Oh my you mean they are going to dedicate some $$ to the science behind CBD instead of 100's of costly endorsement deals, expensive out of home campaigns and attorneys to combat their falsified SEC filings?

I smell a class action after they lose this case. You can't claim No Legal Risk in a 10Q and then pile on 4 attorneys to a trademark lawsuit. It's going to cost them a lot to rebrand or buy the CBDMD mark from Majik.

Got to wonder if they lose this lawsuit, which is most likely, whether management will disclose the risk to shareholders?

People trust this team that decided not to inform shareholders of this risk on the last 10Q?




They will be late to filing the necessary work to keep using they CBDMD marks in commerce and will either have to rebrand or pay up. I hope the owners at Majik settle on the entire $21,585.000 that YCBD values those marks at. Its only fair.

They have their intangible assets(trademarks) listed at a 21million dollar evaluation on their balance sheet yet they don't own the marks in the US. Thats like me putting a friends house I might be able tot buy on my net worth calculator.
