Agreed. Frustrating to see the sp here and a $3M market cap, but I've been adding and believe IGEN is a long term winner glta
IGEN $$$
Excellent press release on paper today. Sounds great and good effort by Abel. Now let’s see if the revenues can come in next 6 months
Partnerships, agreements and great alliances are being generated quarterly and this in turn makes us more attractive to a huge buyer. They know what they’re doing, let them do it. Patience = $$$$ here IMO.
Moving in the right direction... :)
Great news. Looks like they are going to keep expanding in Latin America as well. Abel didn’t get promoted to the Board for nothing
All these small, mid-size deals (there will be more) come eventually come together to make profit. “He who moves mountains begins by moving small stones.” Slowly, it’s happening.
Let's go hit the buy ! #4 on the Breakout Board .. .$IGEN
about to plow through the 20s, 21 will be on deck soon!
nice hits right out of the gate, we are gonna move today!
Association of Credit Union Executives of Puerto Rico (ASEC) announces Exclusive Marketing Agreement with IGEN Networks Corp
Lake Elsinore, CA, Oct. 24, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- IGEN Networks Corporation (OTC: IGEN) (CSE: IGN), a leading innovator of software solutions for the consumer automotive and commercial fleet industries, today announced an exclusive marketing agreement with the Association of Credit Union Executives of Puerto Rico (ASEC). This agreement will enable ASEC and Credit Unions to generate new revenue streams in marketing IGEN's CU Trak and FamilyShield to their members and families. In conjunction with the U.S. Department of Treasury's Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFI) Fund, which has granted $13.2M to 105 Credit Unions and Cooperatives for Technical Assistance in 2022 thus far, the CDFI Fund will provide the financial assistance to Credit Unions to utilize CDFI qualified technologies for the benefit of their members.
"On behalf of the Board of Directors of ASEC, it is with great pleasure to announce our partnership with IGEN Networks Corporation. As we strive to transform our Credit Unions in Puerto Rico to utilize innovative products like CU Trak, IGEN Networks is the perfect partner to help us get there. We look forward to a long-term relationship," said Aurelio Arroyo, President of the Board of ASEC.
"Since the first time I interviewed Abel I. Sierra over our radio station a couple of years ago, I knew CU Trak would be a game changer for our Credit Union community in Puerto Rico. Now that the pandemic is behind us, we are much better position to promote CU Trak and with the support of the Board of Directors we look forward to expanding the use of IGEN technologies for all Credit Unions in our beautiful island of Puerto Rico," said Dahlia Torres, Executive Director of ASEC
"IGEN Networks sponsorship and participation at ASEC's annual meeting in Punta Cana, Dominion Republic was a huge success. Although Credit Unions have heard of similar technologies in the past, no company has ever focused on addressing the specific technology needs of Credit Unions and automotive financing like we have. IGEN has developed products like CU Trak with ASEC in Puerto Rico in anticipation of further expansion into Latin America and further partnerships with ASEC affiliated organizations like the CUNA Mutual Group," said Abel I. Sierra, Chief Operating Officer of IGEN Networks Corporation.

Lets hope this gives us a real move up ahead of the next earnings
Thank you! Link is critical for others' verification, thanks...It was not reported in September CSE Form 7 which is where I would have expected as it was the last month of 3Q...
and instead Neil reported: "Discussions for CU Trak endorsement across Credit Union Leagues across Latin American Credit Unions are in process – expect distribution agreements to be ratified in early Q4."
Yet another great announcement from IGEN. IGEN continues to get the deals made. Soon the revenues will follow! Let’s go!

