Effective as of October 14, 2022 Abel I. Seirra has been appointed as the Chief Operating Officer of IGEN Networks Corporation (“IGEN” or the “Company”). Also effective as of October 1, 2022 Mr. Sierra has been appointed to the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”).

Mr. Sierra has served as President of the Antelope Valley Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (AVHCC) - the first President elected to a second term in the organization’s 20-year history. AVHCC’s mission is to provide Hispanic entrepreneurship, community growth, and development, by supporting economic programs designed to strengthen and expand the potential of all business. Prior and concurrent to Mr. Sierra’s role with AVHCC was his position as Agency Vice President of HBW Insurance and Financial Services. Mr. Sierra served as an Independent Associate with Legal Shield, Regional Vice President for Primerica Financial Services, marketing Representative for 21 st Century/AIG direct, community Representative for Palmdale School District and Palmdale Head Start. Mr. Sierra also served 14 years as a Counter-Intelligence Specialist with the United States Marine Corps.

Mr. Sierra’s previous positions with IGEN included Vice President and General Manager. Mr. Sierra’s appointments to IGEN’s Board and as COO were made by the unanimous vote of the Company’s Board members.

I’m doing just that. If I get burnt, so be it. I’ve waited a long time only for this to continue nose diving. If there is such a thing, I’ve been far too patient in the otc and its cost me a lot of money. I did good with this ticker but could have done a lot better. Still could but I’m tired of waiting with no guidance or proper communication from Chan. Thank you for all the DD and positive sentiment you’ve brought and bring to the board. I sincerely hope you make out big time with Igen when all is said and done. I’ve been a legit long but I’ve officially lost patience with Chan and the market. I’ll continue to monitor the board and may be back with y’all in the future. Good luck, longs. Pulling for y’all.

Absolutely. And, we all know Chan doesn’t care about the day to day price action; only growing the business. I bet the patent alone is worth 10 - 20x our current mkt cap…He knows this

Yea I’m struggling with the same decision, sell now at a loss and buy back later. I believe the iGen team will end up setting the industry’s standard in this area and owning the technology to do so but it’s going to take time, quite possibly another 24 months before we see any real gains.

I’m not trying to fear monger, I’ve just lost faith in the general market and the way this has been diluted. I hope you’re right and this goes on a little run so I can get out and minimize my losses. This may run and sustain itself at some point but not anytime soon imo. GLTY, I know you’ve been long too. Hope your patience pays for you. If I’m able to get out soon I’ll more than likely buy back in bigger later. Still believe this could be huge.
