Ckrush Launches Groundbreaking Social Media Agency, Ckrush Social

Ckrush Social Helps Brands Authentically Harness the Power of Social Media
NEW YORK, NY--(MARKET WIRE)--Apr 15, 2008 --
Ckrush Inc. (OTC BB:CKRU.OB - News), an entertainment and social media content company, announced the formation of Ckrush Social, an agency dedicated to helping brands harness the power of social media in an authentic fashion. Ckrush has close to one million registered users across three of their own social media properties -- Audiostreet.net, Mixstreet.net and LiveMansion.com. Potentially using these users as a base, Ckrush Social can "prime the pump" for new social networks and use their experience and insight to shepard brands through the complicated social media space.
"The hardest part of building a successful social media property is obtaining the first twenty-five thousand users," says Jonathan Ressler, Chief Marketing Officer of Ckrush, Inc. "By tapping into our network of a million users, we virtually guarantee that any new social media property, whether it is a social network, mobile application, video sharing or anything else, will have tens of thousands of users within a few months which can translate to a cost savings in the millions of dollars in marketing spend."
This strategy has already been proven successful for the launch of the Hard Rock Hotel San Diego. Ckrush's emerging band social media property, Audiostreet.net launched an online battle of the bands where the Grand Prize was opening for the Black Eyed Peas at the grand opening party for the hotel. Over the course of 4 months, close to 5,000 bands signed up for the competition and reached over 15 million targeted consumers who participated in the program.
In addition to social networks, Audiostreet.net, Mixstreet.net and LiveMansion.com, Ckrush also produced 3 major motion pictures in the past 18 months including Artie Lange's "Beer League," "Pledge This" starring Paris Hilton and "TV the Movie" from Steve O and the team at "Jackass." Ckrush is also the group behind "Live Mansion The Movie," the first feature film produced by an online community. The film, which was cast online, is being Executive Produced by industry legend Spike Lee. Ckrush has also executed online promotions utilizing their social media properties for Paramount, Universal, Hard Rock, Michael Eisner's Tornante Company and many other major entertainment brands.

AudioStreet.net Launches Breakthrough Features for Recording Artists and Music Fans
Monday March 17, 8:40 am ET
Innovative A&R Radar to Give Unsigned Artists an Opportunity to Be Discovered
NEW YORK, NY--(MARKET WIRE)--Mar 17, 2008 --
Ckrush Digital Media, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Ckrush, Inc. (OTC BB:CKRU.OB - News), announced today that its leading indie music community AudioStreet.net has launched new breakthrough features for artist and fans. The AudioStreet "A&R Radar" chart will rank emerging unsigned musical artists and provide top charting artists with opportunities to be discovered by major recording labels.
AudioStreet.net, home to over 50,000 independent artists and over 500,000 registered members, will offer one of the web's most direct ways for artists to get coveted music industry exposure. Artists will climb the AudioStreet A&R Radar chart based on a combination of song plays, recommends and friends added to their AudioStreet.net profile. Fans will have the chance to campaign for their favorite acts and advance them on their way to superstardom.
Some of the benefits artists can get by reaching the top of the AudioStreet A&R Radar chart are: having their music covered by top A&R representatives in the industry; having a single distributed by a major label; performing live at showcases with label acts, and the ultimate opportunity of being signed to a recording contract.
In addition to the innovative A&R Radar chart, AudioStreet also introduced a new site design and embeddable branded flash music player. The AudioStreet player will tap directly into the site's library of over 70,000 original songs. AudioStreet.net and DJ sister site MixStreet.net recorded almost 10 million song plays in 2007.
"AudioStreet.net continues to establish itself as the home for independent music artists on the web," commented Ckrush, Inc. CEO Jeremy Dallow. "With the addition of A&R Radar we can now offer artists a direct path to exposure at the major label level, as determined by the fans."

