Well, must say that since you have been posting here lately...it has improved...ty...now unless you really know something that we don't, to substain any decent higher movement we will need some good/really good news in a PR from the co. imo
If you do know something and wouldn't mind sharing with us we are all ears...or else if you wouldn't mind sharing with [e-mail].
Also, fyi...response from the co. regarding the re-hearing:

As the records show, the original motion was denied by a Judge, and
they have since reapplied for a rehearing on the issue. Due to the
