after hours trades as well big one at 650 thousand at .0057
Someone bought large volume today. Is there something new coming? Anyway at this price this is given! because high leverage factor !
Dear Hunter...,
My opinion is not like yours. Check on some financial website acsj is in bullish pattern. Of course, no news means no evolution. Resistance is high and as there are sales of Ultima cards (see the evolution of retailers), I expect good news on sales volume that started from zero in June to now...So revenue comes in that will push this one up for sure. Even if penny stock, this is very undervalued at this price due to the high leverage factor! good luck. Seems I'm more optimistic than you...
been adding on the dips ACSJ is poised for a run up imho
acsj is currently in business and we should get numbers soon. It is possible to follow the number of official Ultima card retailers on their website. The list is growing up. Nothing indicate the evolution of sales, but the list is growing therefore acsj should have increasing revenue!
Good luck !
in acsj,i think it will take off in the next week or so.volume starting too come in.imho
Nobody can tell what the future would be of course. But if they started business by mid of June, if they already sold 160000 cards and already organized the production for more than 1 Billion more per year...Check at the following message dated on July 7th:
''The company is currently generating revenues and has produced 150,000 stored value debit card packs. The company engages in a profitable business model, retaining an estimated 35 percent of the sale price of card packs and 55 percent of the fee income as its gross margin from recurring fees (after variable expenses). Management believes that with as few as 26,000 average active card packs in the second half of 2004, the company would likely earn nearly $500,000 in pre-tax income for the year. Management further believes it is reasonable to expect $1.6 million in pre-tax income in 2005 (with 107,000 average active card packs) and up to $4.8 million in pre-tax income in 2006 (with 225,000 average active card packs).''
Right now they sold 160000 card packs!!! much more than the expected quantity in July 7th ...check at the last filing in the document 10QSB dated on Sept 10th:
''ACS has produced 160,000 card packs and sold product to distributors. End-users are now purchasing and activating card packs. ACS has built the infrastructure
to support up to one million card packs per year without significant increases in overhead. ACS's Orlando Operations Center supports sales, marketing, card pack production, data processing, customer service, the company's customer and
distributor website, and distribution channel disbursements.''
So my opinion is that the board will need financial support to grow up, but on the other hand the product seems to be successful, and I expect to get the 3rd quarter financial news that will show us larger incomes than expected. It would be too soon to see this profitable before end of 2004, but we never know...
So...are there any thoughts on what this stock will actually do over the next 6-12 months. I've lost so much value, I'm going to just hold what I have. I couldn't lose much more if they went out of business altogether...lol.
Sorry i'm wrong with estimated fees... Estimated fee is $5000/year and per retail merchant and they have an agreement for 5000 target locations...
I also thing this has a huge leverage factor due to the recent loss. When they will start to get money back from financial operation they will earn a lot of money. I read something like $500/year per dual card estimated fee! If correctly read the last NR, they already sold 160000 cards and ordered 1 billion more!!! So, that means business started well and I expect to get financial release soon. The problem is the growing structure they want put in place 25 sales managers and they have to pay salaris that will cost. On the other hand, they will grow up and the market value of this is so low right now, that they would have to run to so high numbers...
Good luck!
Only confusion...lol. I don't know what half of that stuff means. Is that number actually in BILLIONS??? If someone can please explain the impact of what I read...
Any thoughts on today's announcement?
http://biz.yahoo.com/e/040907/acsje.ob8-k_a.html
That would sure be good news for me. I loaded up on this stock back in April and May...Ouch! The r/s still left me with a bunch of it and the price still heading south. Would love to see it take off. I've thought it was a great concept from the beginning and I couldn't figure out why there were so few distributors in key markets. I spoke with one distributor and he said the card is overpriced on it's fees. We'll see if they get it together soon.
i think they are holding this stock back!but when they let it go watch out!!!!
