2 weeks until the Q1 filing. They have already told us margins improved over the previous quarter, so higher profits. And they told us it was over 50M revenue, so at least 102% YOY growth from last year's 24.7M in Q1.

Looking ahead, Q2 will now include the financials from QXTEL so we can expect another 20M+ revenue above what Q1 did, and qxtel is profitable too so Q2 should show even higher profits than Q1.

The DD says 2024 will be an amazing year for the company.

And what might the new acquisition be? There has been no indication of what it is or if it will happen. They are running out of financing options. LDA gone, Option is gone if it maintains this price level, so what is left? Raise the A/S's and do convertible notes. Once again they have potential but they are not running the business in a smart manner.

A discord is in short, a disagreement. So, to ask, did you follow the discord is the same as saying did you follow the disagreement. A discourse is either written or spoken conversation. So, when one is referring to the recent IQST Zoom call it would be incorrect to say did you follow the discord, but appropriate to ask did you follow the discourse. Similar words but far different meanings.

I believe they handled the topic honestly. They confirmed AGAIN that they still do not have plans to do a reverse split. They still believe like they always have that the share price will rise organically and a r/s won't be necessary. But as they said, it is always an option. If they needed to they could, just like any other OTC company. It's not 100% guaranteed they won't, but they've been saying for years they don't have plans to and confirmed yesterday they still don't. Right now there is zero reason to think they will.

Also guys 99% of there revenue is off telecommunications which is awesome as that means they have so much potentially with the iot smart tank and gas devices as well as the ev sector !! As cash flow is created they will sink it into there subsidaries to perfect them and blitz the markets!! Time to load the boat guys the rocket is about to take off very soon!!
