Yep. It actually gives me hope that Chan isn’t pumping this thing like all the other garbage OTC CEOs. Why? Because he knows what he has. I wish he was more transparent, but he isn’t and we already know that. This has always been the Chan train…hop on and go for the ride or get off ;)
You mention what I think is the biggest issue here, Chan's blatant disregard of shareholders.
I cannot say publicly what I think of this guy regardless of his business abilities.
The lack of transparency is a huge issue. He pr's that a valuation of the patent would be completed by 30June but never even hints at the results. He doesn't hold CCs either which is announcing to all shareholders, "I don't give a (&*^) about you,!"
IGEN as a company is just getting legs. The dilution we see now will lead to sales that in turn will lead to revenues. However, this dilution needs to stop if we ever want to see daylight. Chan knows this. Chan is building a business that will be very profitable in the coming years. I just wish I was getting in now as opposed to 2 1/2 years ago. Shares of IGEN at this price point are a money maker guaranteed.
Still holding my RED position here... just what the F is Chan doing to his shareholders these days? Beyond ridiculous to see this heading this low...
Typically once these cos get established the only thing that moves them up is positive returns...and we' ve had very little of that.
I mean I hope you're right. But were near 120M of the 200M in the s1 so almost 250k USD and that's not including the 200k in inventory we already had in q2 so...
Wheres the money going.
Last year 2.6 million went to staff expenses... no word on what that meant.
It's only a concern to me because of the blatant disregard for shareholders chan seems to hold and that hes in politicians pockets.
LAKE ELSINORE, Calif., Oct. 3, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- IGEN Networks Corporation (OTC: IGEN) (CSE: IGN), a leading innovator of software solutions for the consumer automotive and commercial fleet industries, today announced the addition of four new dealerships located in three states with 1250 pre-loaded vehicles acquired through its channel partners DOWC and Peak Performance.
Looks like a very small dilution for such a big order to be filled!
Let’s not be delusional as to what we have and where we going!
The only one selling down here is chan...
Yea, but the Revs are still low, and obviously
not enough to sustain the company as dilution
continues. Who knows, but with the dropping
pps the fear of the dreaded r/s starts to become
a thought with shareholders. It's only natural with
pinkies to be concerned.
RS? Equal retard speaking!
Quick question have you sold?
I mean there has been real revs and it's done sweet nothing at this point. Lol.
No one is jumping for joy. Wouldn't be surprised if you were here to make sure no one is selling before the RS.
Charts are useless down here, IMO. These stocks
are driven by rumor, speculation, and real news & Revs.
Will be interesting to see if this dips below it's
52 wk low of 0018. If it does all bets are off.
Tough decision to average down again or not.
At this point most people are bag holders.
Bipolar is very serious!
We can’t jump for joy an get overwhelmed with good news an with the same energy name call an get frustrated an think it’s all Chan when it’s a mental imbalance that causes these uncontrollable behaviors
My sentiments, exactly. Devolving into the classic bull trap.
Bulkowski's in-depth explanation of a descending wedge pattern; pls read for yourself: https://thepatternsite.com/fallwedge.html;
also,
DailyFX, diagrams and explanation...two excellent resources.
Descending Wedge 1 Yr:
Are we going to see an RS here just to steal everyone's shares before they run it or whatv
Your right, Lonewolf1 hasn’t posted on iHub since 09/08/2022, he may be in outer space looking for Chan.
What is it close for?
They already started again today as alert noted, with
the t-trade.
Normally I would just sell and move on because
it’s been dead money, but I know how
fast this can move at any given moment so I suck it
up and stay in. Also I’m in the red here so I won’t take
the loss unless I need it for taxes at years end. But at this
point I’ll pray and probably stick it out. I’m not even thinking
about adding here as low as it is, because it’s looking like
teens are on the way. Imo
What happened to Mr. Lonewolfy ? Did the SEC shut his cronies down ? Or is he in outer space with Neil ?
Yeah potential remains just as appealing as ever which is why I invested going on 3 yrs now. Sucks azz I'm now "married" to this crap which is a no-no lol. Anyway looks like 2023 before any significant move upward unless we get a legit bomb 10K next month or that meaty bone everyone is hoping for. Have a feeling they will need funds here shortly and prolly start diluting again any day which will keep the epic downturn going :( GLTA
Close to the 52wk low of 0018 for sure.
Yes, as I suggested.
I certainly hope you're right, because there are
plenty of frustrated shareholders out there for sure.
I never thought the SP would be closer to the
trips then to a penny. I know you don't concern
yourself like some others with the pps, but its
why we're all here, to make money, and I've
been more patient with this otc stock than most,
because I realize the potential. The pandemic certainly
didn't help, but shareholders need to be thrown a bone
at this point. We'll be into yet another year soon, as 2022
flies by.
