Looks like the stock closed at .195 Fri so a 22/1 R/S should give them approx 886,761 O/S however they did not reduce the A/S imo indicating there may some dilution coming. The opening PPS should be in the ballpark of $4.29.
Yeah I agree, that's why I'm holding.
Well someone was buying up a chunk pretty fast. One of these days it will go and not look back. That will be the day we see a nice .45-.50 move easy IMO.
I looked but I didn't see that. It's not holding but there's still time I guess.
Someone posted this.
13D from Mayor Trans LTD shows new 8.5% stake in NETE
I remember you telling me that matt.
I am holding my shares as well. I was very impressed with the turn around they had in their last Q. They improved on almost all fronts.
I dunno man but that was a nice burst of volume to $1.30. Guess we'll know soon enough. Holding.
Wonder is someone got ahold of some news that we do not know about. The last two times this had news the volume took off right before the news hit the wires.
NETE breaking out here. This one is so ready for that move a few of us have been waiting for.
NETE, volume alert...
FSI volume alert on 1 Apr. Today was another heavy volume day. Twice it's avg 10 day and closed 4 pennies above the weekly ma 200.
CJJD, about 3 times it's 10 day avg volume and a 7.2 mil float...
CJJD trying to breakout with volume

BALT trying to make a break for it on heavy volume. Link back for chart.
I wanted to send another anyhow so...
I wasn't asking for another one. Didn't know you already sent one. It is what it is. Cyberbullies on this site is expected just like popups and spyware
People can do what they will with NETE but I am holding all my shares. They keep landing nice alliances. This is the 3rd very nice piece of news in the last few weeks. Last week we landed a JV for the middle east and India. Today we land another alliance for the US and latin America. Then we bought out payonline in russia as well. They are really setting themselves up for growth.
TAS Group and Net Element Enter Strategic Partnership to Develop EMV Solutions, Card Management Systems and Mobile Payment Technologies for US, Latin America and Select Global Markets
TAS Group Will License Proprietary EMV Technology to Net Element and Resell Net Element Payment and Mobile Services
NEW YORK, NY--(NewMediaWire - Apr 2, 2015) - TAS Group (Italian Stock Exchange: TAS), a global innovative solutions provider of card management systems, electronic payments and financial markets, and Net Element, Inc. (NASDAQ: NETE) ("Net Element"), a global technology provider of mobile payment and value-added transactional services, have entered into a strategic partnership to develop and promote Europay, MasterCard, and Visa ("EMV") chip-enabled solutions, card management systems, and mobile payment technologies in the US and various global markets.
TAS Group will license its proprietary technology to Net Element and promote and resell Net Element payment and mobile services to existing clients and potential partners.
The joint effort is global in scope and adaptable to the unique needs of regions in varying stages of EMV migration.
In the United States:
TAS Group and Net Element will jointly promote TAS Campus, an EMV-ready prepaid system, directly to educational institutions, creating a powerful multi-application payment solution for students and faculty with an end-to-end closed and open loop life cycle Card Management System.
Net Element will gain the ability to instantly issue EMV secure, prepaid and specialty gift cards for exclusive use by participating merchants of Net Element's Aptito all-in-one digital Point of Sale ("POS") solution.
In Latin America:
The partnership will create the Unified Duex Card, an open loop physical and virtual card that allows remittance and complete account management between the US and Latin America. It will be EMV enabled with full functionality in life cycle management and with spending control by a single cardholder for both physical and virtually issued payment cards.
In select global markets:
In Russia, CIS, Middle East, India and Africa, TAS Group and Net Element will collaborate through local presence to deliver payment, capital and financial markets management solutions to local financial institutions and processors.
"This relationship will accelerate the US introduction of enhanced EMV solutions and provide complementary expertise that will benefit customers in our rapidly evolving global payments markets," commented Andrea Bianchi, TAS Group head of international business. "Throughout the European Union, TAS Group and its local subsidiaries will jointly market and sell Net Element payment and mobile technologies integrated into TAS solutions to customers eager for such advanced payment solutions."
