This move is due to unsatisfactory findings during the due diligence process and a delay in resolving some regulatory issues relating to the target company. When I spoke with the gal at data, she pointed me in the direction of Lindsey of 3 P...said he had all the info...but if I wasnt satisfied with what I needed to find out then feel free to call them back and she would probably have me speak with Mr. Chong.....its probably a good thing its Michael and not Tommy....although Tommy Chong would be a fun guy to talk to...lol
