YOu numbers are about the results I would expect. Good companies spend money on promotions - PROMOTING their products. They spend money re-investing not on email apms because if its a good company and well run then earnings will come and Earnings speak for themselves. PPS will follow in time
I am approaching 1 years worth of data from my first covered promotion. I think the results are not only accurate but reflective of future expectations from new promotions.
The numbers speak for themselves. Current promotions average loss is over 36% and continued tracking show an average loss of over 80%.
Certainly debunks the main attempt by promoters which is to push the stock during the promotion with talk of long term results as the stock "develops".
I think it is safe to say that stock promotion is not for the benefit of common shareholders. Instead it targets them. The commons who look for these newsletters and email alerts as a way to find a winning long term stock play are actually the hunted not the hunters.
Those who go after these promoted stocks for a potential short term pop and a quick trade may actually make some money. But, I feel as if the numbers speak for themselves and any belief that a stock you hear about via a newsletter or email alert will likely decrease in value over time.
New promo starting on 02/10/10

I.
The Securities and Exchange Commission (“Commission”), having issued on November 4, 2009 an Order Instituting Administrative Proceedings Pursuant to Section 12(j) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (“Exchange Act”) against Minecore International, Inc. In response to the institution of these proceedings, Respondent has submitted an Offer of Settlement (the “Offer”) which the Commission has determined to accept. Solely for the purpose of these proceedings and any other proceedings brought by or on behalf of the Commission, or to which the Commission is a party, and without admitting or denying the findings herein, except as to the Commission’s jurisdiction over it and the subject matter of these proceedings, which are admitted, Respondent consents to the entry of this Order, as set forth below.

IV.
Section 12(j) of the Exchange Act provides as follows:
The Commission is authorized, by order, as it deems necessary or appropriate for the protection of investors to deny, to suspend the effective date of, to suspend for a period not exceeding twelve months, or to revoke the registration of a security, if the Commission finds, on the record after notice and opportunity for hearing, that the issuer of such security has failed to comply with any provision of this title or the rules and regulations thereunder. No member of a national securities exchange, broker, or dealer shall make use of the mails or any means or instrumentality of interstate commerce to effect any transaction in, or to induce the purchase or sale of, any security the registration of which has been and is suspended or revoked pursuant to the preceding sentence.
In view of the foregoing, the Commission finds that it is necessary and appropriate for the protection of investors to impose the sanction specified in Respondent’s Offer.
Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED, pursuant to Section 12(j) of the Exchange Act, that registration of each class of Respondent’s securities registered pursuant to Section 12 of the Exchange Act be, and hereby is, revoked.

Sorry guys I have been a little busy lately.
Those who are ware of the situation understand what I am talking about. Those who are not will surely find out about it sooner or later.
I'll get back to updating the IBOX in due time. Hopefully this evening.
Do we have anything on a new promotion for IMAI or HESG ?
ALTO ST target is .14 and LT target is .07....
these are lower targets...not a game for longs for sure. Where are the pumpers, where is the value?? Where are my capital gains? Live and learn with the spec gold plays.
mb
OK dokey Its tough for me to be balanced as I see very little reason for a sompany to give away shares and promote the stock excpet in the rare case where the company may actually be undervalued. Most promos are very bad for shareholders because end result is down down down BUT I will try - I think on the dump board I have tried to point out when PSC actually has a winner with sustained upticks - Of course its rare.
anyway just spent the last 6 hours since close working liek a dog in my my warehouse Not one slimy POS employee wanted OT yet they cant pay their bills. Losers losers losers and always will be because no work ethic
All info regarding stock promotion results are welcome and encouraged.
All I ask is that the data is presented in a similar fashion to the spreadsheet in the IBOX and that info is not witheld for any reason.
Such as listing only the losing promos and not including ones that ended positively or even.
I want this to be fair and balanced info.
IF anyopne wts PSC promotion stats for the year I have a lot of em.
I see the ALTO ten tout sheet promotion is moving right along. it has lost 70% of the value since before the promotion started two weeks ago. - actually 7 trading days ago. .
Actually I would rather not talk about it. The Canadian judgement is not in line with the topic of the board. Personally I do not even think it is worthy of a response. It is posted all over IHUB and it tends to create a very long and very uninformed debate much like naked shorting where those who have no clue what the truth is, cling to it as if it is some kind of religious symbol with widespread meaning of good things to penny investors.
In other words, it is, much like naked shorting an unwinnable argument because the side that argues the judgement is valid, just and right have no idea what it is they are defending or just how incorrect they really are.
Allowing it to be talked about here by people who do understand it will only attract those who do not and create a very long and very unwanted discussion about the merits of a meritless case.
So, I must say that I won't allow it or support that conversation piece to be part of this board.
That being said, I am glad to see boardmarks going up and new faces coming onboard. Especially ones I seem to have something in common with
sure we can. Those guys will never collect on the judgement.
OMG look what I found this nice little board. Now remember we cant say nuddin negative about nuddin MIra Mar.

