I didn't know she'd ever made it to prison. I know she was arrested on charges of DWI and fleeing the police, but I'm pretty sure she was either bailed out or released on her own recognizance pending trial.

My fervent wish is that she does finally end up in federal prison for the scam(s) she ran on we shareholders. I'd say the chances are better than even that she will be charged with securities fraud at some point. The government loves to go after small time grifters rather than the TBTF banksters, because it's much cheaper and easier to get a conviction. Plus it makes the (In)Justice department look like they're doing their job.

No matter how you look at it. Emxc shareholders success depends on emax media and mpix's success

Having said that..... Mpix and emax media are doing well. Getting current and Diante is at the helm.

I truly believe shareholders will get their money back in then some. Eoy should start to see progress here.

That is incorrect. Emax media is a sub of emax holdings.

I understand that Emax media group is no longer associated with EMAX Holdings company. Is that what you understand as well? EMAX is just a shell now with no assets and no future. For all purposes it is dead. Rox sold off the only real asset we had and put the money in her own pocket and chose to not take care of us. We got screwed in the end.

lol, like everything 90-120 days. Lets hope the news today was strategic and this process already started. However looking at the allocation of the MPIX shares that went to EMXC hopefully someone was thinking about this awhile ago.

Unfortunately its been so quiet and depressing around here this could be another good intention.

Not trying to sound negative but what is the impact of a stock swap, would it not drive the mpix share price down already further than it is?

Positive would be we would be out of a grey sheet and some investor confidence restoration?

Wouldn't EMAX have to be current anyway for the SEC to approve the swap as they weren't to happy about the dividend from MPIX and that had to be rescinded?(it wouldn't just be our shares getting swapped out)

It is crucial to restoring investor confidence. It looks like they are attempting to do everything possible to right the ship. This would go a long way. Treat the EMAX investors right and once Diante comes through this will fly!
