You are wrong about me. I believe the RS because it is in several filings, the OS is just about maxed out, there is no revenue and they logically don't have another option. They stated that they filed for FIRNA approval.
I do not have a negative narrative and do not wish anything.

Pre-empted what prized acquisition of the opposition? Are you aware of the history of their mergers and acquisition announcements? Or any of the deals they have announced since 2020?

Not really. Name one projection or forward looking statement from EWLL that has come to fruition. All forward looking statements are covered by the standard boiler plate Safe Harbor statements in every filing. The only one I can think of is the last announcement and execution of the last 1-50 RS.

The realistic option, Option 3: The RS is true and the rest will not happen.

There’s no picking or choosing- it has to be one or the other.
But if they do the RS then everything else has to be true & management are the paragons of honesty.

Unicorn or not on 11/9/21 Ewll clearly stated again that they plan on a 1-2000 RS. In fact, they also clearly stated that upon filing of this 10Q they are filing with FIRNA for approval of the RS as it is included in the mentioned "Corporate Actions" that need FIRNA approval.

Now you can ignore that if you choose to.

It just may be the only forward looking statement by Ewll that actually comes true.

Will it be delayed further, maybe. The last RS they did was in the month of February. They are almost out of shares to sell.

At todays PPS the remaining AS (assuming it is accurate) is only worth just under 450K.

They are almost out of shares, possible cash and have no revenue. They do have costs.

What do you think is next? What other alternative do they have?

The current OS is roughly 18.5 billion. What does it take to move a PPS with an 18.5 billion OS?
