DTFSF acquired by Sabre Graphite Corp. .... Any other shareholders get this prospectus, or whatever it is, in the mail???? Looks like every share of DTFSF owned we get half a share of Sabre. Anyone else see anything interesting stated??? I'm no accountant or Business major
Who knows! Maybe you should give it a try!

I did, I'm already stupid enough to own 25k shares at .06, it's tempting though just for the fact I could take a screen shot of being +$50k for the day lol. I'm in on the bid for 20k more at .01 ... I'm curious as to what would happen if those $2 shares were purchased though, what would the price action be after that ..... What do you make of pps right now???? Tax selling? A big short finally achieving his 2 yr goal? I'm surprised there hasn't been another transaction today it's very odd for something to drop this low. Look at the market cap now
You must have changed your mind.
**** these MM clowns. I'm about to buy those 100 shares at $2 just to screw up the chart and everyone's live account screen. Would love to see people's reactions when they are up $20k suddenly lol. It's only $200 what do I care, I'm really about to do it
Football season almost over, where do we stand? Still a p.o.s. that we were led to believe was
the greatest stock in the world, funny when the bottom falls out, the so called promotors bailed,
and on to the next one, then when that one fails, time to hide for awhile, the key here, is to find
out that next promotion, and SHORT the heck out it, like someone I know does, made a pile $$$
doing it.
I guess that was nice volume today?? Only 60k shares but that's 12x average .. 10k were me at .045 .. I now own 25k at average price of .063 .... Hopefully that volume is telling and something is in the making. This stock is a gold mine if the right people take it over
The growth in FanDuel this year is shocking. Goes to prove that Daily Fantasy Sports is a cash cow.
Ya, I had connection issues too. The site is good, but they need to be able to handle the volume. Obviously they are growing just hope it is enough to get this SP moving.
The site was overloaded all day yesterday, servers kept going down like every 30 minutes. You can't take it a as a bad sign that the site is garbage, you have to realize that traffic is way over their predictions. I can't stress to people enough how much FanDuel is killing it this year compared to last year. DTFSF MUST! be getting some residual off of this .... Unfortunately I lost both my leagues yesterday LOL. Can't believe the Cowboys shut down Brees like that
I'm all signed up! ... Just deposited $100 to play NFL this weekend. I hadn't noticed and I have to say I'm pretty upset there is no college football games. For that reason I'll have to stay on Fan Duel for the time being.
You have some good points. Their annual report talks about soccer coming online in 2015 so that would be a big plus.
The fact you have never heard of DraftTeam says it all. they need to pick up the pace on marketing.
Get on twitter and facebook and follow these guys/re tweet etc and tell your friends. You can even get affiliate money from them if you help get new customers.
If they can get market share from Fanduel and Draftkings this will be huge, both companies have market caps in the multi-millions. Heck I bet Fanduel has a cap over 100mil. That will be a tall task though, as both those companies are advertising HEAVY and draft team, well I never heard of them and I watch sports non stop. I presently use fanduel and contests that require thousands of people are filled up every day. I've been watching draft team and they have contests that require 50 people that don't fill up ... I've been emailing fanduel customer service for weeks begging them to incorporate soccer contests and they tell me they are not planning it at all. ESPN does free fantasy for soccer and teams # in the 100'000s .... If draft team can start advertising for soccer I feel it is their way into market share. I want those contests because I enjoy soccer, but gamblers are gamblers and if soccer was included all the football and baseball fans would play those contests as well.
I still know basically nothing about this company, but this idea is a cash machine for other companies. All they need to do is get their name out there.
For company info see www.thecse.com The symbol there is DFS. This is the Canadian Securities Exchange where the bulk of trading occurs for this company.
At this price, your risk is fairly low.
Recent financing is dominated by a group of succesful Vancouver money guys (and yes, very legit). More seasoned than the founding group with the ability to raise large $$ if needed.
They also have a low tolerance for management not delivering. This venture needs effective marketing and yes then they can bring in profits and the SP benefits.
