This company hasn't posted anything financial in almost a year.
So.........
Return
1 Month -92.77%
6 Month -92.77%
YTD -92.39% WOW.. great return for investors huh?
1 Year -91.48%
3 Year -96.75%
5 Year N/A
I guess I wouldn't post any finances either...
As I always say.. These are my own opinions based off the DD I've done. My track record is pretty good as you can see from prior posts.
I'm not sure what your asking but ill always tell someone what I think and they can form their own opinions...
I think this stock is ok for the day traders but even they aren't biting anymore. I don't like it at all for long term person or anything more than a day.
for real?...I was asking because I have truly neglected to keep up the dd on this one but if your correct , that sounds rather lacklustre
but almost in line with my gut back a ways...
Still bad....This is pretty funny. I guess I've called this all along. transparent huh?
I still think this is a great concept for a better managed company.
BUT........
Impractical products, bad management that pay themselves to much, no stock on most products, no great business ties or relationships anymore (ruined) and this probably includes their China relations, no profit, no cash, no profit, no cash. OH.. and to much dept. This will all translate into no financing from the dead hedges.
They can change the symbol and the story again and again(I think this is the second time they changed the symbol). Its still bad!
thanks....going to thave to do some DD I suppose.
Don't know of any
hey 02, any updates on the merger/buyout?
tia
no problem toyotamr2
I guess i should get out of this one now....Thanks a bunch for that JUICE

And the bottom falls out...
A reverse stock split is a good way to buy some time before being delisted from the exchange.
How low will the stock actually go now? The doors remain open, but for how long?
I have the spreadsheet.......
among other things of possible interest and influence, like a Cyberslapp......
Is Sara interested?
The sinking ship. No one will finance a POORLY managed, unprofitable company with bad or unwanted product.
".bioMETRX is dependent on raising additional funding necessary to implement its business plan. bioMETRX' auditors have issued a "going concern" opinion on the financial statement for the year ended December 31, 2007, indicating a severe working capital deficiency, although the Company significantly increased the intellectual property of the Company,. These factors raise substantial doubt in bioMETRX' ability to continue as a going concern. If bioMETRX is unable to raise further funds or if revenues are insufficient to complete the development of its products and fund its operations, it is unlikely that bioMETRX will remain as a viable going concern."
What a sad day in history of trading!! The next two days could be even worse as most of the Gov. and traders won't be working.
OIL maybe lower...
LOVE gold! but even it got expensive today.
Maybe the Gov. should take the 700 Billion and give it to the people. You do the math.. 700billion (div. by) 250million people. Taxable yes.. So take out 30% and give that back to the gov. (They can then spend that cash flow unwisely again)
The individual American would have enough money to take care of ANY problems they had. Mortgages, healthcare, ect...
It wouldn't work but its a pretty interesting thought.

This stock is NOT worth holding on to. When Owners and management sell their own stock its be SCARED time. You don't have the history behind this stock. This is worse than "SQUM". Management is horrible, but hey; at least their getting fat huh?...

It doesn't matter who bought when they sold.
THE THREE BIGGEST BIGWIGS OF BMRX DUMPED SHARES.
At a time when it is crucial that they show solidarity and support of the company, they bailed. Sure, they have plenty of shares left. But that is not the point, and any and every investor is aware of that. Now had they BOUGHT a few hundred thousand shares each, out of pocket, and not been spoon-fed them by the company, it would be a different story. But to have a company that lost a MILLION MORE last quarter than the one before while bringing in less than 100K in additional revenue to do it, and be handing the 3 top doggies shares, is a slap in the face to any investor of this company.
The balance sheet is horrible. Last 10Q showed that their assets are dropping while liabilities are rising. NEVER a good sign. They go from under 2K in revenue to about 100K, and lose a million more dollars (btw, the total losses were over 2 million for the quarter) to get there, that's just bad management. And yet they get REWARDED for it.
Shame on them.
IMO/FWIW
Thanks for providing a wonderful information. But can you get the details of who bought if they sold.? Should also see who were the buyers if they were the sellers.. Though we know company has not shown good results but look at the industry they deal in .. it has lots of positives waiting. I would hold the stock and wait..
My thoughts exactly, I couldn't have said it better.
I noticed it also but thought writing about it might be a little to deep for this forum...lol
I thought it was unbelievable. A shame and a waste. They killed their own stock.
I'm out of my head. I can't believe companies think they can run a business like this. Look are the fat pig CEO's on Wall Street.
Karma and their very long list of debt is around the corner. The next financier who looks at taking stock in a trade will laugh at this. Why would they finance a company who is going to kill and devalue their own stock...

Form 4s filed on 9/24
The COO, CFO, and CEO all sold a bunch of shares per the filings out yesterday, while being handed freebies as part of the company's "plan." How CONvenient. The stock's dying, and they're being handed a quarter million shares each, and the CEO dumped 120K, the CFO dumped 100,400, and the COO dumped 84,951. All in the filings.
Yep. They sure see positives while they press that sell button.
Unreal. Doubtful they survive much longer. Lost 2.45 million in Q2, 1.43 million in Q1, total revenues of under 105K combined in those quarters. Sad. Very sad.

Bad economy a good sign but look at the companies product and the market wide opportunities for BMRX...imagine the next one year.. Damn sure it will give you more than you lost...
Dude if you are thinking that it is down 83% over a year... then this is the rite stock to enter into... waiting for the stock to recover alll what lost..
Thank you for updating us hourly with old news you get from the website that needs to be updated and is mostly incorrect now.
Thanks for telling us every day that the stock is going up and it doesn't, it goes down most of the time as I pointed out yesterday. Down -84% in a year.
Your optimism is great but this stock is not. Debt, penalties, no cash flow, unprofitable products and lost relationship plus a bad economy should be HUGE WARNING SIGN.
Beware.