IGEN is in the best shape we have ever seen as a company. Let’s see how the Wall Street guys want it to move.
Thanks, Sarge. And yes, you're right. Most folks don't live in the upper northeastern part of the country, and are not aware of all the dynamics of powerful new york.
I grew up outside Boston and was always aware of how much NYC dwarfed our 'little Hub'.
I didn't take it as confrontational, just too much
unnecessary detail about NYC. Igen has a
contract with the State, NYC IS IN THE STATE.
But at this point this dead horse has
been beaten to further death.. . moving on.
She wasn’t being confrontational at all. She simply said how big the areas are that IGEN is selling to.
Lol! yea no kidding, lord.
Perhaps a breakdown of the neighborhoods by school would prove helpful??
Yea I know that’s all NYC, I live here, but don’t know what your point is naming all the counties. My point was that since New York City is in New York State, and the State has a contract with Igen, that it might have Igen’s product, but at this point I’m sorry I ever mentioned it, sheeesh.
I think you are using too small a sample...forget NYState, NYC is massive by itself:
"The other three counties are named differently from their boroughs: Manhattan is New York County, Brooklyn is Kings County, and Staten Island is Richmond County.
The Bronx (Bronx County)
Brooklyn (Kings County)
Manhattan (New York County)
Queens (Queens County)
Staten Island (Richmond County)"
The above is New York City.
....just for starters. (Think really BIG!)
Yea, I guess maybe NYC got a separate
contract or is using another company’s product,
but I just figured since NYC is in NYS that it could be
Igen’s , but guess not.
It takes time for information to be deceminated throughout agencies (city, county, state transportation departments, traffic and safety, motor vehicle, etc.) ,,,BTW, IGEN's technology already incorporates 'speed' in it TDS patent. I don't think the company has left anything out - #Medalliongps/#MedalliongpsPro is a fully integrated system-and it operates on both 4G and 5G, another advantage.
Right but thought perhaps Igen’s could be modified
to use just that feature, but guess not. When I saw
the report the second time I realized it was just to
prevent people from speeding. The city is testing it
out and the NTSB is only recommending to the federal
government that this be standard practice, installing
the system in all new car production, particularly electric.
How many insurance companies made note of this announcement in Insurance Business Magazine on June 2?:
Telematics provider snags NY state contract
https://www.insurancebusinessmag.com/us/news/commercial-auto/telematics-provider-snags-ny-state-contract-411176.aspx
Chan is keeping his mouth shut because he is told to. Legislation will make him filthy rich when it’s time. Hopefully all of us too.
There's a lot of competition out there: “Examples of leading telematics companies selling services via third parties or directly to consumers include Octo Telematics, Targa Telematics, Spireon, Procon Analytics, Ituran, SareKon, PassTime GPS, Mojio, CalAmp (LoJack), Viasat Group and Vodafone Automotive”, said Martin Svegander, Senior Analyst at Berg Insight. " and no mention of little IGEN
This is an article that refers to IGEN's device!!! dated June 8, 2022:
https://www.gsa.gov/about-us/newsroom/news-releases/gsa-fleet-activates-telematics-solutions-saving-~%2415m-06082022
"WASHINGTON – The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) Fleet team recently activated more than 19,000 new telematics devices. Telematics drive innovation by combining telecommunications and informatics to send, receive, and store data connected with fleet vehicles. By activating these factory-installed devices, GSA Fleet avoided approximately $1,455,000 in installation costs. As GSA continues to expand its telematics program, the agency expects to save a minimum of $775,000 annually in avoided installation costs for new vehicle acquisitions each year." see link above
***************
There should have been a local press release in the new york county in which the IGEN devices were installed...
Trick is finding it!
https://www.government-fleet.com/10175986/igen-networks-awarded-telematics-contract-for-new-york-counties
Sarge: This process that tapioca started is what we all need to be doing-digging deeper...I believe we can learn more details than what Chan is providing and in a more time efficient manner....We can't depend on him to keep us abreast of what 's happening with 'our investment'.
That’s an easy software add on for electric cars I believe. Thank you for digging deeper!
This mechanism (speed limiting) plays only one role in providing vehicle safety where IGEN's technology is 'all-encompassing'.
I found this-not on CNN-but, I believe this may be the news item you refer to: https://www1.nyc.gov/office-of-the-mayor/news/589-22/mayor-adams-dcas-commissioner-pinnock-implement-new-technology-city-fleet-cars-reduce-speeds#/
It is just that term "speed limiters" that causes me to doubt that it is IGEN's product. (IGEN tech only reports auto behavior, not prevents it.) Am still digging for more information.
I’ve said it all along that this a politician’s play. Hold on!
