I’m not trying to fear monger, I’ve just lost faith in the general market and the way this has been diluted. I hope you’re right and this goes on a little run so I can get out and minimize my losses. This may run and sustain itself at some point but not anytime soon imo. GLTY, I know you’ve been long too. Hope your patience pays for you. If I’m able to get out soon I’ll more than likely buy back in bigger later. Still believe this could be huge.

I feel that for sure. Just think that this is one of the rare times it may be better (for me) to sell and buy back in later (post dilution). It’s a conflicting decision.

I don’t see a reverse split until they are ready to move up to the big boards, which is one of Chan’s objectives. But, they also need much higher revs to qualify.They also recently increased the number of shares they can issue so no need to reverse split imo. Lots of fear mongering going on so I think a run up is near :)

A reverse stock split is a measure taken by companies to reduce their number of outstanding shares in the market. Existing shares are consolidated into fewer, proportionally more valuable, shares, resulting in a boost to the company's stock price

Or a company may do a reverse split to stay on the major exchanges!

Clearly neither applies to Igen! So let’s keep the faith an hold tight to out position here!

I've got a couple of other stocks I'm still
taking a beating on, so I have other options
to take a year end loss for taxes.
If this goes to trips I might have to take a chance
and average down, but when a pinky drops like
this the r/s possibility becomes a concern..
Just have to wait and see for now..

Agree, ET. I believe the patent is a 'game-changer'. The latest upgrade added items to the 'reading of driver behavior', also I believe....critical additions that would be highly valuable to credit unions, insurance cos.

I disagree. He wouldn’t tell shareholders either way. I think they resubmitted the patent to cover autonomous driving tech which was probably recommended by the company doing the valuation. And, it has been submitted…strengthens the patent/portfolio…This is tech that is going to be NEEDED by the big dogs imo

I believe the valuation was completed and he was given a "rude awakening" to his so called "game changer" which is why not a peep from him. Prolly what prompted the new filing / amendment which will push out any possible licensing revenue till next year. Unsure of the timeline for this kind of activity regarding patents but assumming not anytime soon. GLTA

Yep. It actually gives me hope that Chan isn’t pumping this thing like all the other garbage OTC CEOs. Why? Because he knows what he has. I wish he was more transparent, but he isn’t and we already know that. This has always been the Chan train…hop on and go for the ride or get off ;)

You mention what I think is the biggest issue here, Chan's blatant disregard of shareholders.
I cannot say publicly what I think of this guy regardless of his business abilities.
The lack of transparency is a huge issue. He pr's that a valuation of the patent would be completed by 30June but never even hints at the results. He doesn't hold CCs either which is announcing to all shareholders, "I don't give a (&*^) about you,!"
