i trade with tdwaterhouse in canada..the only restriction on prpm and has been for most pinks for years is u have to call in and place the order to BUY... but u can trade a sell with out them talking to u....bit of an inconvenience but whatever..

I think my broker is the problem. I had the same problem after the ticker change from PLPE to VAPE.
