Even after the rs I'm not worried though bc some larger investors will come on board, they will be fully reporting, and have some things planned that will bring err back up. They just sent their papers to Firna earlier this month. No word back from Firna and check their last PR from yesterday.. Also no word on RS updates, After Firna gets back to them which could be months, they will probably announce the RS within a month or two after everything is finalized. I'd guess If RS happens it will be around December

Well not all are bad, especially trip splits that are less than 1,000.. Success rate is much higher with these compared to 4000+, but I'm sure you already knew and that's why these 3's are getting eaten up and why certain posters haven't filled their 2's.

Well, I know that bigger investors don't like sub-penny stocks. Even though the product should/will sell itself, I think it is better for the stock price with the R/S and bigger investors coming in right away.... ultimately faster return on investment.

With a 4,000:1 split, the stock only needs to be at .00025.

Right now, with the price at .0003, a 4,000:1 split would make it 1.20.

I am planning on the 4,000:1 split myself, but hope it might be a bit less than that.

You are right though as I do expect a drop after rs as most stocks do but rs are not always a bad thing. It will come back up.

I believe it's gonna be a 4000 split within the next two to three months or as soon as the name/symbol change goes through. I suspect new symbol (rumors heard) will be DMLF.
Large investors won't come on until stock is fully reporting and $1+
Stock has to be at least $.0025 before split for it to equal $1 after split
