Predictive Oncology (POAI) only acquired the Soluble and BioDtech subsidiaries of INVB:
https://last10k.com/sec-filings/poai
And the subsidiary sale only cleared debt owed by INVB to POAI:

So the INVB patch-clamp business wasn't sold off or acquired.
You can also always DM former employees of INVB on LinkedIn. Just saying.
I thought Garvin sold the company? He sold it as it was on the verge of bankruptcy?
Recovery not likely:

Suggestion of Bankruptcy filed to dismiss lawsuit, so recovery not likely.
Re revoked registrations: All shareholders still own their exact number of shares but those shares can not trade on any public market because the company is now a private company, no longer a public company. The ticker 'INVB' no longer exists and shareholder Brokerage accounts will show as InventaBioTech Inc. with a Brokerage assigned number to replace the ticker.
In extremely rare instances companies that had their SEC stock registrations revoked have filed a FORM 10 to reregister their stock. If InventaBioTech Inc. were to file a FORM 10 and the SEC makes the FORM 10 effective then the ticker would be restored and the shares could trade on a public market like the OTC. Shareholders should contact the company to see what their intentions are, that is, if the company is still operating.
For educational purposes readers should study the following post and the entire Suspensions/Revocations board.

Can you explain what that means for bag holders? I would love to unload my shares, I am tired of seeing the loss on this POS.
INVB registration revoked:

nope, I try once in a while to dig something up and get nothing
Day Gain of 39,900% yesterday. Does anyone know what’s going on behind the scenes? I haven’t been able to dig anything up.
Does anyone have any info on what exactly happened here? The price dropped to .0002 with new news or update of what’s going on from my broker.
Investors should be able to recoup some of their money after the 10 day SEC Suspension expires. Be aware, though, that once the SEC Admin. Law Judge revokes InventaBioTech Inc.'s stock registration(s) the ticker INVB will no longer exist and shareholders will not be allowed to sell their shares on any public market. The SEC A.L.J. can revoke the company's registration at any time, even before or immediately after the 10 day suspension expires, but usually a few weeks or longer after the suspension expires.
Could something like this lead to investors recouping some of their money? I am still holding about 900 shares.

Directly from the most recent 10-Q (Sept 30, 2018):
"Economic Development Grant from the City of San Antonio
On September 11, 2015, the Company entered into an economic development agreement with the City of San Antonio (“City”) for $1,000 subject to the Company’s commitment to invest significantly in San Antonio with respect to facilities and employment. Accordingly, the City made the first installment of $500 on August 13, 2015. On March 29, 2016, the Company returned $100 of the $500 leaving a remaining balance of $400.
On April 9, 2018, the Company and the City terminated by mutual consent, the economic development agreement. The Company, as part of the termination, agreed to return the $400 over a twenty-four-month period with first payment due within 60 days or September 8, 2018. The amount has been accrued and is a component of accounts payable (short-term portion) and other long-term liability (long-term portion) as of September 30, 2018. The Company is currently in default with this agreement, and accordingly, is in negotiation with the City to extend the first repayment installment. However, the City is working with the Company to extend and renegotiate the payment agreement."
It has not been stated publicly whether the $400,000 owed to the city has been repaid or not - an updated 10-Q has not been filed with the SEC and the city does not appear to comment on the disposition of terminated grants.

The splash page for this company is long out of date.
Why would there be "any movement"?
As far as I can tell, INVB is a shell with no business operations at all. The only possible hope with this ticker is that someone will merge with this shell similar to how INVB merged with Westmountain (which also was a shell). The only reason I bought into Westmountain originally is that the PR's in 2018 made it sound like INVB had some real business operations. Turns out that it was all BS most likely.
Unless and until a new "merger" happens, this ticker will continue to have zero volume for the foreseeable future. I was very lucky to be able to unload all my shares of INVB when there was that uptick in volume back in May.
Still waiting on some movement, any movement at this point.
Thanks for clarifying. Was in a rush when posting. Maybe someone will buy shell for good use yet!
Nice to see the bid come up but .05 is still really cheap.
That was the CFO that resigned.
The CEO who has signed all their recent SEC filings is Paul Castella, Chief Executive Officer.
Back in April when they filed an NT for the annual report it was signed by Steven W. Charest, Chief Executive Officer.
Seems like INVB may be an "empty shell" with no one working for them except a CEO. Maybe they are waiting for someone to merge with this empty shell, just like they did with Westmountain. Just my own speculation.
8-k on 10/15, keith George, ceo, resigned.
Tda showing sp .05 but 0 vol. would be cool if something starts up here.
Agree they are shameful. Can't even setup their email server properly
I am hoping that news will be released one day, I have lost so much money on this I don’t care to sell. This company is awful at keeping investors updated.
My friend, who knows their stuff said this
Cool . Hopefully something is going on
Went to companies website and sent email to link on site, it came back to me, I got an IT buddy checking it out for me.
Nothing still digging around, hoping to try Nd figure out whats up or is not upp
Find anything?
i try to, i still have coin here, been trying to dig around lately to see what there up too, i fi come up with anything i will post it
What about yourself, find anything interesting or worth sharing lately
Just saw! 100 shares!!!
It’s alive! Has anyone kept up with this?
do you have any idea what this is about https://www.docketalarm.com/cases/Minnesota_State_Hennepin_County_District_Court/27-CV-19-12992/Precision_Therapeutics_Inc._fka_Skyline_Medical_Inc._vs_CytoBioscience_Inc._InventaBioTech_Inc._fka_WestMountain_Company_BOCO_Investments_LLC_Ian_Clements/
gonna email the company from home later
for some reason it is holding right here, I think it will surprise us all and take off one day
Would be amazing to see a little movement so I could unload this POS.
Seems like old man Garvin got all the funds he needed for retirement from the merger. What a dick. -jmho
Was holding these shares much longer than I should have.
I am happy to get out with "only" a 30% loss on this investment. I was really worried that I might have to take an 80-90% loss (if I had to sell at $.10 for example).
But like I said in my earlier post, I wish you and all the other longs here the best of luck.
I've about given up on IVNB, but good to see bid move up at least. You just never know with OTC tickets. Risky, but some are very rewarding...
Yeah. $.25, not bad for a company with zilch.
"Zilch" at least as far as I can tell.
Hardly.. that spread ! Geez
Company has gone from "Pink Current info" to SEC delinquent reporting (Pink NO info).
As far as I can tell, INVB is now a "shell" with no current operations.
POS basically :(

The Cytopatch is a robotic AI patch clamp platform designed to mimic a manual patch rig. This platform offers cell capture and sealing with quartz glass electrodes, seal resistances of 2 G? or greater without the need for seal enhancers, recordings at physiologic temperatures, and perfusion of the well for multiple concentration exposures. Because of its high data quality, flexibility, and throughput, the CytoPatch is an excellent choice for any lab wanting the performance of a manual patch clamp rig but with a much-enhanced throughput.
Routine applications include: recording ion currents in expression systems and recording ion currents and action potentials in iPS-CM or native adult cardiac myocytes. Because of its unique perfusion system, data can be obtained from difficult to record currents such as ligand-activated currents and currents which desensitize rapidly.
The Cytopatch is the choice for anyone who wants the power of a manual patch clamp setup with the throughput of an automated platform at a competitive price.
