Petty legalities and technicalities are of no interest to the EMXC/MPIX crew of scamsters. They're really not interested in advertising their promos.

They drove EMXC to zero. They're now doing the same with MPIX. Advertising that fact is not a good idea.

Care to point to a single EMXC PR that was true? That resulted in revenue or profits?

Amazing to see the exact same EMXC playbook enacted over on her sister company, MPIX.

"New" management every few months, promises of "new" directions, "new" business ventures...

and yet all that really happens is the same old dilution, the same old lies, and the same old BS from compensated "awareness" promoters.

Since MPIX now says you can no longer rely on their previous financial statements... does this mean EMXC holders actually DO own the fabled (but never identified) rights to the vast music library that used to be raved about here?

Despite the fact that MPIX has claimed a $17.5 M asset, they really don't own the library. Emaxmedia still "owns" the music library. MPIX "owns" only licensing rights. If shareholders forced EMXC into bankruptcy they could conceivably liquidate assets and recover that way!

Seems a lot of people love living in the past and constantly mentioning old friends and business partners of Roxanne Weber - the ex, CEO of Mindpix, yet no mention of this guy, although our good friend DavidInvest did post a link to his picture @ mugshots.com. From what I understand one of his daughters worked for Roxanne at one time also. Wonder where they are now.

krikor, The Emax investment is about a total loss. What you CAN do though is periodically post your story on the Emax and MPIX message boards to make other people aware of what happened. If you don't know, slick Roxie now owns MPIX, and has pretty much moved her empty dog and pony show over there, using hand picked CEOs as a front. If you read the PRs you will see her using the same bull in MPIX as she did here.

No, there is nothing of any value in the shares you own. You can try to sell them to establish a tax loss, but even that is going to prove very difficult - there are no buyers.

You can try to establish that the shares are worthless and thus write off your losses for tax purposes, but that requires a few steps. You can start here:

Lots of recent activity and posts...

Ok, so I thought I would not find a word about EMAX (EntertainmentMAX), and look at all these posts. So they scammed my parents for 8K, my brother for 4K and myself for only 1K (13K total).

So is there any chance we can cash these stocks in, are they even real. We purchased in 1997, and I think it was 2000 or 01 when we figured this was GONE GOOD BYE for ever. Is there something I need to do to report our dealings or should I just recycle these useless documents?