Seems to me the bottom has been reached. We got a high resistance in it over these 3 days at around $0.003. I think the strategy of Roder in this was to dilute shares for him to keep the control of the company and deal with large investors, as it was done for the 500m financing. By this way, the number of shares available on the public market is too low to take a control of the company by a public offer...and then He can sells himself his shares at a price that will be well higher than the ones on the market. In my opinion, the float shares should be around 5%, Roder and Eison should get the maximum 95%. This stock should explode very soon, because even if the dilution factor was 20, this stock losts more than 10000 of his value from May, that means a real reduction factor of 500, so very undervalued...In addition, it started to get revenues by mid June and got the financing just some days ago...Do your own opinion, you just read mine.
Some thoughts about this company - tell me what you think.
What I like is the idea of banking the many unbanked (and possibly unbankable) people out there. If it is a good idea, though, and since it sounds easy enough to implement, what prevents any bigger and better-known financial company from simply moving into this market? Or for that matter, even better-run small competitors (although I know of none right now)?
In particular I'm concerned about the dearth of distributors, especially in states with large immigrant hispanic populations. Since immigrant hispanics is a group the company explicitly intends to market to, why are there no distributors in AZ?? Even in CA, almost all distribs are in the San Diego area - there need to be lots more further north, near LA, as well, at the very least. The situation has not changed in the last few months I've been watching this company, either.
These observations are consistent with what Becker said in his parting note, about bad mgmt.
Any thoughts?
It is common and with the reverse merger with max zone their can be alot of acount problems.I do not know if any of their revenue be be on this quarters statement but surly the next, then we will see what this co has,I may jump back in soon, watching real close.
Would that be because they are hiding something or is it fairly common for companies to get an extension?
The e is because that are late for their 10q,they got an extension but that has past and now has the the e until they file.
Yeah, I noticed that. Is that so it's hard to pin down what's happening with the Company or the stock? Or is there another reason?
Another ticker change!? :

I'm in at the same on PALL...well, actually .003, and .0022 from this morning. I was one of the early buyers today. Its .0018 now, but you already know that I'm sure. Yes, I would like your e-mail address. My e-mail is since49@cs.com
Really don't know if I should go long or short. I'm not wealthy and I'm basically looking for stocks that will give a good return over a period of time. Would like to see some profits right away on a couple of stocks, and then long term price increases as a company grows and/or becomes hot news. I'd like to change my daily routine from working for someone else...to watching my stocks and operating a couple of small on-line stores or other businesses. Any combination that would let me earn or exceed what I make now.
your are wecome,i will give you my email address if you want it.Pall, Even I am confused on pall.i bought more yesterday and today, buying was strong in the open and than some sells.I do not know if the mm need to take it down to cover or what.I am in at .003 and .002 and so I feel alright but It is on watch every minute for me now.
Well, that clarifies some of it. I got rid of STTC and BTOO. Picked up some more PALL. What do you expect to happen with PALL. I noticed you and some others have been talking about it, but I didn't really understand. I guess I'll just hang on to my ACSJ for now. It's down so low, it's hardly worth selling. I'll check out those charts and models, as well as the websites that have free info.
Thanks again.
stands for technical analysis,I use 3 month chart with bollinger band and mac and candlestick.I can also give you a free stock analyser it is very good for free software.I would rather you learn how to read bollinger band and candles their are many internet place to learn this.Just run a search. When you are swing trading as I do your entry is the most inportant thing to you,you must find the bottom or close to it.Do not get that confused with a momo play that is a one day in and out thing.
Thanks a lot for all the information. I'm sure some of the abbreviations should be obvious, but I didn't get more than about 1/2 of what you said. I know some of it refers to charts and models used to make predictions about stocks. Is there a glossary of stock terms or abbreviations? I need to learn some of the language for stock transactions. What are ta's?
no,but I did some quick ta for you, sttc ta looks bad even though it had a good day the stock is on a strong down turn, the bottom bollinger band and mac is turning south ,it has loss 66% since May and the charts show more to come.I am not sure what your entry point was but I would get out as soon as this little run i over and wait for the bottom.
BTOO-This has declining revenue, big float, only 92,000 in the bank and 1.7 million in debt, they will not have the cash flow to maintain opreation without sell more shares and that deluting the stock, the ta does not look good here either,if you are going long in these stocks their are much better .03 stocks out their than these. This is just my view but it your cash and decision to make.I will try to help you learn as much as I can.First decide if you are going long or swing trade if you want to trade alway let your runners run,and cut your loss to a standard number as 5% OR 10% BUT STICK TO IT.
