Unfortunately I don't have enough knowledge of those topics to make a judgment.
I'd be happy with Mark Wells running the show; from what I've seen on LinkedIn he's got a grasp of running a small AI tech firm with an ever-expanding labor force, employees that stay with the company and are supported by management.
I'd love to know why Tanya Ferguson and Brandon Gentry left; they seems competent...Did Chan tie their hands so they couldn't fulfill their job descriptions? Were they so seriously underpaid? The valuation of the patent came in prior to June 30th, but we still don't know what the bottom line was.
Chan has been 'baiting' us with 'sunny' projections that don't materialize-or don't materialize in any time frame close to that which was indicated. Why has #FS been such a disaster of a campaign? Why has Chan not been producing sales from his appearances at Conferences? A lot of questions, but too many to be able to have a clear picture of the problems.

How many would vote for a good proven strategic investor to put in the $3 million in a highly dilutive financing that finally boots Chan , gets the lawyer off the board ,puts Able and team in charge , brings in a legit experienced CFO, cleans up the balance sheet , upgrades the Board with two experienced software and communications entrepreneurs and licenses the patents to a non competitive industrial giant ? Year end approaching and next annual meeting is an opportunity.

I'm not a chart expert but I'd imagine that the downtrend doesnt show the company turning it around the past two quarters.

Check the filings and you'll see it's true.

Increasing revenues and customers and inventory going out.

Revenues increasing 100 percent and 50 percent quarter to quarter. Deals and announcements and inventory moving.

The share price seems like an opportunity to me now more than ever.

Unless you believe the company is going to declare bankruptcy or reverse split for no reason it seems like a good buy at this market cap.

Selling the patent would be the most expedient method perhaps to get SH money back out; but, Chan isn't about to do that.
I think we have 'hoped' for the past two years as price has dropped that Chan was going to pull a 'rabbit out of a hat' and price would soar...and we'd all go home happy.
But, it's not looking promising at this juncture that that will happen....
As someone once said that in trading, "Hope" is not a winning strategy.

Thanks for the chart Sharpei! Interesting that bottom price was just last year it looks like, just before they got on the government vendor approved list. I never would of dreamed that we would be back here. They don't need much revenue to become profitable but it sure is difficult for them to bring it in. I'm beginning to think our best bet is to sell the patent.
