The Master Fund and iTeknik entered into a Securities Purchase Agreement and a Senior Secured, Convertible, Redeemable Debenture for $5 million effective December 20, 2016. As a result of existing defaults and other disputes between the parties, litigation was commenced on April 4, 2017. On June 21, 2019, the parties entered into a settlement agreement for $4 million.

TCA appears to have purchased all the property of iTeknik Holding Corporation and Big Rhino Corporation via a credit bid at an auction in March 2020, including furniture, accounts receivable, and intellectual property. DSI and the Receiver’s counsel are currently reviewing prospects for monetizing these assets.

Not yet...that we know of. It will eventually be sold IMO. Receiver has to sort through all of the court docs from when TCA sued Big Rhino and vice versa. But they already know Big Rhino settled for like 4 million bucks but then Big Rhino went belly up. Eventually, last year in March TCA was given Big Rhino and all of their assets....which didn't include much. Now the receiver is going to have to figure out if any money is owed to ITKH/Big Rhino and collect anything left over...as well as sell what's left of Big Rhino. There could be some intellectual property which might need appraised....IDK...these are all the things I have learned over the years following this ticker. Still holding my millions hoping for a diamond in the rough. Just never know what could happen here.

ITKH is like a ticking time bomb....if it gets discovered before the receiver does anything a group could run this one to pennies quickly. There are very few shares available for sale. I'm locking all of mine up in a vault! Float around 160 mil here....unbelievable opportunity to buy and hold IMO.

They are trying to find out the value of Big Rhino assets.
Basically they need to figure out the value and liquidate those assets. The shell should be sold IMO. Still a lot of potential here

During the reporting period, DSI discovered that TCA appears to have purchased all the property of iTeknik Holding Corporation and Big Rhino Corporation via a credit bid at an auction in March 2020. The nature of the underlying assets appear to be furniture, accounts receivable, and intellectual property. At the present point in time it is unclear what the current ability to monetize these assets may be. DSI and the Receiver’s counsel are currently reviewing prospects for maximizing value, including the value of the property securing the loan.
