NEW YORK, NY, Oct 10, 2007 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Ckrush Digital Media, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Ckrush, Inc. (CKRU), announced today that it has created the Ckrush Digital Network to streamline advertising sales across its web sites. The Ckrush Digital Network will initially be comprised of advertising inventory from the company's LiveMansion.com, AudioStreet.net, and MixStreet.net properties. Advertisers will now have the opportunity to efficiently purchase banner advertisements, rich media, sponsorships, interactive promotions and contests across the growing Ckrush platform. The Ckrush Digital Network at inception will offer advertisers access to over 700,000 registered members.

Ckrush's subsidiary Trisoft Digital Media LLC will provide turnkey creative and technical solutions to participating advertisers, including rich media ads, web "skins," and interactive contests. Ckrush will manage the sale of the Digital Network inventory while continuing to work with existing affiliates and other interactive agencies.