(Disclaimer: No Position)
I certainly agree with your feelings towards management.
But the R/S was authorized:
"As additional compensation for serving as Chairman of Media, the Company shall issue you a total of four million (4,000,000) shares of its common stock (the "Shares"), subject to adjustment in the event of any forward or reverse stock split, including without limitation the reverse stock split to be acted on by the Company's stockholders at a meeting scheduled for January 25, 2007."

"something about increasing the authorized share count from
100,000,000 to 300,000,000 and then doing a reverse split."

hihowizard I imagine that got voted on and approved and I think I posted a note here from an SEC filing when it did, but it was a near certainty it was coming.
I find it AMAZING and near CRIMINAL to have done it without any PR notification, that AND the symbol change.
jonesie
Disclaimer: OUT of CKRH for a long time now.
HIHO!
I'm P*SSED off that a company (who has a responsibility to it's investors) would do a 10 to 1 reverse split WITHOUT warning anyone about it. I used to have a lot of shares with a decent appreciation. Now, SUDDENLY, I have a few shares that have lost almost 50% since this B.S. split!
What the management of this company have done IS CRIMINAL, and I SINCERELY hope that they go to jail for their actions!
What a pile of crap that a company would do an unauthorized reverse split and be so irresponsible as to NOT give advance notification!
I'm surprised this company was not listed on "insider sellers" or "short sellers" websites! THEY MADE A FORTUNE ON THIS REVERSE SPLIT! (DICKS!)
Michael (Sparky)
F***ED AGAIN!
well that didn't take long, they are selling 125K shares to pay off Shane! then they'll issue more shares to themselves and before you know it we'll be at 100mil shares!!
wish I had the printing contract!!
LOL, you'd think that ONE day ...
I just can't believe they:
A) haven't filed anything regarding the R/S
B) filed nothing that I can see on the symbol change
C) PR'd nothing about this stuff even though they a PR'ing other stuff like crazy
D) Couldn't return a simple phone call yesterday re: the above.
Of course, me telling them I'm not a current shareholder might have let them off the hook for calling me back LOL, but for all they knew I "might" be interested in buying lol.
jonesie
1 for 10?You disappoint me Swallow.1 for 100 would have been more audacious, don't ya think?
Have you and Dilorenzo been sucking each other off preparing for prison?
Ready to exchange that Avenue of the Americas apartment for an 8 x 9 cell, asshole?
"We are excited for to be part of the Husky Network," commented Ckrush CEO Jeremy Dallow.
for to be? lol
Get an editor Jeremy. Oh, and return my calls about your unannounced reverse split and unannounced symbol change LOL

NO one at the company is willing to talk.
NObody there who can answer simple questions about symbol change and reverse split or not. NObody there even professes to have ANY knowledge that such things transpired.
"We're very small" was what I heard. "Nobody is here" is what I heard.
LOL
Did these guys do a symbol change without a PR or filing?
How do they do THAT? lol
I'm also wondering if they had a 1:10 reverse split without PR'ing it. I see something in the quote at Fidelity that makes me suspect that, but it could just be a glitch.