I entered the 3 new promos also.

The Commission temporarily suspended trading in the securities of the foregoing companies due to a lack of current and accurate information about the companies because they have not filed certain periodic reports with the Commission. This order was entered pursuant to Section 12(k) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (Exchange Act).
The Commission cautions brokers, dealers, shareholders and prospective purchasers that they should carefully consider the foregoing information along with all other currently available information and any information subsequently issued by these companies.
Brokers and dealers should be alert to the fact that, pursuant to Exchange Act Rule 15c2-11, at the termination of the trading suspensions, no quotation may be entered relating to the securities of the subject companies unless and until the broker or dealer has strictly complied with all of the provisions of the rule. If any broker or dealer is uncertain as to what is required by the rule, it should refrain from entering quotations relating to the securities of these companies that have been subject to trading suspensions until such time as it has familiarized itself with the rule and is certain that all of its provisions have been met. Any broker or dealer with questions regarding the rule should contact the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, DC at (202) 551-5720. If any broker or dealer enters any quotation which is in violation of the rule, the Commission will consider the need for prompt enforcement action.
If any broker, dealer or other person has any information which may relate to this matter, they should immediately communicate it to the Delinquent Filings Branch of the Division of Enforcement at (202) 551-5466, or by e-mail at DelinquentFilings@sec.gov.
Point taken goodolboy. Just ensuring that he understands that I do respect him but I am not going to let the board become a naked shorting debate as it is not the topic.
Perhaps my delivery was not as kind and gentle as he had hoped.
But I do not think that many people who know me would say that being kind and gentle is something I am good at.
Thanks for stopping by and thanks for the compliment.
Now, THAT'S why I like coming to this board. Well said.
I personally know that greedy has contributed a great deal of time and effort here and on many other threads in an effort to educate bagholders and would-be-bagholders on how rigged most of these penny stocks are. And, according to your post, you attempt the same.
So, how about you two try a little mutual respect in posting here, as us peons don't visit this board to see another poorly played out soap opera. Lord knows we can hardly avoid it on the other Ihub boards.
Well put greedy.
I too believe that naked shorting is only an excuse for insider dumping and diluting.
Keep up the good work.
Have fun,
Phil
My board satisfies my goal of providing stock promotion results. Both short term and long term.
It also addresses some very common misconceptions about the reasons for said results.
One of the main excuses used is naked shorting. My post in reagrds to naked shorting was simply to clear up a misconception that naked shorting is widespread in the penny market.
Now, if people want to believe it is and want to use it as a crutch for investment mistakes that is fine by me. But, my original post you were referencing was put up in order for folks to understand that I do not, nor will I ever support it as an excuse for poor performance of stock price during or after a promotion.
You have a board. Feel free to discuss naked shorting as a viable excuse for poor investment decisions there. Because here I talk about stock promotion and the results that come from it.
The post was not put up as some kind of catalyst for a naked shorting debate. It was put up to dismiss the argument, as it would apply to stock promotion results which is the topic of the board.
I left the video up because I am not here to remove posts. But, like everybody knows, once the naked short can of worms is opened and left to fester it turns into a horribly off topic conversation for this board.
Simply put, many who lose money investing in pennies blame naked shorting. Regardless of the real reason, naked shorting is always utilized as an excuse. And, no matter how much info is presented to debunk it as an excuse, those who use it refuse to accept the fact that it is simply not a widespread issue causing the decline/destruction of thousands of companies.
The topic would take over the board, every penny stock wing nut would come out of the woodwork to cry "shorty".
I am here to present data and discuss that data. Feel free to take part. This subject is not for everybody.
Sorry I was off topic by responding to your post. Which should have been removed from YOUR board for being off topic.
Damn my post with news video about naked shorting was off topic, because I responded to your off topic naked shorting post.
Go figure, when neither of the posts were on promotion topic, but I'm laughable and have quite an ignorant belief.
And you still can't seem to say, "I'm sorry for being such an ass!"
By again. Hope your board satisfies your need to always be correct & in control.