"The TAS platform opens new and exciting possibilities that will make payment acceptance systems more user-friendly. On college campuses for example, students can be issued a multipurpose card that does it all: payments, identification, RFID and controlled access -- with additional capabilities for mobile wallet and wearable devices," commented Oleg Firer, Net Element CEO. "The goal is to make campus living safer, payments more secure and every transaction faster."
Please send DDT a PM when you get a chance. I remember when he used to share scan criteria with you when we were all learning how to write them. I think he'd be happy to know we've mastered that skill, but more importantly we surely would have never shared any picks on his board had we been asked not to. We simply were never asked to post elsewhere. Instead his moderators choose to misrepresent us and our alerts. It was very childish and unfair. Thanks
When you provide a stock from your scan you provide a free service like was mentioned earlier. If someone does or doesn't jump in based on the stock that the scan provided is strictly up to them.
But I will say this. Your scans have made lots of folks lots of $$$ I'm sure. And if the picks you post are a pump, you can pump me anytime.
RMGN I missed today, that's one I supposedly pumped. I guess the fictitious newbies who buy my picks at the top are happy with me today :)
GBSN, thx, I've been watching. Another one that fell off one of my scans and I was bored and curious about so I looked is GTIM.
Looks like they did an offering. can't wait for that one to hit again...
GBSN pulled back to hourly EMA8, holding that line for now
FSI $1.30 volume alert...
That one does have some pretty wild swings as it should with a 1.4 mil float. I see there was news posted today but now Benzinga says...
*Hearing Great Basin Patent News Announced Today was Actually from January 20(Benzinga)
I just looked through Jan news and didn't see anything that they are hearing...
I understand and that has got to be very annoying. I also completely agree with your thoughts.
GBSN reminds me of GENE when it first broke out. The story is market cap and tiny float. Could go huge either way, but it's one to watch for sure
I wanted to let you know I have trouble using this site due to the ads s. Sometimes I can see a message heading, but I can't reply to it because it's covered with ads or blank windows. Pretty annoying and time consuming, but wanted to explain so you'd know why I sometimes don't/can't reply.
I've also had some time to reflect on the issue with stocks we've recently posted that we were supposedly pumping and leaving new bag holders. First I know you agree with me that we Cannot move a big board stock by posting it on a message board no matter how much we'd like to, it simply doesn't work that way. Second, I seriously doubt any newbie is buying stocks I post as a courtesy, and I doubt even more that they would be buying them after they ran up 50-100% from where I alerted it. We've been trading a long time and I have been in many groups on many sites over the years. This is the only site I'm aware of that refers to good traders as pumpers. In my opinion that's a naive penny stock trading mentality. If someone has trouble trading, that should be a wake up call to learn the trade, but unfortunately some prefer to blame others. I have far too much time and effort into developing my scans to worry about nonsense from naive penny traders.
Having said that, I will clarify for anyone reading this - You can assume if I post a ticker that it has appeared on my scan for one reason or another. Tickers I post are potentially momentum trades, and anyone reading the ticker is responsible for their own DD.
Many sites charge over $200 a month for symbols off a scan like mine. I'm not going to apologize for posting symbols for free, and I'm not going to spend any time helping anyone trade momentum stocks. If anyone reading this would like that kind of help I would be glad to refer some sites you can pay for symbols and help with trading.
Ok, g/l with those matt. I don't mind adding on the way up either. Just gotta step out for little bit so waiting.
I picked up some out the gate this morning. I was impressed with the CC.
Ok, thx matt. Might add a few today but it's a little early so watching.
I was very impressed with the way they cut their losses and increased many metrics across the board. This one looks cheap to me here.
HOTR filed to delay the 10K - just an update, as I mentioned earnings were due on the board
Ty matt sounds good and thx for the link.
No problem, They really cleaned up their balance sheet big time last year. They look like a much stronger company here. I am going to add some today.
NETE I listened to the CC and have to say I was impressed. This company really turned around big time in the last year. I think this one is for sure going places.
