It's all compelling but does anyone really think charts mean a flip? These vague ass installations blah blah the last 2 years haven't done sh$t regarding SP. Anyway I'm with k_w the next 10K better be "game changer" or "It's coming" or "stay tuned" or etc etc or we will be in the trips....period. So tired of this epic downtrend.

Thanks for bringing that up!!! I did notice during the trading day...think at the time 'Heavy Day' at about 8M shs... It was enough to be reminded as I read your post. That volume bar on the chart for today is remarkable and exciting. Several of us have been noting the tight moving averages and the apex of the wedge filling....uw commented 'going parabolic soon'; yes, I would say we're awfully close....

In the 10K they do list specific number of customers in each 10K...last year was one. We will have more than that this year so that is good. But we only get that once a year.

I think we were looking pretty good at the 6 month mark but I wanted to see more contracts in this past quarter. I hope the signing of the CuTrak deal comes through in early Q4 like next week or the week after.
But mostly things hinge on Q3 revenue. That will be the quarter where there can be no excuse for not doing much better based on their announcements. If we can pull off over $200k AND also continue to announce new customers I think that could be the start of our turn around.
If only our products sold like thin mints...yum!

With almost $50K and about 3 years of owning megashares in this stock -- I can reference or compare the lack of sales of the last several years and not have to worry about the prickly purists with no sense of humor -- flame throwers off please AC. We are all in the same boat.

I've tried to figure out how many dealerships, credit unions, and new distribution agreements we have in total. Am at a loss...not to mention totals as of any recent date on other products.
Why does he make it so difficult for shareholders to know what total contracts are...or the valuation of the patent?

I don’t have any expectations bc we don’t have any real point of reference as to how much and when we actually make money. I get “more sales, more revenue” theory but nothing has been clearly defined and we have no guidance. I’ve been complaining about that as it makes it difficult for investors to make educated decisions about their money. That said, I’d be encouraged with said $200k as it would show continued steady growth. It’s tough to get real excited with much here though. Good news isn’t having much of a positive effect in this bear market. Gotta be long and real patient with this, that’s the only real certainty right now imo. Appreciate your perspective/ insight as always. Not really trying to be bearish but the otc isn’t real encouraging right now.
He has done that with some big news in all form7s that I have reviewed. He has done it consistently for a long so the form 7 rules probably allow updates to be repeated for a few months or who knows maybe even a year (although Chan doesn't typically do it more than 4 or 5 months). The rationale is probably so that an investor doesn't have to dig into recent form7s to see all the meaningful 'recent' news. I can see the benefit. Of course the con is if an investor 'forgets' what is old versus new and sees the update as 'another' new good thing.
Obviously this theory doesn't apply to old news that is still fluctuating (like the CuTrak deal with Latin American credit unions). For those he is updating the status which is different than repeating news already announced.
I expect the following news to roll off and not be in Oct Form 7 because they were first reported in the Jun/July timeframe.
- 6 new automotive dealerships, 4 new credit unions, and three new distribution agreements completed for Q2 – pipeline of new opportunities expected to increase two-fold for second half
- Patent-pending filings accepted by US Patent Office for DTS augmentation as of August 4, 2022
BTW, for monthly updates I don't blame him for cutting and pasting to complete monthly. What I bet he actually does is resave the form with a new name and edit it. That saves time. Monthly reports feel pretty frequent when you do them year after year.
What is everyone's expectations for Q3 revenue?
Q1 was about $45k, Q2 $93k.
I want to see at least $250k. If we don't break $200 than I will be very disappointed. I can't imagine getting much above $250k but that would be wonderful.

This item was 'overlooked': CU Trak agent agreement expected to be ratified with Latin America Association
of Credit Union Executives in Q3-2022. Q3 ended Friday; if the ratification was executed as expected it should have been noted in this F7.

This was an old update provided in Aug, they keep old news around for at least 2 future form7s. Most of what posters have called out was old news from Aug.
The one good thing I saw was that the discussions for CU Trak endorsement across Credit Union Leagues across Latin American Credit Unions are still in process and expected to be completed in early Q4.
On the bad news side the updates in form 7s going back to May of discussions for CU Trak endorsement across Credit Union Leagues in New Mexico, Texas, and PR being in process is gone. So apparently they failed to seal the deal on those two states and PR.
Also disappointing is nothing about Medallion GPS deals with counties in other states. That is the most profitable and reliable business opportunity for IGEN. Getting those contracts is what we need to move out of the penny stock world. We might get out of sub-penny with enough Nimbo tracking deals but I believe we need government dollars to be a true succcess.
The note on product marketing staff hired for patent infringement assessment is interesting but I don't know that product marketing staff are the people with the right qualifications to conduct patent infringement assessment. That sounds like the job of a patent lawyer so I am cautious about reading much into this.
