Bob already does this:
a non-public forum (call it EGADS! They've deleted my posts!), where the enraged user can vent
his/her spleen without embarrassing themselves publicly. It would also concentrate that sort of activity
where you could easily monitor it. And just for fun you could delete most of those posts as soon as they've
been read!

But I appreciate your taxing your brain so early in the morning.