But as they say if "ifs" and "buts"....
Should I Buy???
what does the future hold??
It has canadian listing. You can learn more by looking at the news there
I'd like a sizeable position but the volume just won't allow it. I wish there was more info on this company. Have any good links???? I also can't find a PR or anything for that matter about JI financial
Thanks buddy boy!
I just slapped that ask w/ 10k at .09 lol ... anyone's account that went up 34% can thank me :)
I can't believe I just stumbled upon this. Fanduel and DraftKings are raking in cash hand over fist right now but you can't invest in them. Did you see how much Comcast and the Koch brothers just gave Fanduel! ... I'm buying this right away on Monday, if there is even any volume lol. .... I just went to their website, if it was just marketed better and a little more streamlined they'd be right up there w/ fanduel ... If anything someone is gonna turn this into a pump and dump sooner or later w/ all the hype going on w/ short term fantasy contests.
Just googled it ... 70 mil investment total from Comcast, Koch's and others. Also Draftkings received 41 mil from investors last month .. Ha! ... I'm in on Monday
Well that explains the volume recently. $600K PP announced.
Again PI buying early this AM on the CSE. Is something positive going to finally transpire..."red" shareholders want to know.
Well somebody from PI Financial likes this stock on the CSE. At this point no one else appears to.
Can they pull this from the fire? Longer term shareholders if there are many left are still waaay underwater. People new to this could actually make a decent return.
Looks like my timing was ok... sorry to all who held through the name change and RS.... if you are looking to recoup your losses INCC and IACH should do well soon...
Another satisfied customer I see,eh?! Massive!
I hear you. My averaging down only has me down 60%....small miracle.
I am sure Mgmt is on a short leash right now to turn this around...or they better be!!
The new site, features and mobile version do look awesome for what is worth...
Ya I just noticed my PPS has almost tripled! whatever. Held this thing for like 5 years already lmao
Yes I hope so too, and lots of good news
It's alive!! It's alive!!! At least on the CSE up north.
Hopefully management has got the message to sharpen up, some new money coming in hopefully - still a chance to make this a reasonable success.
I'm not in here but found you guys looking for my stock here is a link and you guys can take it from here

Intelimax Media is a digital entertainment company focusing on the booming fantasy sports market. Rapid growth and popularity of fantasy sports has cultivated a highly competitive and high-demand market. As a result, success in this environment requires innovation, strong marketing and a forward-thinking management team at the wheel.
DraftTeam.com is Intelimax’s strategy for competing in this sector. The platform is one of a few fantasy sports platforms in which users can enter on a daily and weekly basis rather than over a complete season. The daily setup offers hundreds of possible contest options in a variety of sports leagues, including football, baseball, hockey, basketball, and more.
One component of Intelimax’s marketing strategy for DraftTeam.com will be to integrate the platform through major social media and land-based egaming networks. Intelimax also plans to distribute its products through various online and mobile channels to drive additional exposure and traffic.
Intelimax’s management team has identified several key opportunities in the fantasy sports and social media sectors, combining each member’s expertise in technology, gaming, marketing, and finance to develop an evolving unique fantasy sports platform. DraftTeam.com generates multiple revenue streams for Intelimax, and management has established a plan to steer the company through plans for international expansion to continue revenue potential.

IXMD Ahead of the Game with Unique Fantasy Sports Platform
The Fantasy Sports Trade Association pegs the value of the fantasy sports industry at roughly $70 billion per year. While fantasy football has been and still is the primary sport segment of the industry, which was started in 1962, numerous other sports are picking up participants and growing at rapid pace.
The advent of the Internet ignited the popularity of fantasy sports, linking participants from countries all over the world to their competitors. Intelimax Media hasn’t skipped a beat in developing innovative ways to capitalize on the infinite possibilities and opportunities that the Internet and fantasy sports fanatics have unknowingly created.
