IGEN announced partnership with Prolog. Seems like a very good thing.
It’s funny to me that the same ones who always bash are now calling me a pumper. No one as far as I can tell has “pumped” here for a long time and I never have. Dilution is ongoing and only a fool would expect anything great to happen while we are doing that. The ticker is being held down by many and won’t move until Chan is ready for it to move. He has to end dilution and put meat on the bone. I haven’t given up on him, but I realize we go no where until he’s ready. To many unanswered questions here. These wall street clowns posing as “Canadians” and long holders make me sick. Some of these guys are demon possessed and need Jesus. Money and power is their God.

Why are you so sure—look at the balance sheet. Expect a rude awakening when year end annual report and accountant’s report is publish. Respectfully-you are not looking at the financial details. Sure buy more shares on the way down , follow SGT hype and opine on trading volume/pattern but do not justify because of their credit!!

And again... 45k in q1 90k in q2 and then 135k in q3 is solid growth.
Lots more play left for this stock. If I were just finding it now I'd be quite excited.

What of the patent? Why does the CEO choose to withhold the valuation from shareholders?
Why does he withhold so many answers-like where are the weaknesses in procuring signed contracts from the multitudinous contacts he has made at conferences?
He's used 'carrots' like 'gamechanger' how many times when addressing shareholders...Why? Is it his intent to deceive?
Where are the contracts? The original patent issue was June 2021-nothing in the wind since (with exception of additions that allow accomodations for larger trucks.)
The weight of the questions is outweighing the perceived value of this stock...(The two biggest proponents BionicMan and SgtT no longer charge at naysayers...We are all asking the same questions now....... :(

Unfortunately no --- not this year. With a kickass 10K possibly but that ship has come and gone. What is also gone are the days of OTC stocks just running as soon as dilution stops. Anyway just my opinion but it's gonna take a real juicy announcement to reverse this awful downtrend into a sustained reversal. I'm still waiting for USAA to save us all LOL

OS went up by about 80 million shares and the restricted share count went up by 20 million

Might be as I think all the 200 mil from recent S-1 were diluted already.

Someone bought 8 million shares at 0014 today... and we saw pretty good volume past week or so.
Reversal might be in off that 0012 low.
Well friday is here and it's not a good one.
Just the market is tired of lending igen money by the looks if it. The share price isn't reflecting what direction igen is heading in the past 6 months but rather where they have been going the past 3 years.
If they keep improving the company the share price will follow. Good time to be buying.
Yep and it was another great "feather in the cap" no doubt. Approaching a year from that announcement and IGEN is 5 ticks away from trips. What the hell is it gonna take to reverse this downtrend guys ???? Would like to hear thoughts from the true longs besides the fact revenues are improving --- partnerships are being established blah blah blah. None of this has done shit in 2021 & 2022 towards the PPS.

This news was on 2/01/22: IGEN Networks and CEA extend partnership for three years.
CEA signed an extension with IGEN for another 3 years. That will be a total of 5 years of a partnership with IGEN. First year isn't even completed and some are saying it's been a failure. Why would CEA sign a 3 year extenstion? Why not sign a 1 year deal? Becasue CEA is committed to IGEN. In a few years we will know if it's been a failure or not.

Product specs might not be the real issue. Anyone doing a credit check on IGEn as part of qualifying a vendor might well be shocked and turned off by current financial balance sheet situation. Municipal purchasing agents are typicall quite risk adverse
I have to disagree on the following: "If" Chan had the talent of a 'salesman', he would have taken your points into consideration and been fully prepared to challenge each one; if CEA believes the product and all that it offers is a value, Chan wouldn't have been invited to NACO in the first place.
Are the endorsements of GSA/VA 'preferred vendor' award...another major govt-backed support-and then the NY counties' purchase along with CEA and sign-up bonuses not enough? I think they are; just need to 'BE SOLD".
PS: I've seen nothing to indicate that the #FS campaign was anything but a marketing disaster.

I think they said at some point not long ago that between 50% and 70% of Nimbo Tracking and CUTrack devices get turned on. That is a high percentage so I think going with 50% is the best bet, and may be overly optimistic.
'Fault' is an interesting word to chose. It could be no one is at fault. IGEN had to try something to increase their business and Chan picked a niche market. Maybe that market didn't ever really exist. This is customer base that has little money to buy on technology toys. County funding is limited by tax payers willingness to support them. Chan felt that given a product designed with their needs in mind and if the counties could get extra support from the infrastructure bill he would make sales. Because Chan thought they would want GPSMedallion doesn't mean they would.
Or it could be that NY is not satisfied with how the product is performing and IGEN is having to work those issues and are doing so before trying to get new customers. If that is the case it would IGEN's fault for not producing a high quality product.
Or it could be that the counties prefer to go with a well known company that they know will exist and can support what they buy. Meaning a company with hundreds of thousands of units in the market and not IGEN that maybe has 4,000 with 3,000 of those just rolling out this year.
We simply can't know why they haven't managed to get a single new CEA customer this year. But we have to keep hoping that they eventually will announce more deals.
The company might not be working on our timeline but the patent is finished and inventory has gone out somewhere.
Cost should be going down for this quarter.
We also dont know a whole bunch about cu trak or their marketing deals or when subscriptions might activate.