Hope I'm not being a pest, but I really do want to learn.
I have positions in these: EFSF;STTC (Was TTGG);BTOO;OBTV;and BTOR. Of course I have the largest position in ACSJ and have lost about 80% of my investment on that one. EFSF was the first stock I invested in and I think the Company is into some interesting stuff.
Are you familiar with any of the ones I listed? Anything positive or negative about any of them?
Thanks.
Thanks for the info and the tip. I picked up some of both, but I'm being a bit more conservative until I learn more. This is probably more of a full time job, if you do it right. I was looking for the "Big Score" in penny stocks...ha ha ha!
pinksheet.com under files it will show every form that the company has sent to the sec.
Thanks. But where did you find it? If I know I can look there myself in the future (rather than cluttering up the msg board :)
here it the statement
Roland Becker, a former director of the Company resigned his position as a director on June 14, 2004. Mr. Becker identified "a lack of clarity of business, marketing, financial, corporate and funding plans" of ACS and the intended registration of 112 million shares of common stock of ACS under a Registration Statement on Form S-8, pursuant to consulting agreements with consultants of ACS, as the primary reasons for his resignation. A copy of the letter Mr. Becker tendered to ACS regarding his resignation is filed as Exhibit 17.1 hereto.
I took a quick look but with the symb change yahoo deleted all the prs,I will look deeper after the market closes.
Where do you find the press releases? I check the Headlines/News on Yahoo and Bloomberg, as well as on the company's site, but I never heard any criticisms from any of the execs. Can you provide a link(s) to the articles?
Thanks.
ya,you have to do this all day,you alway have time to watch your stocks, but you are better off searching for fileing and momo plays from the chat boards.Think of it this way,the more eyes you have working for you the better off you will be because the also have a vested intrested in the stocks you own.Tip for the day, pall and intd these are stocks I am trading right now.email me if you need help.
Yesterday, huh? I am beginning to realize how little I know about all this. I had 3 million shares worth almost nothing...and now I have 75,000 shares worth almost nothing. A lesson learned, I guess. Not as much fun now, though...lol.
If you look back at one of the prs they put out when he resigned he made those statement for his reason to quit.I have bought and traded this stock many time and made money and will do it again.
Stocks247, what statement by Becker are you referring to? Where did you find it - could you post link(s)?
Thanks.
they filed it yesterday.I was thinking about buying again until that.I guess Mr Becker was right in his statement when his quit.no funding no plan, just delution, now I will wait to .0002 again to buy some. I think they will try a pr plan,it would have to be great news for me to buy.
What happened? ACSH just changed to ACSJ and my shares are all messed up. The prices are off too. Are they making kind of adjustment? Did they do the r/s? Dont they announce stuff like that before they do it?
nope it probably isn't http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=3879949
1/40 r/s
Hi, all. I've been watching this stock for a while, but no source I can find (e.g. ihub, yahoo) provides the number of shares or number outstanding - why is that? Where can I find that, and any other info?
I see now. The s-8 shares are used to pay people for goods and services, but don't necessarily help the company. The more shares issued to do this causes the stock value to be diluted...by a lot, apparently. And the 10Q form is a revenue statement?
What is so bad about a reverse stock split?
Thanks for the information. Unfortunately, I'm so new at this I only understood "loading up" and "r/s"...lol. What are s-8 shares and 10q forms? I probably did this all wrong anyway. I "loaded up" all right...bought at all levels in the past couple of months...everything from .002 down to .0002
If I'm being a pest, please tell me a website where I can find out what the terms mean.
Thanks.
I really am not sure about that number of s-8 but I remember someone printed the list on a board and I added them up.
As close as I can count it about 665 mill in s-8 shares sold ,on the bright side I think they are about done and they have a late 10q filing,it should be out any time they filed for extension. If you are loading up at this level you will not get hurt to bad unless they r/s than it is over.