In 2012, Intelimax launched DraftTeam.com, a daily sports platform that allows players to engage in daily and weekly fantasy sports contests rather than riding out a complete season with a set team. The DraftTeam.com platform is available on any pc, tablet, or mobile device with an Internet connection, allowing players to receive real-time updates of the status even if they’re missing the big game on television.
Recognizing rising demand for fantasy contests outside the football stadium, DraftTeam.com members can also compete in baseball, hockey, basketball, and more, with the ability to choose from several hundred possible contest options.
Intelimax is also looking to expand its international boarders and says it is mapping out its strategy to maximize exposure and traffic through various online and mobile channels. The company also offers social gaming, entertainment, and software solutions.

IXMD is Transforming the Fantasy Sports World
The fantasy sports industry, currently estimated to be worth over $5 billion annually, is a rapidly emerging market projected to have massive future growth. With more than 30 million players spending $500 on a yearly basis, on average, and lifetime participation anticipated to be upwards of 20 years, fantasy sports enthusiasts are not only looking to show off their sporting know-how while playing for cash and prizes but they are also some of the most loyal consumers.
The world of daily fantasy sports is also growing, although most seasonal fantasy sports players have yet to learn of this new option. In North America alone, this represents a market of over 30 million potential crossover customers and millions of green-field sports enthusiasts likely to fall in love with this new and exciting game.
Intelimax Media is in a position to flourish in this under-serviced vertical industry with its team of experts in technology, gaming, marketing and finance; its customer-facing website, DraftTeam.com; and its multi-device gaming software that can also act as a platform for other operators looking to enter this up-and-coming space. The company has already identified several revenue streams and lucrative opportunities in the daily fantasy sports and social media sectors, and has plans for international expansion and innovative product development in progress.
Intelimax’s DraftTeam.com platform offers a unique approach to fantasy sports that has revolutionized the industry. With DraftTeam.com, players can now play fantasy sports daily on a leading edge platform for desktop, tablet and mobile users. The dynamic nature of the daily contests maintain the player’s interests by providing instant gratification, the ability to play more often, and a selection of entry fees and prizes to fit anyone’s desires.
Another special feature of Intelimax’s proprietary DraftTeam.com platform is the network approach to fantasy sports. It allows the company to collect entrance and management fees on a daily basis rather than just once a season. It also allows Intelimax to cater to land-based eGaming vendors and other businesses looking to join this exploding vertical industry by way of a software solution that co-mingles traffic from many websites. The advantage of this offering is instant liquidity for new brands, which alleviates the daunting critical mass challenge facing newcomers to the industry.

Von it's ok, you must have me confused with 2 others. I thought this was going to $5 in no time. Tell goonie hi, we should all play a round soon. Maybe we can hear more feces!

Intelimax Media, Inc. (IXMD) is a digital entertainment company focusing on fantasy sports for the Web, social media and land-based vendors. The company is incorporated under the laws of British Columbia, Canada and was recently listed on the Canadian National Stock Exchange (CNSX) under the symbol ‘IMD,’ in addition to trading on the OTC.
IXMD is led by a team of experts in technology, gaming, marketing, and finance who have identified key opportunities in the rapidly emerging daily fantasy sports and social media sectors. The company’s proprietary platform, DraftTeam.com, generates multiple revenue streams, complemented by innovative product development and plans for international expansion.
As part of IXMD’s marketing strategy, the distribution of its products through various online and mobile channels is a key driver for gaining exposure and traffic. One component of the company’s strategy will be to integrate its gaming platform through the major social and land-based eGaming networks.
As the core structure of the IXMD software platform continues to evolve, the deployment of new products and features will be less restricted by costs and time. This will allow the company to efficiently release future brands into target markets that prove to be financially beneficial.
Investment Highlights
Sports Platform
IXMD has developed its own unique proprietary fantasy sports gaming platform that is built on a highly robust, reliable and scalable technology platform allowing for a rapid and interactive user experience.
Since IXMD owns its software platform and source code, the company is not relying on third-party software providers to make changes as the products evolve. In addition IXMD is not subject to any royalties or licensing issues that may arise in the future.
