So lets get this straight...O/S will turn in to 18 million but the A/S will be 5 Billion so that leaves a little over 4.8 Billion shares they can print for toxic loans. So at .0003 times 1000 = .30 cents and times that by 4.8 Billion = 1.4 billion! So what direction do you think that .30 cents will go up or down....DOWN IMO. GLTEO

They changed course to file as fully reporting and their attorney hasn't filed yet with FINRA! WHY? Because their accountant is still going back through all the prior years. After that an audit, then they file. Soon very soon but nothing has been in FINRA hand for four months.

Correct. DL intends to wipe out existing shareholders with a RS, then dump tons of shares on their new "investors" while taking the vast majority for themselves.

When you take money from private investors typically they want to own a large percent of the company, DL is not interested in that. They're going to keep control of this company so that it follows the goals and philosophy of the people who created the technology; not outsiders who do not care. This is why they went this route.

I agree. Also when it does happen it won't be as high as many thought....I suspect around 1000:1. Even after the rs I'm not worried though bc some larger investors will come on board, they will be fully reporting, and have some things planned that will bring err back up. Looks like the BL crew has invited the paranormal into their group 8) lol