ITEM 2.04 TRIGGER EVENTS THAT ACCELERATE OR INCREASE A DRIECT FINANCIAL
OBLIGATION OR AN OBLIGATION UNDER AN OFF-BALANCE SHEET ARRANGEMENT
As previously disclosed on a Form 10-QSB for the quarter ended June 30, 2007, filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on August 14, 2007, in November 2005, the Company and the Company's former President entered into a settlement agreement with Shane Mosley, a boxer, related to a judgment in connection with an unpaid boxing purse. The Company agreed to pay $565,000 to Mosley in installments was also entitled to a $100,000 credit against the settlement amount, contingent upon the transfer and assignment of the Company's rights to the Mosley Video Library. Any amounts unpaid by December 31, 2008 are immediately due.
In December 2006, Mosley filed a motion to restore the judgment as a result of a breach of the settlement because of non compliance to the settlement. In January 2007, the Company filed its opposition to this motion. On September 26, 2007, after a hearing on the merits, the United States District Court found in favor of Mosley and entered a judgment in the amount of $529,368 against the Company.
I had a phone call towards the end of the video and had to leave the room, I was laughing too hard to stay and watch.
I'm staying to see what happens to the movies on their entertainment page. First step would be to get funding; Sean Penn, William Macy and Felicity Huffman are such a step above Stevie O' and Paris Hilton - that I want to see how this turns out. Could get a lot uglier if it all falls apart. Liked to read that they have 115mil os and another 30+mil in options and what, 45mil in warrants? (may have that reversed) they're going to have to increase the authorized if they're not careful!! LOL
Did you watch it to the end?
Said he was paid $25,000 for one month contract.
I don't even have CKRH on watch anymore lol, although I do have an alarm set to trigger if it trades over .12.
Just saw there was a post on this board and had to look. First time I watched that Lebed video, what a hoot. Where WAS that guy, was that HIS place now? He must be hurtin'.
jonesie
what a great promotional video - how much is this guy getting paid? it was funnier than either of the two comedies!!
I can't stop laughing.. This guy sure had a material effect on this stock! LOLOL
http://www.stockspot.com/
LOL as well - sent the post and it hit .09 however it still seems they aren't willing to let this plunge (next trade should be at .05 LOL).
someday they'll have to either remove all the projected movies off of the web site or announce that they've funded them. since the last K said no movies were projected for 2007, I'd guess they are still shopping the Sean Penn, William Macy and Felicity Huffman ventures.
And no sooner were the words spake ...
lol, sorry, couldn't resist ripster.
This really is a strange company, right? I have REALLY enjoyed being OUT of this for quite a long time now.
jonesie
jonesie - we have finally arrived at the share price the insiders have been issuing stock to themselves and other "insiders". With .10 being the basis for their position, I'd be surprised if they let this drift further.

HandHeld Entertainment Launches an Online Casting Contest to Find the World's Dorkiest Person; Contestants Should Submit Audition Videos Online for the Chance to Become a Star
SAN FRANCISCO & NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--
HandHeld Entertainment(TM) (NASDAQ:ZVUE - News) and Ckrush Entertainment (OTCBB:CKRH - News) invite actors of all levels to embrace their inner dork for a chance at a breakout role in the upcoming feature film "LiveMansion: The Movie."
LiveMansion: The Movie will have a role called "Dork." Anyone who wants to play the role of "Dork" in the movie can create a video audition acting as the role of "Dork" and submit the video (two minutes in length or shorter) to www.dorks.com/charactercontest.php for a chance to act in the film.
The free "Dork" casting contest began online on June 4 and will end on July 10, 2007. Online voting for the best "Dork" contestant begins today. Both contestants and voters must be a registered member of either Dorks.com(TM) or FunMansion.com(TM) to enter, although membership registration is free. (Complete contest rules can be found online at http://dorks.com/charactercontest.php.)
"Every person has a little dork in them, some more than others, and we are searching for the actor who embraces their 'dorkiness' and sells it best on camera" said Jeff Oscodar, president and CEO of HandHeld Entertainment. "And what better place to look for the ultimate dork than at Dorks.com? This contest is a great chance for anyone to win a role in a professionally produced feature film and for everyone to enjoy the auditions. As Ckrush is the first company in the film industry to cast a movie with online auditions, HandHeld Entertainment - and especially Dorks.com - could not pass up a chance to aid in the search for the ultimate dork to add to the film's list of wild characters."
The contest is designed to give experienced and aspiring actors the unique opportunity to create a character based on the word "dork" for "LiveMansion: The Movie." The "LiveMansion" hopefuls should create a short video acting as the "Dork" character and upload the video to www.dorks.com/charactercontest.php for a chance to win a speaking part in the groundbreaking film. Created by Ckrush as the first feature film produced by a social network, "LiveMansion: The Movie" infuses the experience and celebrity of current Hollywood actors, producers and other talent with the modern twist of an online community of filmmakers, actors, directors and film fans.
As part of the launch of the first movie ever produced by a social network, HandHeld Entertainment, a global digital entertainment company, and Ckrush Entertainment, a subsidiary of Ckrush, Inc. have joined forces to promote the film and cast the newest character.
"We're positive that out of the millions of proud and loyal 'dorks' who visit HandHeld Entertainment's Web sites every month we will find some prime candidates for this particular character," said Jeremy Dallow, president of Ckrush. "When the idea came to us of creating a 'Dork' character it seemed like an ideal fit to promote and cast this character through Dorks.com. The HandHeld network of Web sites allows us to powerfully promote this groundbreaking search and ultimately give the online voting community the best selection of dorks from which to choose. We are eager to see the outrageous and funny auditions videos we receive for this character."

