IREC...news...Company Profile for Imperial Petroleum Recovery Corporation
11:49a ET December 22, 2010 (Business Wire)
Imperial Petroleum Recovery Corporation engages in the development and marketing of proprietary microwave separation technology (MST) to process oil sludge/emulsions using high energy microwaves to separate water, oil, and solids without the use of chemicals. The company offers MST to the oil field industry both upstream and downstream and for offshore applications. MST has also shown to be effective in treating emulsions in marine bilge and in the production of biodiesel. MST has also been shown to have application in treating the emulsions from shale oil and tar sands. Imperial Petroleum offers several MST systems which can process between 1000 and 5000 barrels per day (bpd) of emulsions. We also offer a mobile self contained unit which can be used as a demonstration product at remote locations. The company was incorporated in 1982 and is headquartered in Dayton, Texas.
I wouldn't be surprised if someone was shorting yesterday since it was up so much...but longs hold the majority of the float now and we're not selling.
its up over 300% the last 2 days...the float has been churned out - new base at .03, break of .05 sets it off IMO....selling has dried up here.
1.2 million float? it traded over 2 million shares yesterday. Is someone short?
WLSV is the parent company of OPTZ and 4 other subsidiaries with an estimated 50M in revs (OPTZ has 4.1 just in the first 9 months of this year alone).
200M AS
14M OS
1.2M float.
incredibly undervalued.
WLSV .05 break sends it!
What's the deal with WLSV? low float I hear but I don't know much more than that
maybe the cover is starting on gboed
I've followed the GBOED saga from the start. I'm not sure Scott Trade will step up and take a hit, they may just let it ride until such time as they can cover at what they believe to be a reasonable price for the screwup.
What is sure, is that a former Scott Trade employee is frequenting the unemployment office....
