It's true that Valley Organics is not listed under "Our companies" on the Latteno web site, but Latteno issued a PR fairly recently (December 2013), stating that it did own Valley Organics:

Could it be that Valley Organics is not listed under "Our Companies" due to its status as a non-profit Co-op ?

Notice also that although the Valley Organics web site doesn't mention Latteno, it does contain references to NullFlam, which is one of Latteno's products:

http://www.valleyorganics.org/nullflam/

Is it possible that Valley Organics was once owned by Latteno, but now is independent ? That might explain why Itonis is claiming no ownership connection between Latteno & Valley Organics.

I just think there is some mystery surrounding Valley Organics. The company hasn't published any contact information on its web site. Its logo appears on the Cloud 9 product packaging and a recent PR from Itonis confirms that Valley Organics will be the first dispensary outlet to make the Project Cloud9 product available to medical marijuana patients and recreational consumers where such uses are legalized by the respective state.:

I take that to effectively mean that Valley Organics will be selling Cloud9.

Why would a company that sells products choose to remain seemingly un-contactable ?

Perhaps I'm not understanding something. Maybe contact information will be added later, or could there be another reason:

This article suggests that the DEA continues to raid MJM dispensaries even in states that permit use. Could that be a reason for keeping a low profile ? I realize I could be way off the mark here, I don't really understand much about the MJM industry.