SAN FRANCISCO & NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--
HandHeld Entertainment(TM) (NASDAQ: ZVUE - News), a global digital entertainment company, today announced it has begun the initial phase of its online promotional campaign for "LiveMansion: The Movie" with the launch of a LiveMansion Web-channel on Dorks.com(TM), a HandHeld Entertainment Web site.
"LiveMansion: The Movie" is a breakthrough movie from Ckrush Entertainment, a subsidiary of Ckrush, Inc. (OTCBB: CKRH - News) that is slated to be the first feature film produced by an online social network. As such, it encourages and allows aspiring actors, filmmakers and movie buffs alike to go online for the opportunity to appear in the film, vote on the selection of cast members and directors, submit plot, character and marketing ideas, with those participating the most actually given ownership in the film.
"We're leveraging the millions of visitors to HandHeld's seven Web sites to help us create 'LiveMansion: The Movie,'" said Jeremy Dallow, president of Ckrush, Inc. "It's like American Idol meets the Internet. Having our online auditions available to be seen on the HandHeld network of Web sites will also help accelerate interest in this exciting project."
The LiveMansion channel on Dorks.com features

* Profiles and videos of the first eight actors cast for the film, as well as
* Information about the director selected for "LiveMansion: The Movie" (with the winning actors and director selected by popular online vote.)

We anticipate leveraging their involvement and the involvement of other celebrities across HandHeld's expansive network of Web sites to drive greater interest in this feature film through our custom LiveMansion channel. We'll also give members of HandHeld's audience the opportunity to audition for a part in the film as unique character. These combined efforts should help us build an attractive advertising and promotional platform for companies all over the world."
HandHeld's online advertising/promotional efforts for "LiveMansion: The Movie" are also being deployed on the six other Web sites in HandHeld's network of Web properties, including
* Putfile.com(TM),

I found one once, at the bottom of a PR but I can't find it. I started going back through PR's last night and couldn't find the address at least back through 2006.
Must have been prior to that.
I don't think that they'll reverse down here. A 1 for 10 really doesn't help them much at all. Would take them to $1.20 and leave them with something like 14mil outstanding.
Without any news it would just sink as the shareholders hit the door.
I do like the fact that we're hitting the 10 cent insiders range. I guess they'll have to issue themselves shares at a nickel from now on!! I'd expect strong support at .10 they won't want to go red on their investment!!
Anyone have an email address for the company? I tried sending one to the address on their website and it was returned user unknown. I wanted to try to advise then to rescind the reverse split. I think it's ill advised at this stage of the game.
10QSB coming out

I'm guessing that the entire 10QSB will make for some very entertaining reading.

Where are ya Mr Dallas or By the moon on another board. This is headed for subpennies. Hope those of you that got in this are out.
This got some news and after a brief runup its back down. To subpenny land in a month.
Today's Technology PR announcing the Internet and direct to consumer mobile marketing and promotional launch partner is a good step forward.
Keeping investors updated with new information on the progress towards the upcoming movie is key here. IMO....It was just last friday, I was wishing for a new PR to help propel the shares forward.