Fantasy Sports Network
IXMD fantasy sports games are head to head or multi-player games in which users act as fantasy owners and build sports teams that compete against other fantasy teams based on the statistics generated by individual players or teams of a professional sport.
The company’s fantasy sports software system allows users to play in a daily game as opposed to being committed to the game for an entire season. The current model requires participants to pay an entrance fee and enter their team. The winner or winners collectively receive 90% of the prize pool immediately following the completion of each game or tournament. This creates a small initial investment for the player and a consistent revenue stream from management fees for IXMD.
IXMD is currently undertaking significant upgrades to its proprietary daily fantasy sports and social gaming platform. These upgrades will allow the company to easily introduce a wider variety of fantasy sports leagues, new game options, contests and tournaments. IXMD offers hundreds of daily fantasy sports contests in a variety of sports and charges a management fee on each contest or game played on DraftTeam.com.
With these upgrades, IXMD will have additional revenue opportunities by offering white label services to new vendors looking to enter the daily fantasy sports sector with their own brand, giving them immediate liquidity by having access to the existing IXMD fantasy sports gaming network.
These upgrades are scheduled to go live on DraftTeam.com in mid-August 2013. The company intends to immediately offer the four major sports: NFL, MLB, NHL & NBA as, well as PGA. IXMD plans to kick off its fall marketing campaign to coincide with the upcoming NFL season, followed by NHL, NBA, and the remainder of the PGA season.
Over the next few months, IXMD will introduce other popular sport leagues and new fantasy sports games to DraftTeam.com, to be determined by customer feedback and demand.
DraftTeam.com
In September 2012, IXMD launched DraftTeam.com, a unique daily fantasy sports platform that allows players the opportunity to engage in daily and weekly fantasy sports contests rather than play over a complete season. Members can compete in many of their favorite sports including football, baseball, hockey, and basketball with more to come.
The platform offers dozens of daily contest options from two to 200 players, and entry fees from zero to $500 dollars. Members can form their own private leagues with friends or challenge other users for bragging rights. Prize payouts range from a few dollars to tens of thousands in this very lucrative and exciting game.
This unique approach has revolutionized the industry. Players can now play as often as they want and for entry fees to fit any budget. It also enables DraftTeam.com to collect entrance and management fees on a daily basis rather than just once a season.
Another exclusive feature of IXMD’s proprietary platform is its network approach to fantasy sports. The company can cater to other businesses looking to join this exploding vertical by offering a white label software solution which will co-mingle traffic from many Web sites. The advantage is the instant liquidity for brands just getting started, which immediately overcomes the daunting critical mass challenge facing upstarts.
Finally, the DraftTeam.com daily fantasy sports platform is well-positioned for this rapidly growing sector by using leading edge technologies for pc, tablet, and mobile. The wide spread use of smartphones and tablets aligns perfectly with IXMD’s second-screen gaming features. Users can play games on any device with an Internet connection and receive real-time updates on the status of their teams even when they are watching the games live on TV.
DraftTeam.com offers a new and exciting way of playing fantasy sports. The dynamic nature of the daily contests maintain players’ interests by providing instant gratification, the ability to play more often, and for a range of entry fees & prizes that fit anyone’s desires. The games are targeting millions of greenfield sports enthusiasts and 36+ million season-long fantasy sports participants who have yet to learn of this new option by offering a leading edge platform for desktop, tablet and mobile users.
Fantasy Sports
A “Fantasy Sport” is a game where participants act as owners to build a team that competes against other fantasy owners based on the statistics generated by the real individual players or teams of a professional sport. Probably the most common variant converts statistical performance into points that are compiled and totaled according to a roster selected by a manager that makes up a fantasy team. These point systems are typically simple enough to be manually calculated by a "league commissioner." More complex variants use computer modeling of actual games based on statistical input generated by professional sports.
