A month before the reverse split which Mr. Diamantis excepted, he completed extinguishment of the Company’s indebtedness to himself totaling $18.8 million, including accrued interest, on that date, in exchange for 22,000 shares of the Company’s Series M Preferred Stock.
Series M Preferred Stock is a poison pill guaranteeing controlling interest in the company. Seamus Lagan Chief Executive Officer, President and Interim Chief Financial Officer run the company, but Mr. Diamantis controls it.



Reading farther in page 33 we see the hospital operation is NOW being payed for by the US government. $2.4 mil from Cares act and $12.4 mil from HHS. With probably more to come.

What can I say? Being one of the most unlucky guys I know. My LUCK has been excellent with VRML / AWH. NO skill involved at all except my first entry. Back around 90 cents as I recall. On a small weak flag pattern.

Posted update 4 days ago then closed my third trade from 4.25 to 5.25 yesterday. After that close, I placed a silly buy re-entry order @ $4.00 and it closed today with a weak volume breakdown day. My crazy buy order close 10 minutes before market close today and by market close 10 minutes later, Price was up to $4.11.

LOL it's like the trade gods are helping me with this new nonlogical romance I have!! LOL

Just a heads up; OTC stocks which list on multiple exchanges (especially Frankfort) tend to be manipulated and naked shorted during run and dive days. Also if you see differences in price value from exchanges, it's a caution flag for a pump & dump trade.

Well, the better question is... what has Seamus done to deserve loyalty from shareholders other than previous bagholders, who are hoping to cash in from $0.0001? He has done nothing. So why would New traders and flippers not flip out after 2 days?

An overhanging RS from year to year. An AS maxed at 10B. No communication. We would have never heard about the partnership with $TPTW If it wasn’t for their 8K and news. They are always running behind in filings. They do not communicate their plans with all their newly created series of preferred shares.

So now we wait!

M&M's involved in the triple zero area always make out ok without large runs needed. The large arbitrage amounts with huge volumes from .0001 to 0002 or 0002 to 0004 (etc) always equals good ROI.

You just don't need a 5X or 10X run in triple zero land, to bank a chit load of cash.

ASPIRA Labs will be offering COVID Antigen and Antibody testing. This testing will be part of our current comprehensive Pre-Surgical Risk Triage test offering which includes proteins, genetics and soon to be launched COVID antibody and antigen testing. We will be commencing with the antibody testing first and we will be offering the Roche Elecsys Anti-SARS-CoV-2. The assay has 99.81% sensitivity and 100% specificity.

First Quarter Financial Highlights:

Product revenue increased 55% to $1.2 million for the first quarter 2020, compared to $779 thousand for the same period in 2019. The increase is primarily driven by the launch of OVA1PLUS and an expansion of our commercial team during 2019.

The number of OVA1 tests performed increased 58% to 3,654 during the first quarter 2020 compared to 2,313 for the same period in 2019.

Revenue on a per test performed basis for product revenue was $324 in the first quarter of 2020 compared to $337 in the first quarter of 2019, driven by patient pay in specific geographies. We anticipate some price appreciation in the second quarter as the Cigna contract commenced April 1, 2020.

Gross profit on OVA1 product revenue was $520 thousand (a 44% profit margin) for the first quarter 2020 compared to $263 thousand for the same period in 2019 (a 34% profit margin).

Research and development expenses for the first quarter 2020 were $395 thousand and increased by $186 thousand compared to the same period in 2019. This increase was primarily due to the development of OVANex, our third-generation serial monitoring product as well as our bioinformatics investment.

Sales and marketing expenses for the first quarter 2020 were $2.1M compared to $2.4M the same period in 2019. This decrease was primarily due to reduced commissions and travel and entertainment relating to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic compared to those in the same period in 2019.

General and administrative expenses for the first quarter 2020 were $1.7M compared to $1.3M for the same period in 2019. This increase was primarily due to an increase in personnel related expenses and legal expenses in support of strategic collaboration agreements during 2020.

The cash balance at March 31, 2020 was $8.1 million. Cash utilization in the first quarter of 2020 was $3.6M. This was higher than the preceding quarter due to non-recurring legal expenses in support of strategic collaboration agreements, the payout of 2019 bonuses as well as one-time transition costs to bring the company’s billing function in-house.

I'm not sure how to 'begin by looking at chart patterns' - I don't have a good way to scan for that.

I run scans based on Technical Indicators: low-priced stocks breaking out on worthwhile $dollar-traded volume. I use a small handful of scans to do this.

THEN, I cull the list using my eyeballs, according to recent chart-pattern, and type of 'breakout candle'.

I merge them into an existing chartlist using the TA lowtrade described here.

I use TOS. It's an app on my desktop that I open & run as a trading-platform. It's actual software.

Tradingview is a website, that I put into my browser and use that way. Similar to stocksharts.com, or many others...
