I had a feeling this would happen, since the volume was virtually nothing and Chan’s MMs need dumping volume to meet their quotas.

Hopefully it bounces back somewhat by the close.

This is what happens when the MMs pump up a stock and there is virtually no retail participation. The MMs need to dump their positions so as not to be caught holding the bag.

Spot on. Teasers (IGEN news) without substance will not promote real sustainable volume which has been proven the past 2+ years. Alot of fellow investors I know are waiting to read in black and white SEC filings that IGEN is now legit and on the way up. Getting closer every month but when this happens look out man. Nothing new about this concept rather basic 101 investing. However this concept doesn't apply to Day Traders, only Longs.

Well, there is no REAL good news as yet.

Chan provided a teaser, by saying that IGEN had its first profitable Q.

But the fruits of all the “deals” and “customers” and “partners” supposedly in the works have yet to materialize, though they have talked about it for two years + now.

And clearly Mr. Market is not convinced and is still saying:

Don’t even get me started on where the PPS is and has been for a long time.

The company has never been in better shape and Chan agrees. The manipulation has been successful in running off new investors but that can change in a matter of days with the major deals we have with the GSA/VA status. This administration likes to spend money. I know you don’t care about anything positive so I won’t waste my time laying out all the progress we have recently made that will lead to 10’s of millions of dollars in the next year and potentially 100’s of millions after that.

The current market cap is manufactured nonsense. The ticker has been beat down for years and doesn’t reflect the company well at all despite the frequent post to the contrary. Neil said it himself that this is not the true value of the company.

Not sure what earth shattering news everyone is always wanting. News concerning IGEN only benefits flippers / dilution which has been very evident the last 2+ years. No substance or meat ever in IGEN news / Form7's LOL Much of it in the past has just been attractive "lures" which Neil has plenty in his arsenal. Don't get me wrong positive progress is always great to read but the only thing that will bring REAL money and new investors into IGEN at this point is a string of consecutive - LEGIT - 10K's reflecting growing revenue period. So in the meantime we will continue to tread water below a penny and no QB status until at least early 2023. Might get a "pop" this year but it won't stick long. Very frustrating to say the least. As far as merger / buyout I don't think IGEN is attractive enough yet. Obviously all my opinion after holding shares for over 2+ years. GLTA

I would not hold my breath for a buyout.

My hope is for a good MM pump, but even that is less likely now, because when they start buying to do the pump, almost no retail investors will join - as we saw yesterday. When this happens, Chan’s MM are left holding the bag (from their buys). And of course they must dump their holdings, leaving the stock about where the pump started.

Only REAL news can cure this “drill” we have seen so many times in the journey from .024 to .002, the recent low for the year.
