I'm still looking for form 4s where insiders take advantage of low price. The fact they aren't interested, and they have bought at the bottom in previous dumps makes me not interested.

Makes me wonder if there is more dumping coming. Its been one full month and no updates about additional deals. It seemed they had momentum, then hit a wall. We need news about more contacts with counties.

The huge dump that took IGEN to .0018 locked to be somebody getting out with a sell order for about 5 million shares at the market. This individual ended up selling most of his holdings 10-12 ticks below the bid price.

Let’s see if IGEN crawls back into the .003s today.

With no news about anything day after day and week after week, upticks will not come easy me thinks.

Also, after the big dump yesterday the bounce was rather weak, with only small buys printing, instead of buyers “swarming” in like in the good old days.

One step forward followed by three steps backwards makes for slow progress.

Absolutely, he only puts out things that will have a major effect on the company to come. Neil is his own worst enemy though when it comes to shareholders. I understand, he gets a bunch of emails and calls daily from pissed shareholders, but he should address shareholders problems better than he does. I believe he knows where this is going, and has a plan to make this company flourish! We will be seeing .004’s and beyond soon I’m sure!

Chan’s MMs have now dropped the bid to discourage buying, in preparation for a “lower” close it seems.

This kind of price movement vividly demonstrates how meaningless a surge in price can be if there is virtually no retail participation.

This week we went from .0025 to .0036 in one day - but it was all MM action.

That’s why we went back to new lows - we’re literally cut in half - at the drop of a hat.

And without some big news, we could be in the .002s or .003s for a while.

I really see this as an attempt to trigger stop losses provide a window too continue this toxic flipping of a handful, or I really believe a single trader with a grudge or vendetta against IGEN or Chan, have been doing for years now. Again, movement is disconnected from how the company is really performing. Hold you gold an don't let this crook/crooks scoop up their leverage to continue to trade as such.