It is a press release reposted all over the place... easy to back up
Where?! Link please.
Because here is September F7:
"Discussions for CU Trak endorsement across Credit Union Leagues across Latin
American Credit Unions are in process – expect distribution agreements to be ratified in early Q4"
You make a statement, better be prepared to back it up.
August form 7 reported expected agreement. It is now final.
Reported in August (form7) for July 2022:
"CU Trak agent agreement expected to be ratified with Latin America Association of Credit Union Executives this month"

Was it? (October 24, 2022)
Igen signed exclusive deal with Puerto Rican Credit unions
Lots of positive announcements on paper past 18months but no revenues, profits or incoming cash .. Anyone asking why two independent Directors resigned -Kimsey and recently Friedman…
Where's the beef?
February 1, 2022
"With both the CEA's exclusive endorsement along with the GSA Multiple Award Schedule Contracts, IGEN now has direct access to Counties, State, and Federal Government Fleet Management opportunities across the US," said Neil G Chan, CEO of IGEN Networks Corp. The diversity of these assets along with the self-insurance of County assets creates an excellent fit with our patented "Digital Telematics Signature", a powerful tool for assessing actuarial risk of County assets and their drivers."
An astounding announcement for this little company, but where are the follow-up contracts?
That was 17 months ago—-where is the beef?
MSG from Neil 5/26/21 when I emailed him about when we see revenue: “Thanks XXXX for your ongoing support. Most of our subscribers to-date are based on a three year revenue plan that defers each dollar over 36 months – so the revenue recognized in each quarter is a 3 month portion of the total revenue per subscriber. Our new brands Medallion for commercial fleets and FamilyShield are based on monthly residuals so most of the revenues will be recognized during the reporting periods of the sales. Eventually the deferred revenues from previous reporting periods will accumulate and be additive for future periods along with the residuals”
Regards,
Neil
Regarding discussion of US economic health recently:
Posted October 22, 2022 Washington Post:
"U.S. economy likely grew a lot last quarter. Most people didn’t notice."
Upcoming GDP report is expected to show an economic rebound just before the midterms, though families and businesses continue to struggle with inflation."
https://www.washingtonpost.com/business/2022/10/22/gdp-growth-economy-inflation/
When will we see revenue from the Oct 3 press release???
Yeh…fully agree that Chan has not delivered. Maybe he is on his way out.Maybe Abel will be a better communicator? Next few filings might show Abel getting more stock options which would seem to confirm shifting roles and responsibilities.
Understood. Even a 20-40% uptrend would be fabulous given 2022 has sucked azzzz.
lol not new to the sub-penny world
Ummm....you must be new to IGEN ? LOL

Been hearing that for a looooong time.
I feel very confident we will be rallying very soon. You will be rewarded for holding
Good morning IGEN! Let's see if we can break 20 today!!
Yea, k_w!!! I've been watching for you!
"In the meantime where the heck are the CEA sales! Seriously only NY? And they had that setup last year!"
Ahhhh....Chan! I don't know what to make of that character. ?
I need your wonderful evaluations...don't know how you do it, sure appreciate you! GLTEveryone!
Abel actually made several new sales in past 6 months. He is responsible for running Nimbo tracking and it is the only area growing that I can see. No new CEO or Credit Union business since early in the year. I think over 75% of the devices sold this year are Nimbo tracking related. I'm hoping to see the deal with the Latin American Credit Unions. If that closes I suspect we can thank Abel as it he is fluent in Spanish.
Because of all the above I hope Chan realized Abel needed recognition/promotion. Abel may have asked for it. Which ever it is I'm not surprised by it and hope it lets us keep Abel.
In the meantime where the heck are the CEA sales! Seriously only NY? And they had that setup last year.
Anyone have insights if Chan was pushed by Board or major shareholders to give responsibility to Abel? Did Abel push for this? How upset would believers be if either was not with company in a year? Will a form 7 filed before year end show revenues and cash coming in? These are sone serious fundamental issues. Not to take away from all the technical trading commentary but the stock remains in the toilet with a difficult challenge of raising money and suffering further dilution. IMHO
Totally agree. I believe it's a character trait I'll call 'selfish' and it's not a good one in a 'leader', especially a leader of a company.
The wedge has broken down and I'm watching the 10MA as it falls into the diagonal 'buy' zone...I have a number in mind which isn't too far from pxxpy7's estimate.
It's all very troubling, especially when it could have been avoided.
I believe Chan has blown some valuable opportunities to 'sell' IGEN at different venues he's captained.
Thank heaven we have GSA/VA and CEA; I wonder what the execs think of our CEO after his 'performance' in Colorado. Did they, too expect a better prepared and professional CEO to join them there?
