This is a pure casino play/pick, there is nothing to suspect anyone is operating behind the scenes on CKYS. Nothing on OTC markets has been touched (with some tickers, if something is happening the first thing you will see is the T/A Updated) that's not the case here.
Pure speculation, CKYS did do a nice run to .002 on 2/16 on 71M volume, the peak date of all OTC tickers. It's still pushing some small volume these days, but who knows what move it will make. It's a lotto pick, but perhaps the winning number already got drawn on 2/16! GLTA
