is of some use.
Clark Brooks
President
Brooks Communication, Inc.
The press release that was attached is as follows:
ALBUQUERQUE, NM, June 26, 2008. Brooks Communication, Inc. announced that, upon mutual agreement of the parties, the acquisition agreement with iPhone2, Inc. of July 11, 2007 is null and void. Clark Brooks, president of Brooks Communication, Inc. remains the sole shareholder of the privately held telecommunication company headquartered in Albuquerque, NM. Brooks Communication, Inc. has no affiliation with iPhone2.
Brooks Communication will proceed with plans to enhance their sales staff and update their product lines. They will continue to sell Mitel / Inter-tel digital and VoIP telephone systems; Polycom audio and video conference systems; and a full range of local area network solutions. Under evaluation are additional VoIP products.
Founded in 1976, Brooks Communication is one of the oldest and most respected business communication systems providers in the greater Albuquerque area. With it’s dedication to quick and efficient service, Brooks Communication has a base of approximately 500 clients.
I find it interesting that the agreement was voided "by mutual agreement". I believe the presss release that IPhone released concerning this acquisition was premature and/or grossly misleading. Anyone know if there are any operations of IPhone2 still in existence? And does anyone have any idea of the whereabouts of one Chip Greenberg?
last i saw they were leaving albuquerque and going south...
staying in new mexico...i think it was roswell.
Glad to finally find some info on IPhone although what I am reading does not make me feel much better about the stock! I've sent several emails to the investor relations email address but have never received any response. Does anyone know if the company still has any operations in AZ at all? Or any operations anywhere for that matter. I'd be very intersted in pursuing whatever actions would benefit the shareholders of the company.
I have been around a long time and think I bought some about .08/.10 (Are you in ABQ?)
I live in Nevada
I think if you find Namer we could get the company back together or if the company is abandon we could call a shareholding meeting and elect a new board of directors and get this show on the road!
LGL
LGL you were/are a shareholder from above .02 and 2yrs
, is that right. Are you in ABQ
I've done searches and come up with nothing,
I'm calling a friend at an IR firm who was
":doing" work for someone in regards to iphe.
If the lawsuit can be settled, what actions were taken the "action" against the IMBECILE who delisted the company, or the imbecile
who DIDN'T HAVE A CLUE----chip being sued by Brooks.
Suing Greenberg personally in Small Claims in his local jurisdiction would be favorable if we can get the doc's from "whatever" settlement is being discussed.
I think you are right.
Chip is no longer the CEO and I have no idea who is.
May be it's time for a shareholders meeting and vote in a new board, what do you think???

Do your own DD, This post is my OPINION. ** TRUST, BUT VERIFY.**
Attorney for Greenberg and IPHE Civil said the case was to settle legally and agree to by Brooks and Gutenberg in court June 8,2008 But Greenberg now claims he is no longer in the company and refuses to sign the settlement, also to pay Brooks 10 G"s.
Rumor say that company was taken over by a group of shareholders, I have no prof of such.
It looks like Chip has sold us down the drain.
The only lead I have is a ( Jack Nammer or Namer) Miami Fl. See if you can find him to see what he knows. Chip said he worked as a consultant in the phone business. He also may be a shareholder.
Good Luck
LGL
Has anyone received any email responses back from the CEO lately? He use to respond, but now he no longer replies. That in itself tells me "no progress" I suppose.
Marvin Appel of Appel Asset Management was featured on a show today called Sweet Picks, that airs on the website called wallst.net
iShares was the topic of discussion (iShares Latin America) ILF.
He says we should BUY with options trade, he gives good reason and explainswhy we should, he gives information about the stock, where it's at and where it is going.
It is a very informative interview if ytou are thinking about buying or selling iShares.
He also says to sell the July 280 calls ar $11.00 each, wich i found good to know!
not exactly sure how he got his company back... i did hear that chip and iphone2 are still in business except that they will not answer the phone or reply to emails....
sounds like a winning strategy!!
How did Brooks get back the company, we were told that IPHE had Acquired Brooks Communication, Inc., this would make the stock holders the owners. What was the contract between Brooks & IPHE, it is very rare that a item is just given back with out some legal action.
IPHE also had other (CLEARBAND Group of Companies') assets. If IPHE never had these assets then chip may have mislead the investor ,There are numerous parties involved that could have benefited from what has happen (chip, some stockholders, lawyers, the companies IPHE gave moneys and stocks, many others). Of corse maybe chip is on the up and up and people took him, what ever was happen the stock holders need the facts . With out the facts we can think anything: the real problem was time travelers who came back and .....?
He (Brooks) is out and took his company back with a bad taste in his mouth, The Question is what has happen to Chip?

he's gota know something
If not BK then a R/S or a merge with another company or both.
Company probably will go bankrupt. Not being able to sell shares.
i sent 2 emails last week asking for news...not on the debacle of the delisting...but just news on the company...
i.e...sales, acquisitions, revenue, products etc....
no reply of course....
fyi...chip is still listed as "the man" on their website.
'isachair'..Chip's in Cancun huh....O.J.'s old hangout....I'll give 'The Juice' a call..invite him to a double-header, if you know what I mean, and it ain't baseball. Warm up the Bronco O.J., you're goin' on a road trip!!....
Maybe we should join him but I dont have $20.
Chip is in Cancun with a Corona and a $20 hooker.
Heads Up
I talked to Brooks Communication the receptionist said that Chip is no longer connected with them. I am waiting for a call back now.
Well that definitely answers my question. Looks like this could be drug out then. I bet this stock will probably start trading again before Chip's lawsuit even goes to court.
the 1st time I was sued, (it was cut and dry he did not have a case) the judge drop it after 6 month with the condition he could not refile. 1 month later he refiled took another month to have that dismissed.
next time I sued some one (it was cut and dry I had a good case) after 2 ½ years I settled to keep it from dragging on, I only lost 30% of what I sued for .
I'm not familiar with the process of putting together a lawsuit, but it sure would seem that one could have been assembled by now. Am I right? I thought Chip basically said it was cut and dry case.