Naked Short Selling and the Stock Borrow Program
In recent months, there has been a fair amount of media coverage of naked short selling, Regulation SHO and even DTCC’s role in that via the Stock Borrow program operated by DTCC subsidiary National Securities Clearing Corporation (NSCC). Because there has been much confusion about these issues, and much misinformation, @dtcc sat down with DTCC First Deputy General Counsel Larry Thompson to discuss these issues.
My point is that the subject of the board is the tracking of stock promotion and the results.
The naked shorting argument, in itself is not really a viable component of that equation.
I probably should have removed the post to the video but to be honest, when I clicked the link i could not get the video to load for some reason so I was unaware of the content.
Promotion has little to do with naked shorting.
I also will say I couldhave looked a little deeper into your post and the meaning. Was taking it at face value and trying to keep the conversation on topic which is about the use of promotion and how it effects the stock price in both the short and long term.
HOOOO there horsey!
Where the hell did that come from. I teach insider trading scams every day and trading groups setting up bottom plays.
laughable but quite an ignorant belief.
Go bite some other sheeps leg!!
The subject was naked shorting, I posted about naked shorting. Thought I was helping you some! By! I don't need your chit!
Fact is, the vast majority of manipuilation and fraud in the penny market is a direct result of insiders of penny stock companies.
lowtrade I am curious why you make no mention of the widespread manipulation by insiders, promoters and the like who push this trash on the general public?
For every instance of a legitimate naked short there are at least 100 instances of shady insider deals that hand free or heavily discounted stock to individuals who then hire promoters to push the stock while the holders sell out from under the pump.
I guess that, very common and very real problem goes unnoticed by you?
Naked shorting is wrong, it is illegal and it should be prosecuted but to pretend as if it is the sole source or even the main source of penny stock fraud is not only laughable but quite an ignorant belief.
Been trying to teach how to trade the penny market, with the built in manipulation for years. Before and after REG sho, and probably after any news changes to come soon, so I hear.
I personally don't believe anything will ever change. Congress will devise just the correct loop holes again. Like the grandfather clause or the 13 day wait period in the original REG SHO.
All just have to learn to live with it. IMO
But knowing where & when NOT to play, can save your butt. Manipulation is easy to see, if you know what to look for.
Wow!!! Thanks for the video. That is an eye opener 4 sho.! But you know naked shorts don't exist right? LMAO........ That's what some folks seem to think but it def does exist and it will continue to happen until they get caught.
Two funny...
2, 2 funny
sorry to be late, but that *is* funny
Maybe this Bloomberg news report will help readers understand the naked shorting problem that has been a part of trading for years & years.
The market you trade!! A report about NAKED SHORT selling, I've been trying to teach for years!!!!