The ever-growing popularity of major leagues like NFL, NBA, and MLB has spawned a legion of devoted fantasy fans. With more than 36 million participants spending on average $500 annually and lifetime participation often projected upward of 20 years, fantasy sports enthusiasts are some of the most loyal consumers. This highly engaging pastime caters to social gamers looking to demonstrate their sporting intellect while playing for cash and prizes.
The industry is estimated to be worth more than $5 billion annually. Even media giants like Yahoo and CBS Sports offer season-long contests for prizes and the formation of the Fantasy Sports Trade Association (FSTA) in 1999 is a testament to the legitimacy and growing nature of the vertical.
According to research from Ipsos (2011), more than 69% of fantasy sports participants said they are not likely to stop playing in the next 6-10 years; 53% claimed they would continue to play for a minimum of 20 years.
Despite its popularity, traditional fantasy sports has its drawbacks. Typically, participants make their selections only once per year and are then required to monitor their teams over a complete season lasting up to 8 months. The downsides of this model occur when fantasy sports teams quickly fall behind in the standings or players get injured. This inevitably leads to disinterest by the majority of contestants who find themselves out of contention and end up having to wait until the next season begins to restart the process.
IXMD has a Game-Changing Solution
IXMD is one of the few companies that have developed a unique fantasy sports game where users enter on a daily and weekly basis rather than over a complete season. Members can compete in their favorite sports: football, baseball, hockey, basketball, and more on the company’s web property DraftTeam.com. The daily setup offers hundreds of possible contest options and completely revolutionizes the way the game is played. Now members can benefit from the quick turnaround and numerous prize offerings knowing that if today’s chosen team(s) don’t win, tomorrow brings a bevy of new opportunities.
Daily fantasy sports is growing despite the vast majority of seasonal fantasy sports players being unaware of its existence. In North America alone, this represents a market of more than 30 million potential crossover customers coupled with millions of greenfield sports enthusiasts who will fall in love with this exciting game.
Recent Ipsos studies have concluded that:
IXMD is poised to prosper in this under-serviced vertical with its customer-facing Web site and its leading edge, multi-device, proprietary gaming software that can act as a platform for other operators looking to enter this burgeoning space.
Market Opportunity
It's estimated by the Fantasy Sports Trade Association (“FSTA”) that more than 40 million people age 12 and above play some form of a Fantasy Sport each year in North America. Participation has grown more than 30% annually the past four years with 19% of all males in the U.S. playing fantasy sports. Fantasy Sports is estimated to have a $4 billion–$5 billion annual economic impact across the sports industry.
The fantasy sports enthusiast is a loyal customer to the industry. While many of the individuals are constantly expanding their repertoire of products and services used to play in their fantasy contests, they are loyal to their craft. Over 69% of fantasy sports players said that it was not likely that they will stop playing fantasy sports in the next 6-10 years. The majority of players, 53% claimed they would continue to play for a minimum of 20 years.
Recession Proof – As it was proved during the recent recession, fantasy sports enthusiasts have not let economic conditions effect the dollars invested in pay-to-play contests as reported in the 2011 Fantasy Sports Consumers Report.
The hobby has also moved beyond the U.S. with fantasy leagues for soccer, cricket, and other sports. For example, according to a 2008 study by Ipsos, the number of British fantasy sports players aged 16–64 is estimated to range between 5.5 and 7.5 million. Of those, 80% of these players participate in fantasy soccer.
IXMD will endeavor to produce informative and entertaining online brands that will attract a loyal audience and in turn facilitate lucrative advertising revenues and product sales through management and monthly membership fees.
IXMD is well-positioned to leverage convergence of Internet sports wagering, social gaming, entertainment, and advertising trends across multiple revenue streams, capitalizing on the burgeoning $5 billion fantasy sports market that achieved 2012 global social gaming revenue of $6 billion, and online gambling revenue $36 billion the same year.
Revenue Model & Financial Projections
To capture its market share of the $5 billion fantasy sports sector, IXMD has established a comprehensive revenue model that supports its financial projections.