Like the previous poster stated,
WTAR would be a natural, but it appears they need to take
the next level promoter's course.
USCY apparently turned into AWTI, which subsequently got suspended and revoked. http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=38115811
Currently, WTAR is the only penny stock I know of supposedly doing the air to water thing.
Question for those who have been around the block here a time or two.
Over the years I have lost track of Michael Zwebner but the Haiti earthquake would seem to be an opportune time for a PR regarding those air to water machines they were pushing a few years back with USCY. Is that company still around? I don't remember what ever took place with it or where Zwebner has gone.

Sanswire Discusses STS-111 Uses for Disaster Relief on Discovery Channel Special Devoted to Haiti Earthquake
Says STS-111 Airship Could Provide Vital Communications Link When Natural Disasters Disable a Region's Infrastructure
FORT LAUDERDALE, FL--(Marketwire - January 14, 2010) - Sanswire Corp.'s (OTCBB: SNSR) STS-111 lighter-than-air UAV was featured yesterday on a special edition of Discovery Channel Canada's science news program "Daily Planet." On the program, which focused on the Haiti earthquake, it was noted that Sanswire's STS-111 Stratellite airship could offer vital backup communications support when a region is struck by a natural disaster and loses access to its Internet and cell phone networks.
Following a report from program hosts Jay Ingram and Ziya Tong on how the Haiti disaster compromised the country's frail lines of communication, Sanswire's Jonathan Leinwand explained to Ms. Tong how the STS-111 could play a helpful role in such disasters for emergency responders. He noted that the STS-111 could serve as a floating satellite facility after being deployed from a ship or a FEMA trailer. Capable of hovering above a stricken region at a height of 5,000 to 10,000 feet, it can carry a payload that could operate as a relay for cell and satellite phones and provide Internet access for all military, United Nations and Red Cross personnel within a 20-mile radius.
"The STS-111 can provide an instant backup communications infrastructure," Mr. Leinwand remarked. "In situations such as that which we are now witnessing in Haiti, when traditional lines of communication are down and even satellite phone towers have been hit, the STS-111 offers by far the fastest and cheapest method of restoring communications to emergency personnel."
Sanswire CEO David Christian stated, "Our hearts go out to the people of Haiti. It is unfortunate events such as this that shows me how much we need to deploy our airship technology."
The "Daily Planet" program, which aired at 7pm and 11pm on Discovery Channel Canada, can be viewed on the Discovery Channel website.

IBOX has been updated to reflect yesterdays close.
Don’t believe claims that there is no risk. There is always risk in investments, and no one but a con artist will tell you otherwise. Know the risk before you invest.
Beware of promises that you’ll make big profits fast. No one can accurately predict how an investment will do. Often the investments that promise the most pay-off are also the most risky.
Get the details in writing. Legitimate companies will be happy to give you all the information you need.
Don’t agree to anything on the spot. Pressure to act immediately is a danger sign of fraud.
Understand your investments. Do you know the difference between stocks and bonds, margin accounts and cash accounts, options and futures, mutual funds and certificates of deposit? If not, do your homework before you invest.
Don’t act on testimonials from strangers. Someone who appears to want to share a friendly tip about a great investment opportunity may actually be a con artist trying to lure you into an investment scam.
Be especially wary of investments in commodities. Crooks often promise that the value of investments in coins, precious metals, artwork, oil leases, gemstones, and other commodities will rise. The truth is that the value of these types of investments can go up or down significantly.
Steer clear of “offshore investments.” These are often promoted as a way to avoid taxes. Actually, you are still liable for taxes, and the investments themselves are usually very risky.
Be cautious about emails for investments. Many unsolicited emails are fraudulent.
Take the time to check out investment offers. A good place to start is with your state securities regulator. Other resources for information to help you make wise investment decisions include: the federal Securities and Exchange Commission, 800- 732-0330, www.sec.gov; the North American Securities Administrators Association, 202-737-0900, www.nasaa.org; and the National Futures Association (for investments in commodities), 800-621-3570 (in Illinois, call 312-781-1467), www.nfa.futures.org.
